Heather (@HeatherCF96) reported@LloydsBank The account was created by my dad for me when I was a child and I recently gained access to it. There has been money going into it every month for 20 or so years. I have been unable to make a transaction since gaining access and going into branch.

sharon fellows (@sharon4xx) reported@LloydsBank just phoned customer service, what a rude person on the end if the phone. Call was 43 mins most if that time i was on hold and then he just disappeared with no response. Awful customer service!
