    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank @Louby_Smith Instead of waiting 30 minutes between chats you can wait 30 days by filing a complaint. That’s one way to do customer service

    @LloydsBank I've not been able to get on to my banking app for a few days now, what is the issue? Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still says there is issues and wont log me in..
