    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    Very cute @LloydsBank . Just spent the morning looking up a weekend break, flights... hotels.. car hire. All ined up but a waste of time because I cannot pay for any of it because your systems are down. Utterly infuriating.

    @LloydsBank Really disappointed with the customer service. 6pm got a notification about a card being used on my account for a fraudulent payment. Called the fraud team and 2.5 hours later on hold I’ve had to eventually put the phone down.

    @LloydsBank Please can you let me know when I can process a payment, because you failed to communicate to me directly. I've tried to buy a new phone contract 3 times today and it's failed because, apparently, you're having issues with Internet payments!

    @LloydsBank Hi...I closed my current account with you on 3rd August and received a final statement. This morning I received a ltter advising of changes in t&c's, as if the account is still open. Can I DM you the account number so you can stop this. I am no longer a customer.

    @LloydsBank Like Becky above I’m having problems with an Amazon payment - rang the premier line and it mentioned a high volume of calls. Is there an ETA for this being resolved?

    @LloydsBank do you have problems with setting up Google Pay today. The Google Wallet app transfers me to the Lloyds app to verify my card but nothing happens.

    @Thefurrytrucker @LloydsBank Just come online to ask the same of @BankofScotland (same group). Same issue, tried 3 cards with 2 merchants. All declined without even a security check or any record of a declined transaction at the bank's side.
