@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank No I can't ring again. I want to know why your operator told me there is no power of attorney registered when there is. I have completed online complaint form already. It's been 10 months of atrocious service from @LloydsBank.

@LloydsBank why are you making so difficult to deal with my mum’s financial affairs since she has passed away. Customer service and lack of understanding has been so distressing at such a difficult time - appalling!

@LloydsBank The teller said ‘I don’t know what on Earth we could do about it’. She came outside briefly but said she couldn’t go far enough away from the branch to see, so my wife and I contacted the RSPCA. They are assessing whether they can help or not. That’s all I know.

@LloydsBank Yeah I spoke to someone last week I have hot all the criteria but they said a system issue it hasn’t gone in . And it still hasn’t now
