@LloydsBank your phone system is awful, I just need to speak to an actual person. We’re trying to set up my 16 year old with an under 19 account, round in circles as he has a saver online and can’t get through to anyone on a phone 🤬

@LloydsBank I’ve tried using my actual card in several places and it declines but my Apple Pay works fine as it’s the new card that’s now been activated. My problem is why was my Apple Pay updated a week before I’ve yet to receive my new card?

@BondGaven @LloydsBank Sady exactly the same here too tried to report yesterday and was told there was a 50 min wait today an hour. My other bank never has these issues.

@LloydsBank Thanks for confirming. The app & my phone were both up to date , but deleting and reinstalling the app today seems to have fixed it somehow. I'm using a Google Pixel 4XL and twice yesterday had to re-register, get the phone call to put in the code etc. Thanks for your help :)

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for this. However, your phone lines have very long wait times at present and are only open during my personal working hours. If you could please let me know whether a month is a normal period of time I can avoid clogging up your phone lines further

@LloydsBank Your replacement card service is an effing joke. You’ve issued a new card to my banking app, but then it’s blocked from use because of ‘suspicious activity’. Why would someone else be using a card that didn’t exist a few hours ago?! And 40 minute wait on the helpline!
