    @LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

    @LloydsBank Hi Paul, yes, same details; error message is 9200086 - but can login via a browser no problem

  • greenemma1731 Emma Green (@greenemma1731) reported

    @LloydsBank been trying to get through to your fraud team for 3 days with each call stating a 50 minute wait. I need to urgently get into my account to move funds and you have blocked my account requesting I call you. Can you arrange for someone to answer the phones! Poor service

  • radiotrabs Michael Traboulsi (@radiotrabs) reported

    @gareth_grier @LloydsBank I’ve seen this before … so much for customer confidentiality.

  • lakesvet Iain Richards (@lakesvet) reported

    @LloydsBank How about putting more money into customer service that into adverts of galloping horses? Account locked and no means of contacting anyone who can deal with it without a 40 minute wait.

  • a_adam1978 Adam Cairns (@a_adam1978) reported

    @LloydsBank They tried to help but Escalate just means email #Optimalegal. This achieves nothing as it appears they have too much work and can’t cope. I know you can’t solve it on social media I just need to put in touch with some kind of manager so I can discuss options

  • LizCurtin1 Liz Curtin (@LizCurtin1) reported

    @LloydsBank But the system doesn’t put you through to the fraud team. I am now on the phone with the main help desk who tell me, to get through to the fraud team will be another 40 minute plus wait. I can’t do that on top of the 2 hours and 20 minutes I’ve waiting.

  • jtalmage Jess Talmage (@jtalmage) reported

    @LloydsBank Yes, but surely you're not legally obliged to send letters to an address you know is incorrect, even if your customer hasn't updated you with their new address. That just seems insane.

  • drw2803 Dave Watkin (@drw2803) reported

    @LloydsBank @ButchTwizzles There are issues!

  • LizCurtin1 Liz Curtin (@LizCurtin1) reported

    @LloydsBank Is 5here any other way to report fraud? This is a pathetic ’service’.

  • JackRipping Jack Ripper (@JackRipping) reported

    @LloydsBank @SignVideo Why does it so often feel as though I'm attempting to communicate with a deaf person when I call @LloydsBank 'Customer Circuses' trying to get 'assistance', when all they can offer is what they have written in their little red rule books? #ByYourSide #MyBackSide #Bureaucracy
