    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @LloydsBank just close my account or ask documents for the check your decisions correct. I am getting tired of the endless escalation process and not doing anything about my money. You can not block any account for three months and ruin the bussiness

    @LloydsBank Thanks for responding. I wasn’t aware it was a last minute closure which explains why the opening hours on website don’t match. It was the second time this week I’ve sat in traffic to get to that branch so a bit frustrating. Hope nothing too serious and branch reopens soon

    @LloydsBank Why does your website state your Aylesbury Gatehouse branch is open when it is temporarily closed? Would it not be possible to update with this info and save unnecessary trips?
