  @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

  Hi @LloydsBank, whenever I use "add money" in the @monzo app & it redirects me to the Lloyds app, the Lloyds app crashes. The only workaround is to open & log in to the Lloyds app first, then start the process from Monzo. Could both teams please look into this? T for Thanks 🙏

  @LloydsBank live chat/support - 59 minutes and 2 messages responded to. Not only do you regularly block payments, you make us jump through hoops to get access to our own money and your support is painful!

  @PayPoint, I used your service to deposit cash into my @LloydsBank account and one of your merchants tried to levy a charge even though it is a free service. Can you help me raise a complaint? This merchant could be charging other customers fees unlawfully.

  Anybody else feel that @LloydsBank has had its day. Been a customer for 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.

  @LloydsBank asks me to turn on notifications then get error message I've reset app etc still same . same for last 4.5 hours totally useless , cant go back to halifax app now either zero control over my money , pathetic

  @LloydsBank I’m sorry, but all i’m hearing is the same thing over and over again - what part of that can be anything other than frustrating? YOU ARE NOT HELPING ME. Is that clear? I dare say someone can help me but i’m not hearing from them… yet.
