    @MJ76843833 @LloydsBank Dreadful service innit!! The Twitter team can’t even access accounts anyway so just tell you to phone!! Pleased you finally got it sorted hopefully. Think they seriously need to up their game. Maybe was a glitch but still not good enough. Cheers

    @LloydsBank been on hold for 1:20mins and counting after an initial hold of 45mins to remove a block you put on my card whilst im overseas. What sort of service is this? Leaving people without access to money with no simple solution to resolve it. Awful awful service.

    @LloydsBank Yes...must have tried 8 times and you just wouldn’t authorise it..paid on a different card in the end but it’s annoying as if we had taken that card away with us it could have caused problems

    @LloydsBank your bereavement notification form appears to be broken. It throws an error when you submit. Your berevement phone line doesn’t accept the options (dial 1 for…) Fortunately when I did get through they were excellent and very helpful, but you might want to fix that.

    @SteveKe33579905 @LloydsBank Finally got through to someone today who was pretty much clueless about the whole thing. She said a few people have had the same issue and that it's likely a glitch. Told nothing I didn't already know. Hopefully that's the case 🤞. Thanks for getting back to me by the way 👍

    Not sure why I pay @LloydsBank account fees if I can never speak to anyone. Been on hold for 90 minutes trying to sort urgent problem; all I get is “we are particularly busy at the moment but expect your call to be answered shortly”. I have a different definition of “shortly”.😫
