@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Last night, couldn't even log in to do anything as it said 'technical difficulties' as soon as I opened the website & app. This morning the they are back up n running but for how long, I don't know. I'm tech savvy so I know the problem wasn't the customers devices but Lloyds Bank

@LloydsBank I used my phone & laptop to get access. It said the same thing, and on wifi & data. Closing the app & website didn't do anything, still came up the same. I tried many times. It's got nothing to do with customers devices, the problem was at Lloyds Bank end last night.

Spotted a fraud on my @LloydsBank 3 days ago! Been on hold for 6 hour's each day, & still not got through! In fact, I'm on hold now 23.31pm. & there's a 2 hour wait 😡😡 absolutely unless customer service.

So @LloydsBank are having issues with their app which might explain why I haven't received my money yet from Universal Credit. Well I'm hoping that's the reason.
