@LloydsBank Thanks Claire but that's not what I'm trying to do. I want to change my phone number so I can get into my online banking account and having to wait 3-5 business days or find a branch (none of which are open at reasonable times for working people) is unnecessarily difficult. 1/2

@LloydsBank hi can you help? I'm considering switching to your silver account. Currently I don't have a personal account but do have a power of attorney for my dad. Will this complicate switch? Secondly does travel insurance have basic cruise cover? (most policies do).

@LloydsBank decided to take a credit card out with yourselves. Really not feeling the service so far. Tried to use internet banking- says error when I log in. Phoned says I haven’t tried to log on !! Now waiting for call back 1.5 hours and nothing
