    @LloydsBank A child benefit payment was due in my back account late last month, Child Benefit office are have confirmed they used correct account details but the payment was not received. HELP!

    @LloydsBank been trying to talk to your customer service everyday, the entire week but impossible to get ahold of! On hold nearly 1 hour now as of 11.40pm, it says “particularly busy”…when will you ever pick up?

    @LloydsBank when I enter my memorable information on the online banking app this message appears “9200089: Sorry we can't confirm whether this payment has been successful” and it doesn’t let me log into the app. How do i fix this
