Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! There messaging centre 'experiencing delays' tell me to call the call centre (between 8-6pm) after 6pm. What's the point of being a bank customer!

My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer
