    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank I am really sorry to say but your services are not at all customer friendly. I called on the provided number today and after all the verification and details I have been told that doing this is only possible by writing, however before providing the address the call got disconnect

    @LloydsBank our business account has been placed into dormancy incorrectly by yourselves. Now cannot access our statements to file our 1/2 yearly returns to @HMRCgovuk unless we come in for a business banking review with your Horsham branch which closed. Useless on all levels.

    @owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.
