Grantham, England
@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank requested 6 months worth of bank statements for a time sensitive spouse visa. They all came with the wrong address despite changing it 18 months ago. Customer services say this shouldn’t happen as have correct address on file…

@LloydsBank Having just read through that, I’m totally confused and I’m not stupid. How on earth do you expect students to understand that. @whynot_tobes no wonder you and others feel let down

@LloydsBank I have 2 personal accounts does this make it 20? I have so many more questions…Are regular external comms sent to customers with updates on what they can/can’t do? Are branches there to help or make things more complicated for a customer? Am I expected to go back tomorrow?

Wow @LloydsBank what amazing service! I’ve been trying to settle a refund from @UberEats and @McDonaldsUK for a month who passed me back and forth and you sort it in a 15min phone call. Wish I’d come to you first! Thank you!

@LloydsBank Why do insist on making me have to use the app to authorise a payment when I do the same shop every week. It’s just maximum inconvenience . I could understand if it was a shop I did not regularly use. As usual from Lloyds dreadful service. Worst bank in the UK😡.

@LloydsBank Just downloaded the app to try and change address. Problem is, my postcode is 7 letters (without the space) but your app only lets me input 6 and keeps deleting the last letter, so I can't use your Postcode Finder! Isn't there some way I can enter my address manually?

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK @LloydsBank are utterly appalling ! - removed overdraft “because I wasn’t using it” refused to discuss or explain - even a subject access request gave no clue to their logic - I’m not a customer, I’m an account number . . .
