@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Last week as I hadn’t received the pin told it was resent and would take 5 days to arrive still hasn’t. It’s been the most awful painful process. I’ve got payments to make and can’t because of Lloyds !

@LloydsBank Done that already. The issue is it doesn't allow me to log on. I called and the agent said it was fixed, it isn't. I can't reset the password as you can only do that with current or savings account. Queues are too long to keep calling.

@LloydsBank I’ve had a shocking service from @LloydsBank. Still unable to access online banking on two business accounts after a gruelling 5 month + trying to change accounts into my name. Still waiting on a pin that should’ve been here 2 weeks ago. Sick of phoning and not getting any where
