    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank we currently have a joint account with M&S bank which is closing and I need a new business account I closed it after it refused to support paying in a cheque. Can you help if so, Is it best to deal with this in branch?

    Very disappointed having been a customer of @HSBC_UK @hsbc since I was a child that you no longer offer the future saver savings acct. Told by your staff there was no alternative. My 3 month old daughter & one of the next generation is now a customer of @LloydsBank #petersfield

    @LloydsBank Hi, is there anyone we're able to contact @ Lloyds in regards to furniture donations from your branches that are possibly due to be close in London? As a registered charity & non for profit organisation most our furniture has been donated. Any help is appreciated.

    @jacquep @LloydsBank My cousin (now dual UK/German national) had serious problems opening bank account in UK coming from DE aged 20 to go to uni having only a British passport. I opened account in Belgium in 1998 just with a British passport; didn't yet have carte de séjour. It's a mentality I think!

    @AskPaddyPower @LloydsBank sort it out!! Not been able to withdraw funds from Paddy Power for ages but your happy to have me deposit money into the app, absolute con !!! Had support chats all day with both companies and both have been utterly useless!!
