    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @ant_hkuk @cryptomaniqxc @LloydsBank My best guess would be that Lloyd’s have outsourced customer support to India - inherently nothing wrong with that as long as the folks there have the right ability to assist with all our support needs

    @LloydsBank Why did you only state that you were having problems at 12.42pm when it started a good time earlier. Been on to your call centre and just on hold for 40 minutes!!!

    @LloydsBank Mine isn't!! Still over a week later I haven't been able to login, and before you ask yes I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and then reinstalled etc etc etc
