@LloydsBank Yes, memorable info. When it occurs I go straight to a screen saying I’ve been logged off. It’s an intermittent issue, doesn’t happen all the time but is quite often.

@LloydsBank This is £500 that has been refunded to me back into my credit card account. My card has been cancelled and I now need that money back into my current account as the card was set to pay off in full every month and so has already been taken. You have my money but I can’t access it

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank thanks Katy. Are you able to answer my previous question that Tony ignored? I’ve made over 300 calls since 8am and it’s permanently engaged. Is the phone line working? Is it normal not to even get a ring tone and be put on hold?

@LloydsBank very disappointing to find out after thinking I had made a international transfer thru your mobile app, that there is a glitch in the system and it was never going to work.

@LloydsBank To go on the desktop app which is a bit tricky when you can’t remember all your log in details. I have sorted it now but do feel that this so called glitch should be sorted or a warning should come up to show it’s not going to work .

@LloydsBank I'm hoping you can help me with some info for my degree regarding round up accounts. Would it be possible to have the round up savings be automatically transferred to a charity? Is this feasible? What would stop it being feasible?
