Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Having no access to money and all they have to say is sorry isn’t good enough, blame Lloyds for having this be one of the very few outlets to talk to a member of staff quickly.

So, very clearly, the app and online banking are NOT "up and running".

Chris (@tringgooner) reported@LloydsBank I pay for private banking and what do I get? I get to wait one hour, yes that’s one hour for you to answer your phone. And why didn’t I have to call? Because you put a block on my card for no reason. Utter rubbish service. Why bother?
