@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank It’s a Smart Start account. It may sound like a minor thing but it really isn’t. When I open my app I want to see my accounts and check his occasionally, but his are all at the top and mine are further down. The only way I can see is to remove his accounts completely

Really unhappy with my recent experience of @EE and @LloydsBank. I will be leaving both, but not before I've taken them to the Ombudsmen. As a matter of principle now, I don't accept bad service. I do complain and ask for compensation for my lost time and hassle. Everyone should.

@LloydsBank hello! My app won’t ever load whenever I’m not on wifi. The app is up to date, and I have 4G & no connectivity issues (for example, I’m able to tweet you right now!), but the app never lets me authenticate myself. Any advice? Thanks!
