    @santanderukhelp Nothing in the emails or spam emails No callback arranged by santander And total ignorance of the fact I am a dissatisfied customer Don't worry though - I've gone to @LloydsBank bank instead!

    @LloydsBank Can’t see how this is a network problem as I got through to the call answering system ok. It was only on transfer to an advisor that the problem manifested. Finally went into a branch only to find they couldn’t add contact number either as they don’t have the necessary access !

    @LloydsBank Please re-read my question, at no point did I say "without online access" I just want personal access to my personal data without having to list a public "App" and registering with OpenBanking (not your fault but that process currently doesn't work BTW)

    @LloydsBank Hi, so to confirm if I open my account today and select my switch date to be the earliest date available. Will I still qualify for the incentive as I know I need to leave 6 working days or because the switch will complete after the 27th will that not qualify?

    @LloydsBank Doesn't matter what I do they still re appear once i re open the app and doesn't matter how long I wait either. I've used the messaging service before, three times but I'm not waiting for a reply.

    When it comes to EV charging my @LloydsBank let’s me down many times but @monzo just works. Went to pub to order lunch with card and had to enter PIN. Mustn’t like me being away from Southbourne. @bppulseuk app wouldn’t do it either with my £20 credit.

    @LloydsBank I've tried 0345 300 0000 and 01733 347338, both numbers experience the same problem. NU, followed by a pulsing tone. I did manage to contact on line banking support but they cant help me
