@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Can you please explain why you think it’s ok to block a pensioners bank card and not have any process in place to assist when that person can’t attend a branch to prove their identity? This has been going on for 2 weeks now.
