Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

After about 10 attempts it to worked - didn’t change anything - same background, same lighting etc etc. It just decided to work . its just very annoying and I know others who have the same issues

Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank This week, MPs on the Treasury select committee wrote to the chief executive of Lloyds, Charlie Nunn, 2 demand answers about how much compensation would be paid to those affected Oh dear, so there was a glitch. Lloyds refused my complaint because it had none🙄

Adrian Warner (@adrian_warner) reported@LloydsBank 20 times I tried to open the account your online system said there was a technical error. I was told by your staff that they cannot open these accounts on the phone and it is only possible online. How can I open one if your online doesn’t work?
