    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @HalifaxBank abysmal customer service from you. I need to discuss blocked payments and all you can offer is virtual chat or stuck in a call Q. If this is what @LloydsBank offer since the re brand I'll be finding a new account.

    Discusting service by @LloydsBank been trying to fix the issue with authorising of payments for days now telling me I have to go into branch with id. im disabled and housebound and no family ican't get there and rely on food delivery's to be told can't help DONT BANK HERE PPL!!

    @LloydsBank How do I claim compensation for yet another failing of your online systems. You drive us to use the app or website but seem incapable of managing them. No other banks have this problem. I have been a Lloyds customer for over 40 years but i think it’s time to leave.

    @LloydsBank I have been with you all of my life. That is going to finish very soon if I can't get this matter resolved. You have taken away the facility to download a csv for specified periods on some of my accounts. Your humans don't know the answer. They put me onto chat bots who are useless. Why you would give en export facility that chooses its own random dates? What is the point of that? Something has gone very wrong with your service of late. I cannot believe someone has programmed it this way.

    @LloydsBank Been unable to make any online payments since moving over to Lloyd's app from the Halifax. all i get when i call is they can't see any blocks or issues on my account so unable to help! Horrendous service if not sorted out today I'll be moving my banking elsewhere had enough now
