Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa!     @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @LloydsBank Your fraud number, I spoke to 3 people (I have names) but was cut off. Be honest; are they all working from home? if so, other priorities; letting the dog out, changing a *****, going to the shops or watching Netflix. I pay a fee for my account, surely I deserve to be heard?

    @LloydsBank On the previous two occasions the cards themselves split/snapped. It seems clear to me that the problem is the poor build quality of the cards.

    @LloydsBank It didn't get as far as contacting the bank, it has been rejected by both a cash machine and a store device on insertion, and contactless still works OK, so I am quite sure it is a physical problem with the card, not with a security check.
