@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

Lloyds Bank has an appalling customer service. Totally robotic. I don’t think humans are employed anymore. Shambles the automated system. Can’t even transfer money to pay an invoice without being interrogated like a child by the fraud department. Disgusting! @LloydsBank
