    @LloydsBank 14 years banking with Lloyds and I have never received such bad customer service and unwillingness to help out one of their valued customers. I will be switching banks.

    @LloydsBank Yes, 3 times now. There are many reviews on the android store with similar issues. There's a reply from someone saying they are 'monitoring the situation'.....

    I’m on a call from @LloydsBank fraud department. They spotted something potentially suspicious. System is working. But they put me automatically on hold without me speaking to a human. And I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes. THEY CALLED ME!
