John Cook (@Jacalakie) reported@LloydsBank dreadsful support AGAIN...they expect me to wait for 30 mins on their website for a chat agent. The problem is if you forget & don't interact with their site it logs you OFF. So you cant even get on with any work. This is exactly how AI is ruining us! 0/10

Warren (@warrench) reported@LloydsBank Lloyds opened a dispute. They sent an email and said they'd be in touch within five working days. THEY HAVEN'T. I have new information. There's no email address to reply to, despite having case number. Waited 20min to speak to someone on live chat. They can't help. ARRRRGH!

My next action, with an alternative provider was provided within 24 hours..that's customer service.
