@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@BBCNews @LloydsBank I think it’s lack of cashiers causing long queues which people have had enough of. If the Cheltenham High Street branch shut down, it would put their customers out their misery.
