@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

.@LloydsBank I've been on the phone trying to get thru for over 2 hrs today. Was in a queue for the past 45 mins then something went wrong your side of the call. Totally absurd that I'm having to resort to social media to get a response. Terrible customer service!

@LloydsBank @SarahSarahkl123 Hi, I too am having an issue when I log in it says N/A in the space where it should say balance, can't see any transactions, nothing, not even on child saver account. Something is definitely wrong!

@tidywelshbut @LloydsBank Electronics don’t get damaged much by water, the problem is if it short circuits electrically , but it’s currently working so it could be fine in a few days, keep it covered with rice and I think people maybe even change the rice after a day or two to be sure.
