    @LloydsBank Lloyds, after 35 years being a loyal customer are constantly declining my card for amounts like £15,£30 even less. Even though I have over £2000 in my account? I called,on phone for over an hour,passed all over, and still no resolution. My advice bank with NatWest.

    @LloydsBank Over 30 minutes on hold so far, why oh why have you gone from being reasonably swift when answering calls to unbelievably snail like, surely not pandemic related as working from home is no longer such a requirement. Not impressed and still no answer 😡

    Never got help at all from my bank during Covid lockdown but soon as you have a little bit of money in the account there like flies round **** ringing asking you to invest or if I want a loan mortgage etc this is really shocking this @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank I know found out last time used P.O in November, that was before utilities increase so had just enough cash. I don't know why you would change the amount it's my money I want to access. This will cause difficulties for many customers esp elderly.
