All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

A DSARs and transcripts of audio can expose this, is this what DarkHorse does, or is it something else?

In your email you state there are changers to the policy. In which case why not simply attach the policy and highlight the changes instead of signposting g me to your website??
