  Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the ridiculous steps we have to take. Updating on various accounts. Technically this should be possible!!!

  @LloydsBank Have not been able to use app for 5 weeks. Still can't access anything other than via a laptop. App stopped working. In bank in person, no joy. Via phonecall, no joy. Not great. Recently widowed so no idea financially what's going on. Anyone got a new phone they don't need?

  @LloydsBank after attempting to sign in to my account for 45 minutes I give up. To confirm my age takes 800 taps on your antiquated app,waiting for text message code takes so long that I am logged out of the app and need to start again. PATHETIC.
