@LloydsBank When I paid before, I use the Lloyds app & clicked on the pay card option but when I tried today it’s saying that you’re having technical difficulties…So I went onto my banking app & input the sort code & acc number with my 16 digit card num reference and it kept saying error

@LloydsBank She has been in communication with the company the moment she noticed the defect with her purchase which was the day it was delivered. She has called them, they have cancelled visits to her house to rectify the problem, she has been promised calls from the store manager...

@LloydsBank do you realise how terrible your customer service is via phone? 10 minutes and counting without an answer at the moment 🤯 It’s times like this that remind me why I moved my banking over to @monzo and @MetroBank_Help so much more user friendly and easy to contact 👏

@LloydsBank Does anyone ever answer your Platinum Service Travel Insurance helpline - been on hold for nearly an hour now! Not the service I would expect.
