    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    Here's something you should do if you have a @BankofScotland @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank account/card... Ask them Immediately to provide evidence that they haven't shown your transaction information to anyone else. I've queried it and receiving HORRENDOUS customer service. Beware!

    @WarrilowNathan @LloydsBank I have all the pictures on my account of somones eles transactions . My wife was in tears, thinking we had been compromised. I want a full investigation into how terrible your security is in protecting our account. Also, GDPR has been thrown out the window now?

    @spikestweeting @LloydsBank I agree with you 100%! If we saw other peoples accounts... then we had access and information we should not have had. Its a data breach of huge impact for us their customers... well I will soon be an EX customer.

    @LloydsBank Do not trust Lloyds! Extremely poor customer service! I have called every day since 18th Feb re a six figure intl payment which is missing (sent it to an EXISTING PAYEE!). incredibly unhelpful and rude staff . Joke is it takes 5 days for the complaints team to contact me!

    @anthslife @LloydsBank think this is more than a glitch. I could see (and screenshot) other people’s DWP payments which included NI numbers. I saw salary and benefits details. This is a huge GDPR breach. #lloyds #databreach #GDPR

    @LloydsBank I had to delete my banking app today as I could see other people’s transactions on my a/c and they could see mine?! It was very disconcerting and worrying. Not given any reassurance from whoever is in charge. Deplorable service #Lloydsbank
