    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another Β£100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @RegenerationEX I posted an email from July 2009 from David Morgan a Scourfield victim, where Mark Medd @LloydsBank corporate director admitted they knew about it. David died as a bankrupt in 2014 after Begbies made a claim for a debt he didn''t owe & produced false documents to support it.

    @LloydsBank I’m am so angry. I’ve had the card no more than 3 months and this is how a new customer is treated, declining transactions. No notification or pre warning, no referral to the app. JUST A DECLINE. Totally embarrassing.

    Awful service @LloydsBank & @HalifaxBank Branch near deceased closed as systems down last week, tried to register a death. Our local branch couldn’t help as we’d started process online, said to call Halifax. Halifax bereavement says system down til Tuesday.
