@LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

Trying to make a claim on my @LloydsBank account and 20 mins to get through to speak to someone isn't great service! Hung up in the end. Poor!

@LloydsBank any ideas how I can help an adult with learning difficulties open a bank account, popped into branch this morning and didn't get very far. The chap has no passport, driving licence etc etc. Nobody available in branch to help until 8th June at best.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Not the only one mike ! They get paid well 6 months sickness full pay then half pay 6-7 weeks hold a year during pandemic worked 4 hours per day still got full salary no incentive Mike fir customer service imv

@LloydsBank Jessica - informed me there was NOTHING she could do except take the card to an ATM in UK . I am in Spain could not help with any bank in Spain - just abandoned - now desperately trying to get funds together to continue with my journey - very disappointed
