@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

why are banks such hard work these days. had a mortgage with @LloydsBank since 2013. fixed deal coming to an end. Rang to discuss new deal, message says you'll need expenses info, payslips etc to proceed. Been a customer 12 years. Never missed a payment. You know me...

@LloydsBank It’s this terrible service - not working and unable to fix it - which is exactly why I’ve never used Lloyds / Barclays / Nat West. So I’ll put my card in the bin & go back to companies whose services work simply, easily, & with the customer experience thought through.

WEDNESDAY Wobble! Spent 40 mins on the phone to @LloydsBank trying to help my 98-year-old neighbour add her card for food delivery. Spoke to 4 people - all said, “It’s a nightmare doing stuff like this.” If it’s hard for me, how do the elderly cope? Big firms need to do better.
