    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank your app’s message when it wasn’t working properly was to try again or leave it later. I tried to make a payment twice before giving up. Both times it said it failed, despite that two payments have now left my account. Tried calling you but can’t get through to anyone

    @pennyw1986 @LloydsBank I had the exact same issue, to resolve I went onto the Internet Banking on a PC, and stated a chat. As soon as I did that the error on the mobile app went!!

    @LloydsBank I’m experiencing an issue completing the E.ON energy deal. When I get to DD details step and I click “Review Details” nothing happens. As a result, I’m unable to complete the application. I have already reported the issue to ApTap.

    @LloydsBank I am really sorry to say but your services are not at all customer friendly. I called on the provided number today and after all the verification and details I have been told that doing this is only possible by writing, however before providing the address the call got disconnect

    @LloydsBank Unfortunately the web enquiry was unhelpful and customer services could not provide any explanation, only that I could raise a complaint and would be responded to in 5 days. My next action, with an alternative provider was provided within 24 hours..that's customer service.

    @darrensmiley23 @uj7protocol @LloydsBank 1. Why wouldn’t they. Nothing to do with them. 2. Op didn’t say he was on uc? I have 7 current accounts it’s got a bit silly I’ve started closing them now. Mainly for switching money and the like. But scaling down to around 4 now. Different uses. Always have a backup.

    How incompetent are @LloydsBank bereavement service? Me - I need 3 months bank statements Lloyds send one line statement Me - i asked for 3 months 5 weeks later… Lloyds send one month statement I don’t need this at all difficult time

    @LloydsBank iv money in my bank but some reason my account got a block and for me to get it unblocked need to go into the branch. But iv been on chat to say im unable to get into to town as in a carer for my disabled son and im looking after my wife. Wish someone will listen
