    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @LloydsBank The fact I have to call, from overseas, where you have no local number, no way for you to call me, no way to resolve it over email, no local office to visit, is so disappointing that I'll 100 percent be closing my account (and it's sizeable) once I get access back. Disgraceful.

    @LloydsBank That would be super if someone actually took the call. The automatic message always says that the lines are busy I don't get why u prefer 4 everyone to read message on Twitter instead of having a live chat service. I will use my Monzo account, problem solved

    @LloydsBank you urgently need a phone department with humans to help elderly people who don't do the internet! I've been on the phone for 4 and a half hours now trying to help my mum make a transaction and it's still not done! This is appalling!!

    @LloydsBank Hi if a merchant fails to provide a refund for a faulty item do you lot protect the customer and provide a refund on behalf of the merchant? I have contacted CS and awaiting their response.

    @exon157 @LloydsBank We experienced an issue where some transactions were not processing successfully via the live payment gateway between 12:28 and 12:34. Transaction processing has returned to normal and we are monitoring systems closely.

    @AppleSupport @GalaBingo @LloydsBank Can I get my £51.47 sorted as I'm going round and round in circles. I've had an email from Customer Support to confirm it's the bank, the bank are saying my account is fine and I've got no blockages. This is ANNOYING. Sort it out!!!

    @LloydsBank I’m on WiFi, and I have no data. I suppose I’ll *have* to try the desktop site. But I thought I’d tweet you to let you know there’s an issue, because a quick search tells me that I’m not the only one experiencing this issue at the moment.
