Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported@LloydsBank I’ve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transaction’s when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.

I'm guessing they're showing in error, after your system problems. How do I get them removed? Thanks. X
