    @LloydsBank Thanks, Mike. That automated system said my card has now been activated woo. However, when I attempt to log in via the app or the browser, it still requests my activation code. When I submit the code, I get an error. Very confusing!

    @LloydsBank I have tried to make a payment to samsung online and the Samsung website says an error has occurred and you have moved TWICE the amount of the order (over 4k) so the order hasn't gone through and 4 grand is stuck in pending.. Please explain!

    @LloydsBank a huge line at the bank and the staff can literally be seen doing nothing but waiting for 5pm. Why not actually help all the customers??! this is at Milton Keynes branch, Lloyds court.
