@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@Neil955i @LloydsBank Good old speculation - not every outage is a cyber attack. It was a DNS issue according to AWS themselves, nothing more.

why are banks such hard work these days. had a mortgage with @LloydsBank since 2013. fixed deal coming to an end. Rang to discuss new deal, message says you'll need expenses info, payslips etc to proceed. Been a customer 12 years. Never missed a payment. You know me...

@LloydsBank If you are an Android user you may need to Force Stop the #lloyds bank app in Android settings. As of 12:00 the app is now working for me after I forced stopped. Reloading or retrying was failing. #AWS reported root cause "fix" with improvements an hour ago
