Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Hoping it will when I get home from my hols as it hasn't been so no idea financially where I'm at. Have been in bank, phoned help 3 times. Nowt. Awful.
