@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Your own fraud line is not answering calls after you have explicitly asked customers to call this line to report fraudulent transactions. I have just given up trying to reach you.Kindly fix this capacity issue, which does not reflect well on LBG.

Hey @LloydsBank - Wired money from my bank to a customer at your bank 27 days ago. Money never showed up, even after two subsequent traces. My bank says funds traveled from my bank with no flags, and it's lost in your system. What's up?
