  @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

  @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

  @LloydsBank Its slow to do anything, the Halifax app was pretty swift to move between screens etc the Lloyd's app is laggy and just hangs. I am not a fan 😒 might be time for a change of banks

  @LloydsBank my 78 year old mother was humiliated in your Accrington branch for asking for help checking a potential scam text message. Complaint is in but calling it out on here so others can see the kind of people you employ. It’s not his first complaint either… appalling !!

  Been with @Wise and @StarlingBank for a good few years, thought i'd try @LloydsBank for a new project and its been awful experience so far - so many emails asking for more info etc - provided then asked for most. No wonder wise/starling/monzo etc won the race with the banks.

  @LloydsBank so now because of your technical issues you’ve suspended my business account….the one you forced me into opening and the one where I can register it. Despite assurances it would be sorted…the silence is deafening

  @LloydsBank @cellawoody1 I have a massive complaint. I want a human to call me. Apparently that’s impossible. Don’t threaten good customers and then fail to provide proper support.

  @TheAdman7 @LloydsBank Adam, We had same issues, but we found the cause seemed to be the uninstalling of the Halifax app. My phone, which still has the Halifax app works fine. Not very helpful, but you are not alone, Pete
