    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank I am currently with the Halifax, which you are closing and am being forced to join you. Looking at your twitter feed, it looks like you do a pretty bad service to your customers, including @TheCanaryUK. If possible I will change banks before Halifax closes forever.

    @LloydsBank That’s too late for me Sanaa, duplicate payments have gone out. I’ll say thanks once the issue with my specific account is corrected. Until then there’s still a problem

    @LloydsBank trying to log in app. Says I logged in too many times and need to reset. Try resetting password on app but says can't do it…what am I supposed to do?!

    @HalifaxBank and @LloydsBank could you take a look at the iOS apps and add the maturity date for fixed term savings to the info presented when looking at an account. It shows on the online web site but not in the app.

    Been with @HalifaxBank for over 15 years, only bank ive ever banked with, didnt ask for it to be shut down or to be moved to @LloydsBank and i dont want it, i even got my wife to switch from Barclays, if they want to keep me as a customer they need to give me a very good reason
