    @LloydsBank I rang your helpline on Saturday and they said there was a recognised issue with this which should be resolved shortly. I get to the confirm payment stage and then it goes back to the main menu.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been trying to get information about our travel insurance policy with you for 2 weeks now. Axa don’t answer the phone and your branch staff say they can’t help. This is not a Gold account benefit if nobody can help me.
