@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank @Depheruk I'm with the bank of Scotland and in the process of closing down all of my accounts. Credit card cleared and closed. Savings account closed the other day and one account left. Been with the bos for decades too, but theyve never done me any favours when I was scratching my arse.

@CharLouKing @LloydsBank I'm now onto my 2nd official complaint about this issue. They compensated me last week and told me it was fixed... of course, the same problem happened again when I tried to use it today. Just the 2 hours on hold this afternoon and lines so bad when they answered the call dropped

Never set up a charity bank account with @LloydsBank. Absolutely shocking service. We’ve been trying to set up an account since December of last year. They’ve lost our personal data on 2 occasions now. No one knows what they’re doing. What a shambles.
