@LloydsBank your phone system is awful, I just need to speak to an actual person. We’re trying to set up my 16 year old with an under 19 account, round in circles as he has a saver online and can’t get through to anyone on a phone 🤬

@Stephanemyself @LloydsBank Exactly! I have a large payment I need to make to pay for my childcare and I can’t until I access my bank account - but nope, app and online website are both not working. Absolutely disgraceful!

@Chelsea_e_davis @LloydsBank I 100% agree with you, that's really f'd up from them to be honest ! They really need to get their sh*t together quicker or at least release an update for all phones so everyone can have their app fixed ! Sorry about that unfortunate issue that's crazy .

@LloydsBank have you had a cyber attack?there are people who’ve waited for hours to speak to someone - only to be cut off . Pensioners don’t know if they’ve been paid or not,too frightened to go overdrawn.What is the issue? Other than leaving elders frightened? cc @MartinSLewis
