@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

Absolute joke service from @LloydsBank and their home insurance team. Treated like a dog and basically ignored and heard nothing. Avoid them at all costs for any home insurance.

@MartinHumbersto @LloydsBank Three have gone by us **** knows what mum and dad would do if they were not A alive or B in a care home They never had wifi at home it would fall to me or my wife to take them to a branch ( to book a slot) The contempt of these banks to the elderly who need them is awful

@LloydsBank In the app chat, I did suggest a practical measure which would have benefited me and cost Lloyds less than the £40 "compensation", but of course it was refused. So: please feed back to the Complaint Managers that compensation is compensation only if it benefits the customer. 3/3

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem, with cheque scanning on the app? I’ve tried 2 devices, used a dark background, well lit room, but still the app won’t take a photo. 10minutes so far, very frustrating
