@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Unless your passwords don't accept a ! (exclamation mark) in them? I think the password resetting allows me to choose it as part of the password but the system doesn't accept it when inputted. Needs testing but if so, that's a bit of an error.

@LloydsBank can someone help me out? I’ve had transactions flagged last week, and apparently I HAVE to call to verify them but every time I do it’s an hour wait. I just got through to someone, they said they were transferring me to fraud dept. And got told its another hour wait.

Atrocious customer service from @LloydsBank. Have had multiple clearly suspicious transactions processed on my credit card with no contact/warning. £3,500 fraud on my card and can't even report it as the online system doesnt work and the wait on the phone is over an hour

@LloydsBank It’s now been over an hour @LloydsBank! The problem isn’t with your colleagues on the phones, it’s with whoever decided to understaff your customer service team and/or not make it easier to access basic support services via your app (or the other ppl I spoke to already?)

@LloydsBank Great, thanks. I’ve submitted a complaint. Says it’ll take a few weeks to hear back. In the meantime, if I need to get my issue resolved, is there a way to do so without spending another 1-2 hours on the phone tomorrow? Why can’t I make requests asynchronously @LloydsBank?

@LloydsBank No but the sign on their door says 3.30 as well so I guess the website is wrong

The Government wants charities & CICs to close the gaps for government in terms of public support. Yet banks like @LloydsBank make it very clear that they despise charities & CICs and don't want them as clients, putting up obstacles at every possible opportunity. What to do?
