    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Do you give such poor service to your customers? Also I ask a question to your staff and they not even listen carefully, just said OK. I didn’t go to my shifts for two days because of your appointment and then another appointment. I loss £360 because of your service.

    @LloydsBank - Call your ‘Switching team’. Four options given. “… Press 4 to check on the progress of your switch”. Press 4. “Sorry - please choose from one of these four options.” You might want to fix that.

    @LloydsBank Why has a @WesternUnion transaction I made to someone in another country been counted as a cash withdrawal? Not only is it not a cash withdrawal as I'm paying for a service but it's also affected my credit score. Not happy.

    @LloydsBank so disappointed with your customer service today. Trying to help my mom set up online banking after the death of my dad to access her joint account and pay the funeral bill. I understand people have a job to do but you have caused a great deal of distress
