@LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

@LloydsBank Pleeeeeease! I have been in an awful emergency caused by Lloyds and yet nobody at Lloyds is able to help me! They locked me out of my account while abroad, and calling them to reactivate costs over £100, which I cannot afford! Nobody over the chats seems to want to help!

@LloydsBank Hi. He's tried the Business helpline 3 times now without success. I know you won't do anything via Twitter but you obviously can see the dilemma. Surname has just 5 letters and even a toddler could spell it!! We need help in branch, telephone operators clearly cannot spell.

So @LloydsBank is having me in a queue on the phone for 30, then 40 mins. Then, the call drops around the 19-min mark each time… and if I can’t get to an agent within 48 hours I’m locked out of my account. Lovely service. I’m closing my account today.
