    @LloydsBank losing another customer as they keep telling my FIL that their failure to process his payments via @TrueLayer are TrueLayers fault, and he has to contact them. Why? It's Lloyds integration, not my father in-laws!

    @LloydsBank Hiya Yes! It's Mecca Bingo. Haven't had any issues before but now it's saying that my banks declined it? Mecca have stated its Lloyd's refusing it, But Lloyd's is still allowing me to place money on the site VIA that same bank account.

    @suzseddon I had the same thing with @LloydsBank (UK). Refused to tell them (none of their business), said I'd take full responsibility but they froze my account. I complained to the Financial Ombudsman, won and shut my account. Don't bank with Lloyds if you want access to your money.

    @LloydsBank Jesus this is saga. All I wanted to do was transfer a Help to Buy ISA to an Investment ISA, because let's face it, I'm never going to buy a house. First I go online and it says I need to do it over the phone.

    @LloydsBank We won’t able to leave our homes so why would break down cover be needed and I told them when signing up I already have mobile insurance. Iv tried to downgrade several times with no help

    @LloydsBank must really be up there for worst customer service of all the Banks. So far 3hrs 15 minutes on the phone to get card added to phone wallet. TIP: if EVERY time we call it is a particularly busy time, then maybe you simply do not have enough staff!
