@LloydsBank I have just had the worst customer experience when I called Lloyds a few moments ago. I was argued with, given inaccurate information and when I tried to make a complaint I was informed it was an up to 8 week wait because the team were ‘busy’. Please get in touch ASAP

@LloydsBank Already spent 45 mins on the phone to them, nobody had a clue what was going on. Basically told me they'd never seen this problem and then blamed it on unspecified 'system issues' which only appear to affecting my account, given this is apparently a never before seen issue..

@LloydsBank Okay. Just to reiterate, the only option I have is for a Visa card which obviously has Lloyd's BIN in it. I assume you guys are sent the transaction data from the Visa network to then credit my account? Just want to be sure that the issue is definitely with Binance.
