    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank applied business account on 9.11.2022 and still havent received any feedback. Tried to call commercial team but phone number no longer in use. Called 08000560056 and 0345072555 but customer service was unable to reach relevant dept either. How is ths possible ?

    @LloydsBank None of your options for contacting you from the jungle of Colombia work! I cancelled my bank card 2 weeks ago. Now I can't access my acct on my laptop cos you want a no on my home phone. my phone was also stolen. Can you call 07747830457. I need to communicate with someone!

    @LloydsBank I know how to spot scam emails, it just doesn’t help when your emails don’t include any of my personal information and there is a link to setup a password/download a pdf.

    @LloydsBank yes i spoke to the company, i paid using paypal. so i then spoke to paypal, who said it was a mistake, and told me to speak to my bank and when i did i received the worst customer service than from the rest. by a woman named Faith. the purchase was made on the 30th Dec
