    @LloydsBank I reported a serious data breach yesterday morning (10:34 AM) where I was given access to another customer's private account. 24+ hours later and I’ve had zero response. This is a major UK GDPR failure. I need an urgent update on my formal complaint and compensation.

    @steveleonard72 @LloydsBank This is the painful side of card migrations that never gets talked about. Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.

    @LloydsBank Visited my local branch. Chaos prevailed Customers queuing, staff disorganised, some sitting at one counter inactive, while queues grew at another. Get customers on line is the motive. Awful customer service in branch is the way to do it. Black Horse is no longer the

    WARNING. Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update. @LloydsBank Why the hell have you weakened the security on millions of accounts without asking customers?

    @LloydsBank Also if it takes upto 6 months just to get an account t back due to the lack of bank service the Lloyds are just wanting corporate greed for their houses and fancy cars then it’s just wrong to disrespect the customers you have
