    @LloydsBank I've been trying to use my debit card to purchase something online. Keeps coming up needs further verification - nothing happens. Tried to call your line but at a 20 minute queue - too long. Is there a problem? Looks like I'm not the only one with card trouble!

    @LloydsBank @Rugby_mad_mam Hi I'm having problems too. 1st attempt same issue as OT, 2nd attempt got in to my a/c but page very slow & didn't fully load, 3rd attempt signed in then "this site cannot be reached" Issues???

    Hi @LloydsBank I have now verified my user ID and password and still cannot log in to online banking on desktop because apparently I am entering my username wrong: (i am not) "We're sorry, but the details you entered aren't in the right format. Please check them and try again."

    @fashion_mommyWM @LloydsBank Don’t spend your time on a Twitter back and forth next time it doesn’t help, they basically ask you to turn it off and on again lol. I rang the fraud team and got the blocker on my card removed quickly

    @LloydsBank Hi, I have not received a monthly statement in my Digital Inbox since November. Is there a problem or has this statement been discontinued? It is far superior to the monthly statement available from the Transactions screen.
