    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    poor service from @LloydsBank - I ordered travel money before the weekend - it hasnt arrived - even though I've been debited. There messaging centre 'experiencing delays' tell me to call the call centre (between 8-6pm) after 6pm. What's the point of being a bank customer!

    @LloydsBank 20 times I tried to open the account your online system said there was a technical error. I was told by your staff that they cannot open these accounts on the phone and it is only possible online. How can I open one if your online doesn’t work?
