@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LBGAmbNorth Because @LloydsBank cannot resolve the issue with online banking themselves they advised me to visit a branch tomorrow. But the bank isn't open tomorrow. I was going to tell them that when the line was disconnected. @mbna

Opened an account with @LloydsBank and a week later they closed it without any warning or reason. Tried to put money in and was turned away embarrassingly. Customer service was also terrible, any reason @LloydsBank

40 years loyal customer with @LloydsBank never needed or asked for help..the one time I need a small hand to get through to pay day Im turned down..thank you! Now Im really screwed...moving to a better bank as soon as I can.

@LloydsBank I was using the one online, the problem is, I’ve been given the run around between about 3 different companies and once I speak to someone, they transfer me through to someone else and I have another wait whilst they connect me. Overall poor service.
