Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

Chris Tyler (@Cookiex2) reported@LloydsBank Just spent an hour trying to register for online banking. Your website says logon detail set up and ring to confirm. When we ring, your automated message says no logon details are set up and to register online. This could go on all night!

Real Adam Appleby (@TheAdman7) reported@petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!

Main concern is I have DDs coming out over the next week, the worry is they won't be paid. Never had an issue when it was Halifax. @LloydsBank

Pete (@petespoors) reported@TheAdman7 @LloydsBank Adam, We had same issues, but we found the cause seemed to be the uninstalling of the Halifax app. My phone, which still has the Halifax app works fine. Not very helpful, but you are not alone, Pete
