    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    Appalling experience with the @lloydsbank contact centre today. An honest mistake is one thing, but for 2 staff to deliberately lie and try to fob me off was eye opening to say the least. I've been with Lloyds for 40+ years, and maybe that's the problem.

    @LloydsBank read your site to work out your debit card fees in Europe. It says 2.99%. Does that mean I am charged +2.99% on every transaction?

    @LloydsBank Hey, opened up a dispute for a retailer who scammed me. Filed my dispute with you on the 12th and sent the proof requested to the email told on the phone referencing my dispute ref. Still not received any updates?? Pls help

    @LloydsBank Absolutely disgusting....1 hr 40 minutes to speak to a claims advisor. Both bank accounts will be moved by the end of the week. One customer going won't hurt I guess but twitter will do its magic.
