@LloydsBank No. I explained that your website states that you will send them automatically. He said that’s not always the case & confirmed that a card was not sent out prior to me ordering one on the 24th. No explanation as to why.

@LloydsBank someone last night drained £1200 out of my sons @LloydsBank account in small increments till he only had £22 left and he’s spent 2 hours on the phone to them and they said we can’t help you. They even suspended his account when it was to late. Beware everyone

@LloydsBank Hi Tony, I'm not sure to repeat this transaction, as everytime I logged on to Lloyds mobile app and website, the pending payment was still there and it said I won't be able to log on until I spoke with Lloyds' staff (which I already did, and had no solution), could you check it?

@LloydsBank @EnergySvgTrust - I completed all the paperwork and process for the Eco Home Reward back in August. It is now December and I've heard nothing. The phone number provided goes to voicemail. The website states that payments are normally within 30 days. 🫤
