    @LloydsBank Is anyone else finding it completely impossible to get through to Lloyds customer service numbers at the moment? Considering phoning is what we’re told to do with any problem - they don’t give emails- this is appalling. Totally unacceptable scam

    @LloydsBank just a heads up. It is impossible to open a Smart Start account with your bank. 2 hours on phone 3 hours on internet and a visit to a branch and no one knows how to do this!!

    @LloydsBank Hi, all of my payees have disappeared from my Club Lloyds account in Internet Banking... Is this a known issue? Will this be resolved or do I have to add them again???!!!

    @LloydsBank Yeah, when I applied for the second one - it just literally declined. (I did this one through my new internet banking). It just said I didn’t meet the criteria. I imagine because I’m classed as a brand new customer, I’ve just got to wait? It didn’t do any form credit check.

    @LloydsBank on a call to your fraud team as my online banking login has been suspended. The lady who answered my call was gone so long it's thrown me back into the queue, now been on the phone for 35 minutes. I am a vulnerable customer, getting very stressed #vulnerablecustomer

    @LloydsBank Thanks. This was all opened no problems. As a rule, I like to have two current accounts. One for bills and one for personal. I tried applying for the second one and it decline (it didn’t even do a credit search) - as a brand new customer, does it usually take some time?
