    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank a very disappointed and frustrated Lloyds International customer here. Tried to make an online transfer yesterday, but now my account is suspended and I'm being told I need to catch a plane to the UK and visit a branch in order to get my money.

    @LloydsBank what’s happening with your fraud detection? I was making a payment to an account in my name to move some money and my access is being suspended and the payment denied? Expected time in queue to speak to someone is 50 minutes??? What’s going on guys

    @LloydsBank Debit card, I’m calling through my app. I’ve finally spoken to someone now and been told it can take up to 45 days to resolve. Now I’m on hold to customer care but I really don’t have time to hold much longer

    @LloydsBank As I said not always convenient to call UK number. I don’t think it’s an issue with your system sending the txt, not my receiving. Online logging in I enter usual information and then it says I need to ‘verify with a phone call’ but it never calls my number.

    @LloydsBank Today I made 4 international calls in an attempt to change my address (I live in the US) I set up voice recognition and spent more than 1.5 hrs with 3 different customer service reps. What do I need to do to update my address in this lifetime?

    @LloydsBank Hi Laura, I've only discussed with the fraud dept. But they were insistent that my account was now suspended and that the only way for me to regain access was to jump on plane and visit a UK branch (as there's no branch in my residency country)
