@LloydsBank left its loyal customer of 6 years with no money in the middle of war zone. Security team would not accept a request for a call back. After 1.5h of being on hold, I ran out of funds on my Ukrainian sim and ofc there is no way to put more money on as card is blocked.

@LloydsBank how about being a bit more constructive & flexible about setting up a child account for a customer of over 40 years as the passport ID had recently expired, rather than cancelling & blocking further application causing extra time, agitation & effort? ?want this bank?

@LloydsBank No someone how between April and may a stop has been put on the Amazon fresh transactions couldn’t explain why prime is still coming out every month and other Amazon payments too. He has requested the block to be removed by how did it get there in the 1st place
