    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank This week, MPs on the Treasury select committee wrote to the chief executive of Lloyds, Charlie Nunn, 2 demand answers about how much compensation would be paid to those affected Oh dear, so there was a glitch. Lloyds refused my complaint because it had none🙄

    @LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless

    @LloydsBank Sutton Coldfield — customers queue while staff sit idle behind ‘cash only’ desks. A clear failure in basic service management. Manager clearly needs to attend a customer service course

    @LloydsBank But Lloyds never have glitches - according to Lloyds complaints officer. (so no need to investigate) Which is true? 1. it does, as stated by Lloyds? 2 It doesn't - so no glitch investigations will be made- so customers left at risk?

    @LloydsBank Seems funny that fraud happens four days after the breech and for a subscription to a website that I don’t even have account for. Sorry but I don’t believe you.

    @LloydsBank Visited my local branch. Chaos prevailed Customers queuing, staff disorganised, some sitting at one counter inactive, while queues grew at another. Get customers on line is the motive. Awful customer service in branch is the way to do it. Black Horse is no longer the

    @LloydsBank after the recent issues with people's personal and banking information being visible across the banking groups apps can you disable the feature that allows screenshots to be taken. The Barclays app doesn't allow it and neither should yours.
