@LloydsBank Ordered replacement credit card yesterday. I can login to online banking & app but receive message that I have no accounts that can be accessed by mobile or internet banking. Is this because of the new card process? It means I cant check for unauthorised transactions

@LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

@LloydsBank bank is worst than @POTUS . I just sent money to my crypto brokerage. They suspended my log in and I have to bring my ID into bank. But when I send daily 1-5k to stocks brokerage there is no issues. First thing I’m gonna do tomorrow is go to bank to close that account

@LloydsBank Hello .. I have waited on the phone for 120 minutes today to report a motor insurance claim with Lloyds motor insurance .. and I still haven’t spoken to anyone …could this take even more hours ?.., is this your usual wait time ? This is an urgent issue .. can you help ?

So @LloydsBank have back healed a query. Again. Pushing a page of options to someone, none of which fit, is a typical lazy organisational response. To be clear I am not a customer, thank goodness.
