@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank I do, I don't want to be sold anything, I just want to know how much % I'll be charged per transaction for using my card in Germany. Is this how you take care of vulnerable customers? Try take advantage and sell them a service they don't understand? Brilliant.

Why do @AvantiWestCoast settle delay repay claims by cheque during a period of postal strikes (which I support)? They tell me they do this because the bank credit card (@LloydsBank) I used to pay for my ticket won't accept refunds! Is this true @LloydsBank ?

Spent 30 minutes on phone to @LloydsBank trying to give them my Insurance Number, no luck. Not very good service. Gave me unexisting email in the end. Not sure if i will be keeping my savings with them

@LloydsBank after spending 30mins on a call centre to then be put through to the Rochdale branch it would have been better customer service not to disconnect the phone! Frustrating!!!
