    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

    @LloydsBank so payment rejected on Ringo parking app that I use regularly, call customer services & after long wait get told there's a block but don't know why, message via Lloyds app & a 'bot' tells me unlikely payment was blocked. 1 hr & counting going round in circles

    @LloydsBank Details sent twice via messaging in the Lloyds app but I am getting reply v.busy so still waiting for an agent to respond (over 1.5hrs), phone long hold times and I am working (for which already late owing to the issue). I just need an answer (I appreciate you looking into it)

    @LloydsBank Why have you reduced amount can withdrawn in Post Office from £500 to £300. Just as people now need access to more money for utility prepayment top-ups. We're still shielding, extra bank trip other end of town & don't carry money, so can top up few months at a time.
