@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank I dont think it’s my end is the problem. I am getting a feeling it’s the Lloyd bank technical issues? I’ve checked all my passwords/memorable ones written on a small note. I tried it none is letting me in and comes up something like “9200200 Reset Your Password & Memorable” why?

@LloydsBank how can I contact regarding status of Lloyds MasterCard acct held by parents in law. Hasn’t been used for some time, attempts to use it may have locked it due to incorrect pin. They are elderly and don’t use internet banking. Unable to get help at local branch
