@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@mbna Another two hours on the phone, this time with @LloydsBank -- and they said they couldn't resolve the issue. I have been asked to go into a bank tomorrow. BUT GUESS WHAT -- THE BRANCH IS NOT OPEN TOMORROW.

@LloydsBank I’ve tried both the website and the app and it’s an Odeon. I’ve booked with my tickets a few times before and there haven’t been any issues at all.

@LloydsBank absolutely terrible service in your Wokingham branch. My Grandma has just lost my Grandad and their service had been so upsetting for her. After 60 years she now wants to close her account!

  • ahmerm Ahmer Memon (@ahmerm) reported

@LloydsBank genuinely awful experience with your app and message me functionality. Will be looking for a new bank soon. Genuinely awful-you must have worked really hard to make an experience that bad

  • The_MentalDuck Nat 🏍 (@The_MentalDuck) reported

@LloydsBank still haven't provided solid grounds to close my account. so I'm taking that as because I was a victim of attempted fraudulent activity. as a result I can't get access to my money thats still in there, being medically vulnerable (diabetic) this has implications itself

  • RobertClayo1984 Robert (@RobertClayo1984) reported from Worthing, England

@LloydsBank is it common practice that you train staff in your branches to lie? I am away in the south and f England but I have left my savings card up north, I went into branch with my driver’s license like I have a few times while I’ve been down here!
