Traditional banks are dead to me. In a branch filling in forms for the 3rd time to get access to a saving account that @LloydsBank locked me out of when I switched to @StarlingBank over a year ago. Forms. Branches. “I’ll just ask the manager”...dead.

@lloydsbankinggp @LloydsBank what is going on with your commercial banking?? Due to your online issues we couldn’t complete on our house sale and purchase as solicitors couldn’t send funds further down the chain. When will this be sorted??? You are costing us all money!
