All gaming services are being throttled by Kcom for some reason at the moment, but on facebook, they're denying it and blaming people downloading Call of Duty updates en-masse. Very annoying, I pay for 400mpbs and expect what I pay for.

Yet the CEO claims that all KCom customers have lightstream, a groundbreaking internet connection. I struggle to do my job from home because of the poor internet.

Steve (@Steve09425095) reported@taff_owst @KCOMhome @Roisindubh7 Thanks I hope so too just fed up of getting put through the ringer with lies from kcom that there are no restrictions etc I've sent them lots of evidence screens of packetloss etc have it logged with customer complaints and pre logged issue with ofcom ready for 8 week deadlock
