    @LloydsBank Why is your online banking keep asking me for the 9th, 10th and 11th character everytime for the past few days across multiple devices and different connections? Is your system stuck? Even when I enter the correct info, it does not accept it. Please fix it.

    @LloydsBank The app is telling me I need to enter memorable information, but can’t remember it. When I enter my details to reset memorable information, I’m told that a code will be sent to my phone. But then the app crashes and won’t go any further. No code received. I can’t log in to app.
