    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank closing my bank because you reviewed whether you can have a relationship with a customer and decided randomly you can’t is a good reason? Atrocious code of conduct also I have friends who been contacted by Lloyds and some had their accounts closed. BULLSHIT BANK 💩

    @LloydsBank Your app is still not working. It doesn’t even get to the part where I can log in it just crashes. Tried deleting and reinstalling app and clearing cache but still nothing. This is not good enough.
