@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@RHoSouthYorks @LloydsBank I've called the hotline this morning they deregister my devices reinstalled but still not working. They have escalated problem is I'm travelling Monday and it's urgent. You definitely seem to have app problems your end

@LBGplc Extremely disappointed with @LloydsBank customer service is the worst. My partner withdrew a large amount of money and wasn’t given an envelope. When he asked, he was told “I can only give a money bag, it’s not big enough,” so he had to carry a *** of cash on the high street.

@LloydsBank This is now the fourth number I’ve tried and I’m still getting nowhere. I’ve had my wallet stolen abroad and need to cancel my business card urgently, but every route leads to a closed department. Please provide a working 24/7 number or confirm I’m protected.

@LloydsBank @stephania_uk Anand, good customer service is not just telling us, it's promising to pass it back to the product team, it's trying to understand the problem it has caused.

  • OliverScanlan
    Oliver Scanlan (@OliverScanlan) reported

Two dreadful things about @LloydsBank bank abysmal customer service is a) automated voice tells you you can do things on the app that you actually can't (it's why you're calling them in the first place and b) having been on hold 20 mins, says call will be answered "shortly".

@kiborocket @LloydsBank I am also getting this error since last Thursday. Logged an IT ticket over the phone last week and chased up today. More than just me having this problem anyway which is good to see (sort of)

@LloydsBank Why is Lloyds Bank so rubbish? Your "help" staff do not even know when you are open to provide a rubbish service. I despair. I was told 8 to 8 Monday to Friday turns out 8 - 6.

@GWilliamsLLM @LloydsBank Happened to me 3 times in a row once... they don't even have the decency to call YOU (their customer) back.... so you call again and get someone else and start all over again. That's why I am moving to Nationwide.

@jonniespence @LloydsBank I don't think you understand the problem. Lloyds changed the settings on accounts to turn off password checking. The password is still there but it isn't being used unless you find out how to turn it back on.
