  @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

  @LloydsBank hmmmm ok so I was a Halifax customer for lots of bank accounts credit cards mortgage and stocks and shares and ISA s I am using the Lloyds app but why haven’t I received new debit and credit cards which say Lloyds not Halifax?

  I am in the #Rhyl branch of #LloydsBank waiting to speak to someone for over an hour. There is one person dealing with customers. It is a disgrace that banks are closing everywhere when evidently there is a need for branches. 💩 customer service @LloydsBank

  @LloydsBank It’s been paid twice despire it came up as an error both times ! I retried it came up as an error and asked to retry later ! Unacceptable

  @LloydsBank Your error message saying a payment hasn’t worked and to try again was the instruction I followed. I tried again and it said it failed again. At that point I left it and now I’ve found that your app was incorrect and the payment WAS processed TWICE when you said it hadn’t TWICE!

  @MrsAA55 @LloydsBank Was passed between 7 people on one call to @LloydsBank last week. Not one was able to resolve my problem, neither were any of them interested in doing so. Raised complaint, got ref number. Guess what, can’t get through to Complaints Team. ‘High volume of calls….use online Chat’

  @LloydsBank I’m going back into branch on Monday. If I don’t get any joy from this, I’ll be back in touch. The account is basically a child savers account, which you transferred soul ownership to my child and removed adult access without even notifying us.

  @LloydsBank @crispsident Are you all trolling people? I really can't tell at this point Lloyds needs to fire whoever has taken over their social media account before potential customers start thinking this how they actually handle customer service
