@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@gracegausden93 Great effort 👋 Do you happen to know the website address of the fake Martin Lewis site? How did @LloydsBank allow vulnerable customer to transfer £100k to an overseas (Portuguese) mule account when she though she was investing in a Credit Suisse bond? No questions or checks?

@George_Nixon97 @gracegausden93 100%. @LloydsBank should face regulatory action over its failures (both at the point of payment & treatment of victim after) here. An elderly customer making an in branch £100k transfer to an overseas third party was a massive RED FLAG.

@LloydsBank I changed it to a classic account yesterday and it’s still not working. Any ideas why?

This takes a big toll on the confidence of people who are already struggling so would be great if @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank addressed this issue (these are the 2 banks we tried but I can only guess the experience would have been similar elsewhere) 4/4

@LloydsBank on the trainline app. i was having issues logging onto the lloyds app earlier, but seems fine now. It's both my debit card, and my bank account. I've tried using just my card, and also my card/bank account via other services like apple and paypal but always says payment failed

@LloydsBank @LauraMorley00 It is not just the app on mobile devices that is having problems logging in, it is also the same if you try to login using a laptop/desktop. On a mobile device it is hit and miss on a laptop no chance of getting to your cash.
