Lloydsbank did not follow the FCA principle rules when they made changes to our mortgage, I know this because the FCA have told me. She has the power to investigate this complaint.

I have received a txt message to say my switch couldn’t be progressed, then a further message to say it will go ahead on the 22/11. I’ve tried calling but I have waited over 45 mins both times.
