    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Still no code in the post no access to my app I'm approaching 3 weeks of no access no help from lloyds at all just treated like a moaning person even though access to that app us major for me... Thanks for nothing absolute disgrace

    @monkey_ninja @KatieAndThePigs @LloydsBank +1 for First Direct. Exceptional customer service. Good app, good online banking, great people to speak to on the phone occasionally if needed and still some HSBC branches for face to face.

    @LloydsBank payment was made on my behalf into a Clear/Tide bank's account since Friday and transaction is yet to reflect on the clear/Tide bank's account since then. Pls I need you to help me look into this urgency. It's a training fee and unreflective payment is affecting.
