@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank your automated phone line for keeping an account open isn’t working. You have to press 1 to keep your account open. It is not recognising when I press 1. I’ve done it three times
