Robert Wilkinson (@robertwlk) reported@VeroSercanto @RhonPiquering @LloydsBank That's part of the problem. No way to call them. There used to be a phone number on the card. Just chat bots which go round in circles

Jonny B ג'וני ברהם (@jonnybraham) reported@GregHadfield @LloydsBank If I worked in Lloyds customer service I’d have hung up on you as well They clearly have a policy not to open bank accounts for Hamas supporters

Arpan Jain (@jainarpan13) reported@LloydsBank That is the whole point, you are not getting that I am unable to login and to complain as well I have to login. I called thrice to your support and everytime I have been told different things. You people are really living in stoneage. Same thing @HSBC_UK updates in 20 sec

Richard Walker (@Richlogy) reportedHi @LloydsBank it’s disappointing it’s difficult to speak to a person on the phone when you have an issue. The chat is fine but it’s no substitute for actually being able to have a proper conversation with someone. I tried calling and after 20 minutes of being on hold I gave up.

Justice Pursuer (@KangooVanMan) reported@LloydsBank @owenjonesjourno @TheCanaryUK What ********. You should explain your rational for your Canary decision so those of us banking with you (Lloyds) can decide whether we should close our accounts. A very disappointing action by Lloyds.

Sir Bill Nic (@SirBillNic1) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Did you support Farage when this happened to him? I’m sure you would have
-
Everything Everywhere (@EverythingGach) reported@Heccles94 @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK I saw the same thing earlier and was horrified. Customer of about 20 years here. Absolutely not any more. Horrified
-
TwoAndTwoEquals (@TwoAndTwoEquals) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.

Ryan (Struggling with life NGL) (@ryanyates1990) reportedHonestly I think @LloydsBank should sell off the @HalifaxBank brand instead of scrapping it. Because Halifax have had some really great products & personally, Halifax treated me much better as a customer than Lloyd's ever did.

Ian Tyler (@ianhtyler) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Welcome to the real world Owen. This has been going on for years for all sorts of customer groups and reasons. You didn’t make a peep earlier!!
