@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

Shame I can’t make it work with @Barclays UK - they don’t like Apple phones apparently. Well that’s what the staff member in Camden told me anyhow 😮💨. Better return to @LloydsBank cos they always had reasonable customer service and I don’t choose to be handed to TSB 🤤

@LloydsBank I have spent 2hours trying to make a payment of MY MONEY to someone else,flagged to fraud operations (madness) & told to call you, just to get cut off 4 times now calling from different providers mobile and landlin!Need 2make a payment immediatelyDisgusting service

@LloydsBank you are supposed to ‘be by my side’ but when I need to query a transaction you are impossible to get through to on the phone and there is no other way to contact you!

@LloydsBank Also, the payment has gone through (I get a text alert). The issue is that the website does not state this, but reloads the "confirm details" page. Meaning I'm asked to make the payment a *second* time
