    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another Ā£100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @rob2775 @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank For many years, the apps, websites, services, are down or are broken constantly. Lloyd's Group don't seem interested in fixing their issues or hiring skilled people. Lloyd's timeline is just a list of app problems. In 2026, this is unacceptable.

    Been with @Wise and @StarlingBank for a good few years, thought i'd try @LloydsBank for a new project and its been awful experience so far - so many emails asking for more info etc - provided then asked for most. No wonder wise/starling/monzo etc won the race with the banks.

    @LloydsBank This isn't a me problem that your helpline colleagues will be able to resolve, its your app and since its consistent across all 3 apps its definitely on your side. I've been with Halifax since 1995 but lining up a switch deal unless this is resolved.

    So the move from the @HalifaxBank App to the @LloydsBank went smoothly enough, but now I can't access Cashback Extras šŸ™„ Clicking the Offers and options 'button' results in a "Sorry, something's gone wrong" error. Does the Customer Services team have any ideas?

    Discusting service by @LloydsBank been trying to fix the issue with authorising of payments for days now telling me I have to go into branch with id. im disabled and housebound and no family ican't get there and rely on food delivery's to be told can't help DONT BANK HERE PPL!!

    @LloydsBank Your iOS app is incredibly slow. Ages to log on, then you make it worse by popping something up to interrupt me. If you can't improve the slow logon, please don't make it worse by interrupting me to display me some feature I just have to see. Send an email instead.
