    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank I have been on hold for over twenty minutes from abroad waiting for someone in your international banking team to help me with a problem. Why am I paying €20 a month for an account when you can't even answer urgent calls?

    @LloydsBank Do you realise the signature strip on your latest issue credit cards doesn’t actually work? Ballpoint pens don’t write on it. Seems a bit of a faux pas?

    @AppleSupport Not many details I’m afraid as it was on a client’s Mac and I was accessing it via TeamViewer. The error mentioned JavaScript I think 🤔. @LloydsBank we site worked ok in Chrome. Client said that bank login was working a couple of days ago before the Safari 15 update.

    @LloydsBank Your customer service is terrible. I have been waiting on hold for 45 mins and all I want to do is use my card!!!!!!!!!! Plus, this is the 3rd card you've sent me because the previous 2 didn't work!!!!

    @LloydsBank please add support for account nicknames for payees. I just had to make a 30 minute phone call with your fraud team just because I NEED to nickname my own savings accounts
