@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

@LloydsBank @BenFurner There we go, now that's a proper customer service answer. Well done.

@Aliens84174864 @LloydsBank A significant number of complaints take 8 weeks. The average response time apparently is 5 days although that’s just for them to call you back not sort out the problem. Maybe ask for a DSAR and also ask what compensation you may be due if any for the inconvenience

But why are you doing it? That's what no one @LloydsBank is explaining. I'm a customer who has multiple online accounts to help manage my money. You're about to make it harder and I don't understand why?
