    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Appalling level of customer support this morning for my business account. 5 calls - cut off twice - 3 conflicting sets of information. I am on crutches post op. I was told I could pick up a card reader twice + no I can't on the 3rd enquiry. Make your mind up.

    @LloydsBank Hey - I was just speaking to the fraud team, and I accidently hung up the call. Now when I ring back up the call keeps dropping before I can get it the queue. Help!

    @LloydsBank Hi StephenB, glad to here from you, yes I do available login in on my desktop, but my password including symbols when I login in on desktop website, it should be the same on mobile app, however the mobile app not accept symbols.

    @LloydsBankBiz I see on Trustpilot, that you have reached 82% Bad Customer Service, so looks as though I will have to go to my MP, and Ombudsman to get this sorted..Ive added my review on Trustpilot by the way> LloydsBank are useless - Disgraceful!
