@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Don't expect much better from any of the others, pray you don't fall foul of the 80/20 rule and end up in the 20% of cases the customer service computer says no.

@LloydsBank I absolutely will log an complaint but will not resolve the current situation and all the previous occasions that the app is not working and internet banking down. Oh yes along with having a new mobile having to register card for apple@pay and says to ring

@LloydsBank I can't access my money or even transfer it to another account to use. This is the 2nd time you have done this to me in the space of a few months. It's pay day for most and bills need to be paid!!!!
