@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank @megannodell So incredibly frustrated! Older lady of 80 years old trying to get through to downgrade her account. Goes through all the initial checks then is hung up on. She has been trying since 2.00pm. Come on Lloyd! This is very poor service!
