Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Added on to my earlier issue 2 days ago which is still occasionally recurring I’m not impressed with Lloyds at the moment!

I spoke with a customer service representative yesterday after waiting at least 35 minutes, and I’ve also spent considerable time using the online messaging service. Unfortunately, the issue still hasn’t been resolved.

Bekki (@DottyBekki) reported@SirPuppetPaul @LloydsBank I have no idea. Why a bank would want to make its systems more difficult to use is beyond me. It's annoying enough that I can also see my Halifax and BOS accounts when I log in. The website is just a confusing mess now.
