Mihu Nowak (@Mihu_Nowak) reported@KCOMcare Disgusted with poor kcom broadband at HU7 since Wednesday. Paying £55.99 for full fibre 400 and have just 5-25Mbps it’s feels like KCOM gave me middle finger... fat rats
-
MrHuggy (@mrhuggy) reported@KCLightstream @KCOMhome Is there any issues with the network as the internet connection is down for me here in Bilton.
-
hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom
-
Albert (@albertj485) reported@ZenInternetHelp Hi - I've recently moved into a temporary rental and it would be great to order your service, unfortunately for my next move I may be moving into the KCOM monopoly. If I move and you're not able to connect at my new address am I subject to early termination fees?

Bean. 🍇 (@HLJOHNO) reported@TheRealJamieKay Those phone boxes have been there for literal YEARS. We're talking pre-pandemic. Also they have been decorated by KCOM, not the council, because Hull FAMOUSLY has their own phone network/internet provider rather than using BT. Their phone boxes were originally white not red.

Andy (@andyrobertshull) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@KirstieMAllsopp We had this issue in Hull for a long time as historically we had Hull Telephones that eventually became KCOM. It's only in the last few years when the Government changed the law and we got hundreds of telephone poles from different companies that things have changed!
