-
Michael Knight (@michaelmknight) reported@rob2775 @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank For many years, the apps, websites, services, are down or are broken constantly. Lloyd's Group don't seem interested in fixing their issues or hiring skilled people. Lloyd's timeline is just a list of app problems. In 2026, this is unacceptable.

James Carlin (@jamescarlin77) reported@LloydsBank Hi, you’ve not answered my question. Whilst I accept there’s an issue with the app (although feels to me it’s related to the move from Halifax to Lloyds), I was told yesterday I could manage offers in the Web Customer Portal. Where? I don’t see the offers presented 😩

Susana Stubbs (@susanastubbs) reported@LloydsBank Absolutely outrageous. I have been trying to make an international payment for 11 days. I have called multiple times and no one has been able to help. You keep telling me to “just keep trying” because, in your words, “it’s not glitching all of the time.” Only banks are able to hold on to money that is not theirs, cause the problem themselves and then provide zero useful customer service. This needs to be resolved immediately. #lloyds #lloydsbank #charlienunn

Pete Tomkies🎥🎞️📽️📹 (@PunkDuck66) reported@LloydsBank How do I claim compensation for yet another failing of your online systems. You drive us to use the app or website but seem incapable of managing them. No other banks have this problem. I have been a Lloyds customer for over 40 years but i think it’s time to leave.
-
Matthew Evans MBE (@matthewevansnpt) reportedCan't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI

Donna Milne (@fifelass66) reported@LloydsBank @LloydsBank your system is down today again. When will it be back up. Why move Halifax customers from a reliable platform to a totally regular unreliable system?
-
Liam (@kestrel89B) reported@LloydsBank Well it isn't back up and working today!! Need to transfer money but unable. @HalifaxBank was so much more reliable.
