@LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

@LloydsBank Hi Graeme, they transfer me to fraud and they release the block. No one is checking why it’s happening and I don’t have the time to sit for endless hours waiting for that process to happen. Surely authorising the payment by replying Yes and submitting the OTP is enough?

@LloydsBank It’s been sorted Iain I was advised to make an indemnity claim by @mortgageexpress which I did . It was a challenge with your customer services thou’ but it happened . So diff to get money paid back when there is an error with all the banks . Things need to speed up and change

@LloydsBank Hi Johnjames, yes I have and was directed to Lloyds as post-merger they did not transfer those documents. I managed to speak to an advisor at Lloyd’s who gave me the name of the archive file he found but when I went into branch with it they said they couldn’t access it….

@LloydsBank have a platinum account went into branch was told to call membership services got transferred in a queue for 59 mins got cut off tried again and again requested call back to be given another no , this is an important issue as we go away next week !!!!!🤬

@robsutton @LloydsBank This has happened to me again! 3rd time in a week. Authorising payment, submitting the OTP and still payment not accepted. Poor service. Fraud team don’t answer. 50 min wait and counting!
