    @LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

    @LloydsBank I have tried calling on hold for 15 mins I hung up its expensive calling transatlantic. I tried the support link on mobile app. No luck just sent me to link that says cannot send to.overseas address.

    @bozmack @LloydsBank First Direct genuinely gets customer service. Have never looked back since joining them in 1996, despite better rates and switching incentives from others.

    @LloydsBank I went in to a branch on Wednesday and a member of staff contacted the Platinum team and spoke to someone who said I would be contacted with 48 hours. But nothing. It's a joke. I pay for a service I'm not receiving. If I had serious accident abroad it would have cost me loads.

    @LloydsBank hi none of the apps on my phone are authorising the use of my debit card. I've rang you and there's no problem with my card but the apps keep saying to contact my bank?

Customers are actually sorry for depositing money at your bank. 90 minutes to answer a phone call and a intimidating messaging service what a combination! I have never been to a bank in 2 years, but if I had to its not going to be with a service like this
