    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LBGplc your online service is an absolute joke. You've blocked me from logging in to my online banking on a Saturday and I've spent over an hour so far on the phone, on hold, trying to speak to someone to reactivate it. You didn't even notify me that is was blocked! #lloydsbank

    @jodzsmith @LloydsBank Same here. Their auto facility where you put in a three digit code to confirm transaction is legit seems to have gone down so all calls are bing diverted to advisors. Hopefully IT bods are trying to fix the root cause of this customer service nightmare?

    @LloydsBank Another trip into Chelmsford who don’t answer their phones so I had to visit the store. No help. Time to switch to @HSBC_UK

    @LloydsBank Sorry, I'm only just back. It was after logged in when you went to transfers, instead of opening properly it came up as technical error try later. I eventually got the payment transfer to go about an hour later.

    @LloydsBank Thanks Lara. There is a problem with your auto approval facility not working which is defaulting all calls to advisors thereby massively increasing phone traffic. This has been going on since before lunch.
