The travel insurance @LloydsBank gives its premium customers has a shocking record of customer service. I ant get any help. I’ve just purchased other cover for my next trip. I think it’s the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Bank needs to reassess.

@LloydsBank After half an hour plus queuing, it turns out their computers aren't working, so they advise people to go elsewhere. I decide not to panic, I can just go to the branch on Oxford Street before my appointment—it's listed as being open at that time. It's not.

@LloydsBank Still unable to get my mortgage moved to a new deal because the website isn't loading after inputting my details. Been like this for weeks now, very frustrating!!

@LloydsBank You block internet banking and ask customers to call a number (which never works) to unlock. Just this one reason is enough for customers to stay away from Lloyds bank. Fortunately I had other bank accounts to rely on during my travel.

@LloydsBank almost at the point of giving up.Banked with you for nearly 30 years,yet no one can help me open accounts for my children. It really shouldn’t take so much effort from my end,& just keep hitting brick walls. Do you not want to keep loyal customers,& bring in new ones?

@LloydsBank I then spent over an hour panickedly rushing around central London trying to find a Lloyds Bank that's open that day, on a website I now know I can't trust. Eventually *by chance* I find one and it works out, but if it hadn't, I'd have lost my £100 deposit.
