@LloydsBank I understand you’re planning to close the branch at Oxted soon. We have a vulnerable relative with Fragile X who is unable to use on-line banking. You’ve already closed his Edenbridge branch so how will he access services please?

@LloydsBank Thank you for explaining. I totally understand the storage of coins but not the queuing as I waited for 12 minutes waiting for just one customer. I was about 3 minutes.

@LloydsBank I rang your helpline on Saturday and they said there was a recognised issue with this which should be resolved shortly. I get to the confirm payment stage and then it goes back to the main menu.

@LloydsBank I am very obviously not "Miss Ralph". Nor a child "Master Ralph". I have tried emailing Marc Lien, emailscams, support, unsubscribe. On checking, this has been going on since January 2017!!!!
