Kiborocket (@kiborocket) reported@LloydsBank Yes you've replied asking me to call. I've already explained this numerous times I can't call. I was calling before travelling and getting nowhere with your help team apart from promises of a fix before I travelled

Viv (@VIVADENXCIXXX) reported@BackintDales @LloydsBank But on that assumption you are saying that ALL customers using their credit cards are inveterate gamblers with a problem & that simply is not true. Like men who were gamblers/drinkers & gov enforced employer to stop £ from wages to give to wife...these actions are exceptions.

Uchechi Osuji (@UchechiOsuji3) reported@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

Andrew Moore (@AndrewM54363806) reported@LloydsBank @JasonBeggs1 This error has been occuring for me for at least 3 weeks. It's an app issue occuring to multiple people. Trying to get someone to understand this is proving difficult.

mihall (@chatsharris11) reported@LloydsBank the year is 2026 and in order to get a loan you have to rely on posted application forms as their online app for a loan doesn't work. What a joke, plus customer service no help, loyal customer over 25 years #shambles

Andrew (@bigman_andrew) reported@LloydsBank I've done a balance transfer to my old Lloyd's card instead of my new one, are you able to help me as I'm keen to avoid another balance transfer fee if possible please?

stephen middleton (@stevemiddi1) reported@BenGrahamUK She's working on her CV. She spent time dealing with @LloydsBank complaints when they dishonestly stated no knowledge of HBOS Reading fraud, classed by her as economic & treasury time. I suspect her new CV will instead of policies that drove the UK into economic failure, she'll suggest she has no idea what happened as she ran the Oyster Bar at KX. I predict a future at McDonald's with a full 5 star badge, if she can up her game to achieve that...

Steve Jones (@jonesstevene) reported@LloydsBank @BenFurner There we go, now that's a proper customer service answer. Well done.

Simon Kirby (@simonkirby86) reported@DavidWebbTweet @NPC14 @LloydsBank The app has had biometric login capability for as long as I can remember. As for the website, I’m prompted for a username and password (i.e no change).
