    @LloydsBank trying to phone for help. Recorded message says long wait times because of high call volumes. Recorded message also says that you will soon be reducing telephone hours. Why?

    @LloydsBank ordered replacement debit card on Tuesday 12th April, got notification on Friday 15th April to say it’s in the post. Should it not have arrived by now? Said if ordering replacement it takes 3-5 working days. That’s 10 days now.
