Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!

Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported@LloydsBank Iβve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transactionβs when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.
