  @EllieMae833411 @LloydsBank Yes, that's their logic. The person on the helpdesk at Lloyds couldn't tell me how I was supposed to use a fingerprint to log in on my desktop PC! It's like children are in charge at Lloyds.

  @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

  @Moneybox 2of2 and the accounts were closed, the funds are now missing. Our local branch seems entirely incapable of solving the problem. We’ve also heard of another charitable organisation local to us that has the same problem @LloydsBank

  @LloydsBank you have an ongoing incident where someone is using the Lloyd’s Bank Foundation number to call customers and commit fraud. Your customer care response…? Use the app! How did the foundation get my details and why are they calling me on a Saturday

  @LloydsBank customer helpline 0345 030 6270 saying wait time at 102 minutes. Absolutely unacceptably poor customer service. Company credit card about to get moved, you are losing business guaranteed!
