  @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

  @LloydsBank I’ll get my money back though @Visa I expect. It was low modest sums - significant enough to feel it when you’re disabled and your money is extending to supporting family who are providing life ending care preventing them from working - but the amounts or banking aspect of my friend my experience isn’t what is being complained about here. Let’s make that absolutely clear.

  @LloydsBank The error occurred for several minutes during which information including national insurance numbers were displayed and people took screenshots. You have had time to respond on X but can't respond via the app. Terrible customer service and I will be reporting to the IOC, PRA,FCA
