Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! The chat is fine but it’s no substitute for actually being able to have a proper conversation with someone. I tried calling and after 20 minutes of being on hold I gave up.
