@janebinnion @Nickala5 @LloydsBank Had the exact same thing happen with Santander. Wouldn’t give my son a student account as no credit rating at time but were happy to help him get in debt by racking up overdrawn fees

@LloydsBank I have switched between WiFi and 4g😒. The app isn't opening at all it is NOT a connection issue. I haven't tried online banking as I haven't set it up
