  @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

  @LloydsBank This is ridiculous CS. I've waited 35mins to get through to someone to say I'm wrong and pass me over to someone else which is a 3rd party that CANNOT help me. This is a joke as a new customer!

  @LloydsBank online chat is a nightmare. Issue with everyday offers and cash back. Explained issue. Agent responses and then closes chat. Response not right. Done this 3 times 😡

  @LloydsBank @uj7protocol Does Lloyds (or their bots) know that hungry ppl can't just walk into a food bank. There is a referral system that needs to deem ppl eligible to access the food bank.
