Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
