    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Well today it was about my credit score, the other day it was credit cards etc If I’m going to take advantage of those services then I’ll use the desktop website not the app. & as I said when all I really don’t need adverts & notifications during the log-in process.

    @LloydsBank The one person I’ve spoke to gave no reason for the block and said it would be removed after I was transferred but that was nearly 40 minutes ago. Is anyone going to answer the phone as irs been more than the 5 minutes wait time stated.

    @LloydsBank Lloyd's Bank sterling customer service. Trying to phone re fraud block on my card. So far 1 hour 10 minutes of ring tone. If you think this is good service Lloyd's, you're deluded

    @LloydsBank Hi, I’ve noticed over the past few days app notifications have been coming through really slow and delayed and are no longer instant. I got several alerts this morning for things bought yesterday. Apple wallet alerts are instant.

    @LloydsBank you’ve put a block on my card and kept me on hold for over 30 minutes for a well known shopping website, this is unacceptable.
