@LloydsBank Hey, is there an issue with the iOS app? Yesterday and this morning I’ve tried to use it and both times it’s asked me to set up my device again, as if it’s the first time I’m using it.

@Burnsey85 @LloydsBank I think it's an issue with Google pay. My bank card was just unlinked for no reason. Telephone number for verification isn't mine and can't change it 🙄

@LloydsBank When I login the mobile app and go to the “View PIN”, it shows the error message “We are sorry but we can’t show your cards at the moment. Please try again later.” Why is that?

@LloydsBank I have two issues. Firstly, I'm looking to confirm a block/cancellation of payment that has been coming out every 3 months. Secondly, I have a block on my card from trying to make a purchase and need to discuss with you how to unblock this.

@LloydsBank There’s no error message. Both times I’ve opened it over the past couple of days, the app has acted as it does when you first download it (i.e. asking you to set up your phone as a trusted device, displaying a number on screen that you are then called by Lloyds to verify)
