@KennyKwjj @LloydsBank They always blame the customer. Why would anyone phone Lloyds if they didn't absolutely need to? If the waiting times are that long, they obvs need more staff. I'm trying to sort my Mother's acc out. I was warned the service was the worst! It's true.

@LloydsBank I was answered - first call took nearly 30 minutes to get through - told to ring another number, because they couldn't find info (?what?) - took another forty minutes to speak to a human being - cut off after less than two minutes. It's an appalling 'service'. Hire more staff,!

@Cleric20 @LloydsBank Yeah, I don’t like to do the old ‘moaning on Twitter’ thing but I’m a bit flabbergasted to be honest - literally a daily deluge of messages telling me my account is overdrawn, my loans are unpaid etc. I am not a customer of this company!!!!! Surely this must happen a lot??
