@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Dear Customer Service Team, I contacted you on 8th July regarding the blocking of my online WalkFit and Amazon purchases. I was informed yesterday that a new card was issued on the 9th July to prevent potential fraud and was posted on the 11th July. However, I am still waiting for it to arrive, and I have been told that it may or may not reach me by 15th July. In this day and age, how is it so challenging to issue and deliver a card? I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have encountered. It would also be greatly appreciated if your call handlers were trained to respond respectfully and address the specific questions customers ask, rather than resorting to condescension or giving personal instructions. This has proven to be a very unsatisfactory experience. After 17 years as a loyal customer, I am reconsidering my continued patronage. During our second and final call yesterday, I offered some constructive suggestions, and I truly hope you will consider them and implement the necessary changes. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards,

@HalifaxBank and @LloydsBank could you take a look at the iOS apps and add the maturity date for fixed term savings to the info presented when looking at an account. It shows on the online web site but not in the app.

@LloydsBank I’m going back into branch on Monday. If I don’t get any joy from this, I’ll be back in touch. The account is basically a child savers account, which you transferred soul ownership to my child and removed adult access without even notifying us.

@LloydsBank - if it wasn't already clear... Your insistence on treating your business customers like an irritation to your staff, that they must be subjected to retarded chatbots and voicebots are early signs of a broken business. I look forward to working with your competitors
