    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Well trying the same steps you have given me and not at all happy and sent a real long one on F/B as it is the only one can send a lot and yes realise a social site but have proven so many times YOUR SYSTEM IS TOTALLY NON FUNCTIONAL and Matthew did try so much fact not working gr

    @LloydsBank Hello I’ve logged in and out and I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled the app it’s still the same issue I’m on iOS 26.1 (latest version) on the iPhone 17 Pro Max

    Lloyds Bank has an appalling customer service. Totally robotic. I don’t think humans are employed anymore. Shambles the automated system. Can’t even transfer money to pay an invoice without being interrogated like a child by the fraud department. Disgusting! @LloydsBank
