Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! After about 10 attempts it to worked - didn’t change anything - same background, same lighting etc etc. It just decided to work . its just very annoying and I know others who have the same issues
