Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

I was moved from the halifax banking app to lloyds app, it is constantly failing and not allowing me to login. Try to phone you and get a message saying there is over an hour waiting time..Sort it out

Been a customer for 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.

I selected the low rate option because it meant easy access - but @LloydsBank have changed the rules that i signed up for. Access to do as i wish with my ISA has been stolen. This feels like a form of fraud.

Shammoz (@Shammoz) reported@LloydsBank @_TomK95 They dont tell you that the Message 24/7 service is useless. I used it... got an agent who asked about my issue, I typed it... nothing back for SIX hours, not even acknowledging you typed even a single letter.
