Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Via phonecall, no joy. Not great. Recently widowed so no idea financially what's going on. Anyone got a new phone they don't need?
