  @uj7protocol @LloydsBank Carry a small amount of 'emergency only' cash so you can buy from a shop before you board. £20 is more than enough. Their response about the food bank, whilst not at the pinnacle of customer service, is the sort that is warranted by such an idiotic enquiry.

  @uj7protocol @LloydsBank Always have a secondary account. If you don’t already and this is a shitpost. All banks have occasional issues. Having 1 bank and 1 card is asking for trouble. Also. Water will be free on the train for sure.

  @LloydsBank I have also sent series of complaints and yet nothing has been done..... Just get this sorted out and stop all giving me all this unnecessary stress and headache.... What more do you guys want exactly???? Just simply release my account so I can access my money..

  @Shammoz @LloydsBank Yep. OTOH, I've always found Lloyds staff do their v best to help if you get through to one. But, like most firms nowadays (and as their tweet shows so well), the entire customer service framework is designed to shoehorn your problem into a category rather than to understand it.
