    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @BondWolfe And I can assure you that the full £6440 was attempted to be debited and I can only thank @LloydsBank for their diligent fraud prevention measures that blocked the transaction. By all means, I believe it was a glitch rather than deliberate but you should seriously investigate!

    @Henryagbams @LloydsBank Damn same thing happened to me I contacted support for almost two weeks and all I got wasautomated robot replies, not until I got recommended to @ Multitask_support on who got it fixed in a few hours

    @LloydsBank Hi you can't change address on the website for some reason (I.e. it tells you to use the app). I have tried this at the weekend too it wouldn't work then. I will try switching to mobile data but that is really poor in my area. This was all done through WiFi.
