    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Absolute joke lloyds bank. Spent the last two days on the phone spoke to 3 different departments regarding fraud on my account and debit card. Cut off twice still no access to either of my accounys

    @CommonsTreasury @LloydsBank @Meg_HillierMP be very assured, this was no 'glitch', but a systemic ****-up, waiting to happen. it will not be isolated, or unique.

    @LloydsBank Why can't I log in to my account using the app? I get a message to accept new terms and conditions, but gey no further and a message says logging in again may work.

    @LloydsBank How can Lloyds deem Amazon, Sainsburys and Morrisons to be a risk and hence block my cards, even though I have more than enough funds,,Also my two nearest branches have now closed,,leaving a City centre the only choice,,at 80 years iof age it is difficult to park and get there so not a viable option..Seems we can no longer make deposits at the post office any more

    @LloydsBank No thanks... thinking of moving after 50 years, Lloyds doesn't seem as secure as it was and doesn't investigate genuine complaints. "It has a glitch" "No it doesn't ...so we won't investigate". Then has one.

    @LloydsBank @zogarmy I have video proof that I had access to somebody elses account/transactions so how can you assure me that nobody had access to mine?
