@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank @ Yate branch to change up coins for my little boy & after queuing for 15 mins was told no as need a Lloyds card. I explained my local bank branch had closed down and would be great if she could help. Rudely told ‘No’ - I won’t be moving our accounts to Lloyds then!!

@LloydsBank Hey, thanks. That's disappointing as I was able to use another bank card with no limit (or at least could pay the £55). The website says the "the retailer may limit to £45" but that's actually you. Will the website be changed to reflect this?

@LloydsBank I ignored the website and had another go. This time it was accepted. Saved me a ten mile round trip into the city. Thanks for responding and trying to sort this.
