Complaint is in but calling it out on here so others can see the kind of people you employ. It’s not his first complaint either… appalling !!

Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reported@LloydsBank Hi. I’ve not completed any move. I do however have the same information shown whether that’s in the Halifax app or Lloyds app. So assuming as it’s all in the Lloyds app too the Halifax one will just eventually stop working?
-
Nick Warrilow (@nickwarrilow) reportedI have been forced to change app from @HalifaxBank to @LloydsBank Can't log in to transfer funds and am now overdrawn. Will I get charged? I've been trying all day and the app is down.
-
Andre (@AndreInUk) reported@LloydsBank There are no error messages. I clearly described what's happening. The app doesn't run slowly, it's slow to log on, then you clutter it with popups about your products I might want. You need to realise that people just want to quickly get in and do their banking without delays.

Po Panda (@macbookm32024) reported. @LloydsBank I can’t login to my app Also, what is happening with my @HalifaxBank Account? Will my money be automatically moved to my existing Lloyds account or what?
