Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! I tried to log in but I receive the error "Sorry, we're having a few technical problems."

Got a letter a few days ago saying my bank would be closed with no further information. I called and no one could help. Went into branch and the staff supported me to appeal. The appeal has been rejected
