I had multiple insurance polices you over charged me for but were convenient as part of the “banking group”. I don’t need you anymore, your process/system is no longer customer focussed.

Then were really unhelpful with another query I had (which in fairness they could not help with), however they were to the point of being rude with me when I was merely asking a question!
