@LloydsBank your phone system is awful, I just need to speak to an actual person. We’re trying to set up my 16 year old with an under 19 account, round in circles as he has a saver online and can’t get through to anyone on a phone 🤬

@dualcyclone @LloydsBank @TrueLayer Hello, just wanted to let you know that we received notification from Lloyds that they should be resolving this issue today. They have recommended in the meantime to try clearing browser cookies as that has resolved the issue for some users.
