@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

My brother requested a debit card for my Mum’s account (Mum has dementia & we both have LPAs), @LloydsBank cancelled my Mum’s card in error. My 90 year old Mum has been thinking she’d done something wrong & now can’t shop or get cash out until new card & PIN arrive. 1 of 3

@LloydsBank transfered an account last night online. Received all tye account number+sort code via email. This morning got a text saying it could not be processed and to ring. The guy said their was an Error and the accounts didn't match and to try again 1/2

@LloydsBank on the trainline app. i was having issues logging onto the lloyds app earlier, but seems fine now. It's both my debit card, and my bank account. I've tried using just my card, and also my card/bank account via other services like apple and paypal but always says payment failed
