    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank It’s not good enough ! Happens too often. Cannot transfer funds from my savings account to platinum account so what am I supposed to do as need access NOW !!

    @sharpy741 @LloydsBank i have looked after my cards quite well, putting them in a wallet, making sure they don't get bent or wet but without fail they just stop working randomly, resulting in me having to call up, get a new one and change all my details on websites
