Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! I returned the funds to the original sender. Now im in a -80£ overdraft due to your banks **** up. Not happy

I can't view the current offers, or any offers I've opted in to. The rest of the app works fine & I'm using the latest version.

Been a customer for 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.
