    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    I was locked out of my mobile app yesterday late afternoon. Apparently didn’t recognise my account. I have just logged on to the website and all is perfect. I have just upgraded to new phone, I am being sent a passcode in post!?!? Phone long wait! Advise @LloydsBank

    @JVoiceLiberatio @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank If the NCA or other govt. agency has requested a payment is frozen it’s quite likely that even Lloyds won’t know why, they just have to comply. They wont even be able to tell the customer why/who is leaning on them.Had similar when worked for another bank years ago, quite awkward
