    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

    Trying to make a claim on my @LloydsBank account and 20 mins to get through to speak to someone isn't great service! Hung up in the end. Poor!

    @MartinSLewis I was £3000 in debt with @LloydsBank - Then some insanely helpful guy over the phone went through my entire finances with me, to the penny. He worked out a plan with me and I cleared the lot. 100/100 customer service. So I was, but now I’m not.

    Customer service in Lloyds bank @LBGplc has become non-existent. Yesterday I went in to withdraw £1,100. I asked Teller to count cash before giving to me, but she refused. Machine does it so she won't. So when did counting money in a bank become an issue? #badservice #lloydsbank

    @LloydsBank have issues with their app, can't set up a new payee to transfer money, and 'try again later/login again' is utterly pointless...

    @LloydsBank Asking a very important question on your chat service with Sayeed 15 minutes and still no reply.. Too many issues with Lloyd’s service these days. Allowing money not authorised to leave my account is one example.

    @LloydsBank Thanks - but no need to access accounts. My query is why I cannot use the switch service CASS to switch from an account listed in their services to my newly opened Lloyds account? It is supposed to be simple, and, yes, the account I want to move from is in Channel Islands.

    @LloydsBank I wish to request an inquiry into this issue. I need to know why my account was closed. I need to know why the Bank didn't deem it fit to inform me. I also need to know why my switch has failed. I need to know why I was profiled for frustration.
