Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported@LloydsBank I’ve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transaction’s when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.

kevin leonard (@kevinleona88289) reported@LloydsBank after attempting to sign in to my account for 45 minutes I give up. To confirm my age takes 800 taps on your antiquated app,waiting for text message code takes so long that I am logged out of the app and need to start again. PATHETIC.
