@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Yes. All they kept saying, rudely, was why didn’t he ring last night. He tried but it was 11pm and the line said it was closed, so he rang this morning and has gotten nowhere with no support. Shops shut soon and my daughter needs milk and food

Lloyds bank @LloydsBank you have always been helpful and we like being a customer but our partner company requiring a business account has again ,again,again again,again been told he will get his account , and again no confirming email ???

All this because a call claiming to be from Lloyds shows up as “Possible Scam” number and then hung up on me - and now my account is frozen? Customer service = non existent + you are jeopardising people @LloydsBank
