    @LloydsBank Let me see now 23 minutes and I am ending the call. 23 minutes + 15 = 38minutes. International calls! Perhaps António Horta-Osório can get things moving on the (dis)service before he steps down on 30 April 2021?

    @LloydsBank I am unable to access internet banking on my iPhone or iPad. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it but no success. I just tried to ring the internet banking helpline but it asked for the second digit of my passcode. I have no idea what this is. Help please?

    @LloydsBank I can access the app but there is a ‘Experiencing Technical Difficulties’ message. Perhaps you can alert your customers?

    @LloydsBank It doesn't allow me to log on. It won't even open. All other apps on my phone are working fine
