@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

Credit where it's due for brilliant service from @LloydsBank . Discovered that my debit card was compromised in July & used to pay for Netflix. After speaking to both companies, messaged Lloyds Fraud via their app, spoke to a human & money refunded in 20 mins. @MartinSLewis

@LloydsBank Thank you for checking. I will speak to them about how awful the emails are. Given the push to ensure people recognise scam emails and the potential amounts of money involved, these are appaling and muddy the message to vulnerable customers to be careful.
