@LloydsBank wire transfer sent to me from the UK to USA that was sent back and resent but has not appeared . Branch forgot to put my name and account number in the address section, previous wires have been sent from the exact same branch to the exact same account ? #help

@LloydsBank It was a callback from the helpline- automated. They have phoned back apparently as it’s a new credit card it’s not on the system yet although the letter on the 14/2 said I was ready to go !!! Error 900928 I believe- technical error

@LloydsBank You really are missing the point. Useless staff at the branch have said they can’t help and to phone in. I’ve tried to phone in - cuts off and tells me to use online banking. Online banking cannot help and tell me to go into branch - seriously what do you expect me to do?? !!
