    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    Trying to make a claim on my @LloydsBank account and 20 mins to get through to speak to someone isn't great service! Hung up in the end. Poor!

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

    @HalifaxBank @G1xr2 I can access Halifax online, + app= was good >now with rebranding had to change my Lloyd's online memorable info & password fine. Yet not all transactions carried over =incomplete. Downloaded but can't access lloyds app as it doesn't recognise my updated details 😡 @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank I’m moving all my Lloyds Bank accounts to First Direct. @LloydsBank I had the same trouble with my Lloyds Mastercard, your derisory group allowing out of date credit cards to be used by Microsoft 365, even though I no longer used that service 🤬

    @LloydsBank I mean, just fix the app for everyone. Roll it back to an earlier version or something. The Halifax one worked absolutely fine for years then when you linked them up and tried to force everyone onto lloyds its broken.

    @LloydsBank why is seemingly a 50/50 shot whether I can log in every time I use your app? Constantly down- delaying payments & ability to transfer. Always so poor. At what point do you compensate for letting your customers down?
