    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Why can't I update my details using my account through a PC? I don't understand why I have to sit in a phone queue to update an address, due to the app not accepting it. I've been with Lloyds for years and never had a problem yet doing something as simple as this is hassle.
