All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

David died as a bankrupt in 2014 after Begbies made a claim for a debt he didn''t owe & produced false documents to support it.

When he asked, he was told “I can only give a money bag, it’s not big enough,” so he had to carry a *** of cash on the high street.
