    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Thanks for that! Your advice was to call the support center, which I’d already done to no avail. I was on the phone for 1.5 hrs with 3 different reps. I need someone to call me that is capable of changing my address. I understand security concerns, but this should not be hard!

    @LloydsBank - SHOCKING customer service today. 3 hours of my time being batted back & forth between departments, both determined not to take responsibility for issue. FINALLY escalated to a formal complaint but no-one wanted to have the complaint sitting in their ‘team.’
