@LloydsBank Why have you reduced amount can withdrawn in Post Office from £500 to £300. Just as people now need access to more money for utility prepayment top-ups. We're still shielding, extra bank trip other end of town & don't carry money, so can top up few months at a time.

@LloydsBank I know found out last time used P.O in November, that was before utilities increase so had just enough cash. I don't know why you would change the amount it's my money I want to access. This will cause difficulties for many customers esp elderly.

@LloydsBank Over 30 minutes on hold so far, why oh why have you gone from being reasonably swift when answering calls to unbelievably snail like, surely not pandemic related as working from home is no longer such a requirement. Not impressed and still no answer 😡
