@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank I have tried to make a payment to samsung online and the Samsung website says an error has occurred and you have moved TWICE the amount of the order (over 4k) so the order hasn't gone through and 4 grand is stuck in pending.. Please explain!

@LloydsBank useless travel insurance help. Offices closed….but open Sunday 9-5, called three times this week waited 2 hours on hold. No answer. Contradictory online advice. No one will give a straight answer! By your side? No you’re not you’re hiding out the way!

@LloydsBank Shocking customer service. Keep waiting in virtual queues only to be told you are too busy to talk today. I even wrote an actual physical letter and posted it. Still no reply. How long are you going to use the pandemic as an excuse for not helping your customers?
