    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank I want to cancel my Lloyds credit card as the card is nearing its expiry date. But I don’t want the bank to issue me a new card as I’m currently abroad. I can make a new request to the Lloyds bank to issue me a new card after I reached UK. Is it possible?

    @LloydsBank Hi. Is there an issue with the mobile banking app? My app does not seem to be loading at all. Just stuck on the authenticating device page, and nothing more.

    @LloydsBank Hi Sophie-Louise, she hasn't got time to hang on the line for another hour. She's going into a branch this afternoon. Access to her app is suspended at the moment.

    @LloydsBank Why do you think it is acceptable to make a customer wait 18hrs for a chat response, to then close the survey when the customer doesn’t respond within 3hrs? You’re expecting the me to wait >18hrs but aren’t prepared to wait yourselves! 😤

    @LloydsBank I’ve only one Lloyds debit card and one Lloyds credit card. I just want to cancel the credit card but not issue me a new credit card. I’ll get it once I reach UK. Debit card is fine, it has validity until next year so no issues.

    @LloydsBank Gave up on the app, tried online. That also failed “due to a glitch we have not set up your payee”. Think you need to give your IT folk a kick

    @LloydsBank wow hour on the phone to lloyds after someone took £100 out of my account and they blame me and say I'll never get the money back. Thanks lloyds! Awesome service

    @LloydsBank I'm more concerned about banks appearing to think that once they have our funds in their 'care' that money is no longer that of the 'customer' & has now become an asset of that business, which means they can control customer access? AKA stealing customer's money? #MyBackSide
