Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

Time to look for another bank!

Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.
