She had to borrow from her daughter to buy food, in the midst of the most traumatic time of their lives. Took weeks to unfreeze & get her access back. Mafioso banksters.

I returned the funds to the original sender. Now im in a -80ยฃ overdraft due to your banks **** up. Not happy

Graham Sharp (@sharpresearch) reported@LloydsBank I think the point we're making is why should your customers have to do the work of contacting companies we may not even remember setting payments up with using MasterCard? You've also impacted the companies that aren't being paid because you switched for no customer benefit.
