Alvin Shipperley (@MrStardust50) reported@LloydsBank I received an email saying Halifax is moving to Lloyds, and that eventually I will need to use the Lloyds mobile app. So I thought I should download & install it immediately. I tried to log in but I receive the error "Sorry, we're having a few technical problems."

Lee (@leeboywelsh1) reported@LloydsBank Absolute joke of a bank. Writes a statement saying fixed but it's clearly not. Clearly your priorities are to debank people and not run a service that works every now and then. Will be leaving soon because this is happening all the time now.

jen taylor (@jentee22) reported@BankofScotland @LloydsBank what a shocking service go in to make a complaint. To be told wait 10-15 mins till they are set up! Why not ready when they open. Send account statements our name another details. Breech of GDPR. Will complain in writing as breach obviously don’t care.

TwoAndTwoEquals (@TwoAndTwoEquals) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.

DyllisFaifeCoaching FRSA💙💚 (@dfcoaching1) reportedA totally frustrating experience trying to get thru to @LloydsBank today to deal with a credit card issue. The app bot useless. Waited ages on the phone the usual message, ' we are particularly busy atm', waited ages again, cut off rudely by the call person and still waiting...!
