I've been with @LloydsBank for almost 40 years but since the start of this year I've had declined card transactions online that they've blamed on merchants (when other banks' cards work fine). Getting exhausting to ring up and clarify and be told "not our problem"

@LloydsBank I just want to take a mortgage holiday up to value of overpayments we’ve made as the fence came down in the storm in feb. But it’s such a painful process of getting to the point you can even ask how to do it!

  • Timbo3003 Tim (@Timbo3003) reported

@LloydsBank Good morning is it possible to withdraw items held in safe custody in one of your branches without visiting the branch. I have looked on your website but there does not seem to be a facility to do so. Perhaps you would DM me on a private basis. Thanks in anticipation.

  • JasonPtrDavies Jason Davies (@JasonPtrDavies) reported

@LloydsBank you might want to fix that...
