Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! I had multiple insurance polices you over charged me for but were convenient as part of the “banking group”. I don’t need you anymore, your process/system is no longer customer focussed.
