Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI
