    @LloydsBank Hi, for some reason my card stopped working on Google pay. Contactless gets denied and Google pay link just says no funds available. Is this an issue with Lloyds or Google? Thanks

    Trying to make a claim on my @LloydsBank account and 20 mins to get through to speak to someone isn't great service! Hung up in the end. Poor!

    @financialombuds @TheFCA @LloydsBank The Charity began with the help of Lloyds Bank. It is sad, as I’ve been with Lloyds, CamdenTown, since 1992. My mother’s had great support off Coutts. NatWest CamdenTown allowed her to withdraw c£4,500 in cash, to give to 2 men in a white van. Police contacted FD of Aquability.

    @broquocwilliam @LloydsBank Yes they should. Pre Covid they were open until 5.30 I think & until 1pm on a Saturday. If the staff are now working only part of their normal hours but getting the same wage, there's no incentive for them to increase their hours

    @MartinSLewis #Reclaimbankcharges for packaged account took over 6 months with @LloydsBank they have rejected claim as I had a joint account at the same time which shows I was aware of the conditions. Appalling service all round but Ombudsman not responded since Jan. What next?

    @LloydsBank been waiting now for 50 minutes for customer 'service' to answer. This is definitely not customer service and not what I would expect from a leading high street bank.

    @LloydsBank poor service, was transfer to 5 people in order to order a new bank card, change my contact number, and delete my app. Why? If I call @Barclays @BarclaysLDN the same person does it all. In the ends they wouldn’t even change my contact number or take it off the system.

    @sainsburys never again will I use you. They way I was spoken to by a manager. Shopping due in a hour because your end has issues with @LloydsBank cards and keep declining, I have no shopping
