@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Still not able to get on to the Online Banking, as I have representative access for my mum. This, after writing letters to Lloyd's and numerous phone calls. And the response I get from Lloyd's 'I know that this must be frustrating'. An understatement!

@LloydsBank your customer service staffing levels are a joke. I’ve been on hold for 40mins, where can I send a bill for my wasted time?

@LloydsBank Why should I go check what work you've got planned. You should be telling customers like you know every other business does when they expect an outage. Maybe a complaint to the FOS would be better. As I can't access my money because you can't effectly carry out maintence

@LloydsBank you gave my husband online access to two other people’s accounts yesterday. He did right thing this morning and rang to inform you and now his account is suspended and you’ve failed to ring him back! Now trying to ring again and told 40 min wait to speak to someone

@LloydsBank Evening. Upgraded to Club Lloyds yesterday - one screen during the process said that a new debit card would be sent out to me but with the same details as the old, but a screen at the end said that there had been an error in requesting the card and to contact support?
