@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank And being told 'still have access' but have it cut off for 47hrs? What about that?

@HalifaxBank and @LloydsBank could you take a look at the iOS apps and add the maturity date for fixed term savings to the info presented when looking at an account. It shows on the online web site but not in the app.

@Shammoz @LloydsBank Yep. OTOH, I've always found Lloyds staff do their v best to help if you get through to one. But, like most firms nowadays (and as their tweet shows so well), the entire customer service framework is designed to shoehorn your problem into a category rather than to understand it.

@LloydsBank any issues with Faster Payment at the moment? I am getting intermittent "9200768: Your payment cannot be made" errors (both in the app and on the website)

@robertwlk @thatchmike I knew you would say @LloydsBank. My sisters husband died tragically, they froze their accounts. She had to borrow from her daughter to buy food, in the midst of the most traumatic time of their lives. Took weeks to unfreeze & get her access back. Mafioso banksters.

@LloydsBank Your banking is down yet again! Can't make any payments with the APP or via dektop.

@LloydsBank When I select the cinema it takes me to the cinema website but that only leads to me paying for my tickets. No QR or voucher code. When trying to use the 24/7 messaging service it says it’s down and to try later.

Well @LloydsBank covered up the HBOS Reading fraud when she was a leader in that area, so she has a proven track record that would benefit banking crimes. Her (mis) management of the economy whilst protecting bank **** Bailey's retention of high interest rates, to promote bank super profits, should also help. The fast she has no understanding of banking, business, economics, trade, profits GDP etc. I'm sure will not hold her back from her real calling. Orange is the new black...
