Still waiting, made first call at midday yesterday,spent all day on hold, spoke to several different people still dynorod didn't turn up, we have a newborn at property,no toilet,heating or water thanks axa! Sven Greenfacer (@frangenever) reported@bananare86 @StarmertheFraud @LloydsBank He was able to get an account elsewhere. His account wasn't frozen and he had other access to funds. All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.
