@LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

@LloydsBank No, @StarshipRobots don’t support 3d verification so the payment just fails. No request to call. When I did call the guy just said “keep trying, there’s a 50/50 chance it’ll go through”

@LloydsBank are terrible and constantly block my card for ‘fraud’ checks every two mins. I’ve even gone to the bank today to withdraw money for builders & I now have to wait for the fraud team. Anybody with a better bank that doesn’t constantly waste my time?

My @LloydsBank card isn't working with online payments. I can pay in-store, use contactless or ask a friend to buy something and transfer them back via the app. But I can't buy my own stuff online e.g. theatre tickets. It's ever so slightly frustrating...

@LloydsBank She’s 89, in ‘end of life care’, unable to type clearly to access website as hands v shaky- used to enjoy checking her account in the app though as so easy. Why do you give the option to download an older compatible version, when that particular option doesn’t then download?

@LloydsBank this is ridiculous - stuck at home with Covid and your ridiculous systems won’t allow me to buy a @StarshipRobots delivery because 3d secure is preventing the payment. So frustrating, and even speaking to your CS team doesn’t help!
