Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

If you can't improve the slow logon, please don't make it worse by interrupting me to display me some feature I just have to see. Send an email instead.
