@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@HSBC_UK the switch over incentive is a trap to make be on hold to chase up money that was promised. People go elsewhere that are offering similar incentive without the hassle or terrible customer service. @AskNationwide @LloydsBank

Told that my account is on hold for fraud (payments I don’t recognise) - Lloyds have kicked me off after over an hour on hold. Crap customer service, and someone could still be accessing my account - what am I to do now? The branch told me to call @LloydsBank @LloydsBankNews

Disgusted that after visiting numerous @HardRockHotels to be scammed by their legendary club in Mexico. £7000.00 has been fraudulently taken and their refusing to give it back. Because this was off my @VisaUK debit card - @LloydsBank won’t help me. Upset isn’t the word!!!!

@LloydsBank im just trying to change my name on my account....why is this so difficult?? Been in branch 45 mins and your staff can't access their IT. Told to come back tomorrow....I took a day off to do this! And it cant be done remotely....not good enough!
