    @LloydsBank Hi Ste. No text which is weird. Phone convo said they'd seen no attempt at a transaction which would explain it. I've tried again and been in touch with them, still error/declined by issuer. Removed card with them for now and I'll try again in day or two.

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to get my current account closed due to moving countries, but have been unsuccessful. What is the process to do this that actually works? I've tried the online chat help as well as calling +441733462226 numerous times.

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with online banking at the moment? Was fine earlier now getting a message that my authentication card isn’t recognised. Message when I call says at least an hour before I can speak to someone.

    @LloydsBank hi there, I made an online purchase 11 days ago and paid via my debit card. I’ve had no order update and the site I bought from is now producing an error code/saying they are now closed. How do I go about getting a refund please?

    @LloydsBank It was a “sorry we’re having technical difficulties” script - could only see/transfer between my accounts. All other recipients weren’t visible - just the error messages. I shut the app down a couple of times and it’s working now. Literally every IT problem… Thanks Brian.
