    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank spent 20 mins waiting for an answer on phone so decided to register online as advised. Started security and then told to phone to complete security. Another 20mins later and still no further forward. Is there a problem or is no one answering phones?

    Well @LloydsBank I've known poor customer service in my time but you've surpassed it today. Can't take my call from the app as the lines are too busy, the info I need isn't online, the service desk at the branch closed and no email address. Don't like talking to customers do you?

    @LloydsBank I also went into the branch to day, Two cashiers, very long queue, no-one anywhere else. The single Customer Service desk had a sign on saying closed - thanks for your patience!!!!! Stood around for 15 minutes then walked out.

    @HeadSurrey @LloydsBank So sorry. My mum had someone from @TalkTalk a few years ago pressurising her to change her phone service. She signed as she felt quite threatened and was a pensioner living alone. I called TalkTalk to complain but they weren’t interested.

    @LloydsBank It was. But somethings happened where’s its now saying on my laptop that it’s not and that’s why it needs the card reader. I have the app and it’s working fine if that helps

    @LloydsBank I am a club Lloyd member and credit card holder . The card was debited wrongly . Impossible to go through to the Fraud /dispute payment line so to get charges investigated, assist and alert other customers. Shocking .

    @LloydsBank yeah, right. as if I hadn’t taken 2 hours of my working time yesterday to open an account at your fcng branch. so now i need another hour to POP BACK to your branch with absolutely worthless advisors. god, cut all your branches and get adequate online support. ancient bank
