@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank just spoke to a lovely gentleman on the phone but unfortunately couldn’t help. My marital status was changed by you, (with no prompting or confirmation), but to correct your mistake, I have to go out of my way to a branch to show ID to do so. Not impressed.

@LloydsBank Thanks James. Staff stated it is a ‘premiere’ film couldn’t be used. Doesn’t state on tickets nor is #NoTimeToDie advertised anywhere in the venue or website as ‘premiere’. Tickets were not trying to be used on opening week either.

@LloydsBank Thanks Gary, but it isn't being declined. The Lloyds App is approving the transaction. However, this isn't being communicated to the recipients payment gateway successfully and it is failing the transaction. Is there a problem with Lloyds 3d secure process?
