@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@Barclays no help at all in opening a bank account today for my sister due to her not having certain documents.. applied online with @LloydsBank and she has been approved within the hour and now has a bank account! Can see why I chose Lloyds for myself.

@LloydsBank Why does my dad receive WhatsApp calls when verification is needed? This is a issue because one cannot key in a code and most of the time the voice option doesn’t accept the verbal code. I am also a Lloyds customer and have not experienced this at all. Please help!

@LloydsBank how can I make a complaint about the customer service in branch. I supported some of our new employees from Sri Lanka to open an account today and was appalled and ashamed by how they were spoken to and treated. Other customers commented on how rude the staff were.
