@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank so 15 mins before someone answers a call, automatic rubbish before I even speak to a human and then 30 mins on hold to your fraud department and then get cut off, all because of a fraudulent transaction on my account.. Great customer service. Rubbish !!!

@LloydsBank now been on hold to your fraud team for another hour today. Just appalling customer service. I have been trying to get through since Tuesday and even your main customer service telephone team say it is difficult??? What are elderly/vulnerable customers meant to do?

@LloydsBank Hi @LloydsBank I’ve had issues with my iPhone wallet Lloyds bank card since mid afternoon all my transactions are being declined, it’s been hugely embarrassing as I didn’t have my physical card with me. Is this the same issue or something else?
