Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! At that point I left it and now I’ve found that your app was incorrect and the payment WAS processed TWICE when you said it hadn’t TWICE!
