PT27red (@pt27red) reported@LloydsBank @SkipperTheBear My online payment said it went through (had the confirmation screen) but it's not showing in my statement so I've no idea if it has gone through or not. Is there currently an issue with online payments?

Dave Vernalls (@dvernalls) reported@LloydsBank @uj7protocol Why you shouldn't use automated response bots demonstrated in 4k HD. That's awesomely terrible.

Geraint Thomas (@GeraintThomas86) reported@LloydsBank want to help get the nation moving. So they called in someone they think should be able to help... @JoeMarler stepped up to the challenge of inspiring Britain to swap the sofa for the saddle, but first he had to go through some rigorous testing... Barry Munckton (@bmunckton) reported@uj7protocol @LloydsBank Always have a secondary account. If you don’t already and this is a shitpost. All banks have occasional issues. Having 1 bank and 1 card is asking for trouble. Also. Water will be free on the train for sure.

Floras Feast (@TurquoiseReform) reported@_Cursed_Toaster @LloydsBank Sorry, for your loss. It's twenty weeks since I lost my Dad. The worst thing was trying to get rid of medical "sharps". Lloyds as well but no problem

A. J. Graham (@A_J_Graham) reportedIt’s a real shame @HalifaxBank is being swallowed up. I moved across to @LloydsBank 3 weeks ago & already feel I’m getting poorer services & less access/flexibility to my accounts - I literally feel like a hostage re. lack of mobile autonomy.
-
Craig Martin (@Crraigan) reported@LloydsBank This is ridiculous CS. I've waited 35mins to get through to someone to say I'm wrong and pass me over to someone else which is a 3rd party that CANNOT help me. This is a joke as a new customer!
-
John Cook (@Jacalakie) reported@LloydsBank dreadsful support AGAIN...they expect me to wait for 30 mins on their website for a chat agent. The problem is if you forget & don't interact with their site it logs you OFF. So you cant even get on with any work. This is exactly how AI is ruining us! 0/10

ʙᴇɴ ᴄᴏᴛᴛᴇяɪʟʟ 💙 (@bolehillbilly) reportedHey @LloydsBank. Your phone service is the biggest pile of crap I’ve had in years. Why did you shut down my local branch? I’m trying to ask you about money. The thing you like. It took 20 minutes arguing with the voice recognition thing to put me in a queue for 40 minutes!

Dr Mike Ward - @schroedinger99.bsky.social (@Schroedinger99) reported@Shammoz @LloydsBank Yep. OTOH, I've always found Lloyds staff do their v best to help if you get through to one. But, like most firms nowadays (and as their tweet shows so well), the entire customer service framework is designed to shoehorn your problem into a category rather than to understand it.
