    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

    @LloydsBank is it right I can only open an account for my 11 year old boy in branch? If so can I book an appointment online or do I just have to rock up?? Info on your website implies you can apply online but then when you put in DOB it says go in branch and gives no further info

    @LloydsBank Have had gold account since you convinced me I needed one many moons ago. Now going to charge £15 a month for it without any consultation. Already ripped us off this year with debit card dispute, now this. What’s happened to customer care?

    @LloydsBank Your telephone system is shocking. Calling to complain about a branch closure, orchestrated by Steve Onisforou and three times over three days the call has dropped or been awful quality. Thanks for closing Halstead Branch, after the town all moved from Barclays. 👍

    @LloydsBank Ronnie, I was connected to 3 people, your mobile app message facility wasn't being responded to, 2hrs I waited to be told to call again, are you missing my point, do any of you have any customer service training or are you all advised to divert the problem?

    @LloydsBank Gillian, worst service ever, I called & was on hold for 1hr, so I hung up & used Twitter to message, I first spoke to Sophie-Louise, who put me through to PaulR and then he transferred me back to Sophie-Louise who told me to call 0345300000 again, this took more than 1hr.

    @LloydsBank Didn’t expect to have to look for a new bank at our age and after so long with you but due to your poor service and now being forced to pay for something that’s been free for the many years we’ll have too. Hate being ripped off. Stress is the last thing we need at the moment
