Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! The app doesn't run slowly, it's slow to log on, then you clutter it with popups about your products I might want. You need to realise that people just want to quickly get in and do their banking without delays.

Lloyd's Group don't seem interested in fixing their issues or hiring skilled people. Lloyd's timeline is just a list of app problems. In 2026, this is unacceptable.
