    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA having exactly the same issue with axa! Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Worst company of 2023 award!

    @TheAA_UK @LloydsBank Home now 24 hrs later than planned.Left in a layby with no access to toilets etc for 5 hours waiting for recovery vehicle and onward travel that did not materialise. Rescued by family who took us overnight. Many frantic phone calls before hire car provided 22 hrs after breakdown!

    @LloydsBank my gran set up a firstsave account for me in 2001 and paid into it until 2004. I have only just found the book after she passed away. Will I still be able to access this?

    @LloydsBank Looks like this may have caused some issues as I'm now unable to set the online banking app on my phone. Verification texts and calls are not being sent out, reached out to your support team but they couldn't help me either as their verification codes are not being sent either.

    @LloydsBank The app is telling me I need to enter memorable information, but can’t remember it. When I enter my details to reset memorable information, I’m told that a code will be sent to my phone. But then the app crashes and won’t go any further. No code received. I can’t log in to app.

    @LloydsBank the form one needs for adding a user to online banking cannot be obtained as your system is broken? Do you have any idea when it may be up and running so as to progress with the process. Your phone team does not have a clue? any comments?

    @LloydsBank hi, I did money transfer to one of your customer account, unfortunately I made mistake in account selection whereas I supposed I transfer to someone else's in same bank. Now, I approched my local bank here and they mentioned that there is no respond from your side.
