Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

@LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

@LloydsBank No I gave up after 70 minutes of waiting. I’m trying to make a purchase online with a representative access card but I needs to be authorised (I presume due to the amount). The number was 0345 266 8634

Hi @LloydsBank This morning a cashier pulled down his trousers and unleashed an outrageously liquidy blow off, rich in egginess. He barked: “If you can guess how many eggs are in that one Barry I’ll pay off your mortgage” I correctly identified 14 and was awarded £100,000.

@LloydsBank I have raised a complaint. I have ordered the card 3 times as mentioned earlier. But as you know it is not a customer’s responsibility to order a card the banks sends it. Tbh you are not helping at all. Might be easier to get off twitter and look at complaints raised online.

@LloydsBank can’t log in. Spent hrs on 3 separate calls (at considerable cost) Last call @ 1hr 43 mins when put on hold, and suddenly find I’ve been put back into Q to speak to someone. Each advisor gives a different story on what issue is, but nobody resolves it. Someone help

@LloydsBank Thx Graeme, it doesn’t appear anyone can help, just spent another 25 mins on phone, to be told I need to call again from a secure line at branch, I’ve closed acc over phone and had funds trans to another acc. they did this willingly, so probably suggests it’s not a fraud issue

@LloydsBank Hi Lee. Try to set up app on new device. Gives ref number and asks me to call. 1st advisor said not fraud, gives me a new number to call online dept, they say it fraud and transfer me. Next fraud advisor says I.T issue, on hold and sent to beginning of Q. 3+ hours & not resolve
