  @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

  @LloydsBank How do I claim compensation for yet another failing of your online systems. You drive us to use the app or website but seem incapable of managing them. No other banks have this problem. I have been a Lloyds customer for over 40 years but i think it’s time to leave.

  So the move from the @HalifaxBank App to the @LloydsBank went smoothly enough, but now I can't access Cashback Extras 🙄 Clicking the Offers and options 'button' results in a "Sorry, something's gone wrong" error. Does the Customer Services team have any ideas?

  @LloydsBank No branch to go into App support can’t help or has such a wait it logs you off. Phone banking has long queues & then they cut you off when you finally do get through. Internet banking can’t help Can someone explain why I’m trusting you with my money! #amateurland

  @iswhatitis82 @LloydsBank I’ve had quite afew declined payments aswell when buying stuff via Amazon Xbox etc etc over the weekend … seems to be failing during the authentication stage! 😤 … never had this problem with Halifax and there’s plenty of money available in my account! 🫤
