@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@DrDavidPrice @LloydsBank My problem with Nat West - whom I've been with since I started work in October 1966 is that, other than calling in to a local branch, if you need to speak to them (ie have a live conversation) it's virtually impossible to get hold of a live human on the phone. Hopeless service.
