Real Adam Appleby (@TheAdman7) reported@petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!
-
Lisa Cherry (@Cherry39aLila) reported@LloydsBank are you kidding me? Your app is down again!!?? I need to transfer money for shopping and I’m locked out!

Mister_Roy (@MrRoyC) reported@LloydsBank 19 minutes and counting since your online advisor asked me for transaction details and nothing since. What’s the point of offering a dead service ? And, no, I won’t send you a DM because you’re sorry, Respect your customers.
-
James Carlin (@jamescarlin77) reported@LloydsBank Hi, you’ve not answered my question. Whilst I accept there’s an issue with the app (although feels to me it’s related to the move from Halifax to Lloyds), I was told yesterday I could manage offers in the Web Customer Portal. Where? I don’t see the offers presented 😩

GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported@CapitaPlc update- they're being slow and so are my lawyers. They're waiting for more people to die. @LloydsBank much have a shitload of complaints about them because the @financialombuds STILL hasn't appointed an investigator to the complaint I made OVER 30 days ago. Modern Britain.

Daniel Ellis (@DanielEllisUK) reported@LloydsBank can’t log in once again. Can’t access my own money. Sort it out.

James Carlin (@jamescarlin77) reported@LloydsBank DM I’ve received is completely unacceptable. Contradicts all previous comms and messages from the Social Media team. The issue seems to be Halifax Customers who only have a Credit Card with you no longer being able to see existing or new offers!

James Winston (@james_wins81641) reportedSo my bank @LloydsBank has 3 members of staff standing around trying to force people to use the automated machines which are all down my I add, yet none of them go back behind the kiosk to open up more registers, make it make sense
