There's no email address to reply to, despite having case number. Waited 20min to speak to someone on live chat. They can't help. ARRRRGH!

Sven Greenfacer (@frangenever) reported@bananare86 @StarmertheFraud @LloydsBank He was able to get an account elsewhere. His account wasn't frozen and he had other access to funds. All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.
