Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! They wont even be able to tell the customer why/who is leaning on them.Had similar when worked for another bank years ago, quite awkward

All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.

Accounts are not just shut down, valid reasons have to be given in relation to terns and conditions. Take them to court and lets all see what has really happened
