Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! You simply cannot believe the amount of companies who were based there. For Indians working in call centres it was a very highly paid job. Everyone was degree level and spoke 2-3 languages.

I do have his policy number but apparently that's not enough. How am I supposed to solve this issue if my insurer can't claim against the policy number alone?
