    @LloydsBank never in 25 years of charity work have I been spoken to so badly by a “professional”. Your customer service was appalling and left me feeling embarrassed and humiliated

    @DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank I still had to use my biometric fingerprint to log on. Is there some issue somewhere?

    @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

    @chalcd @LloydsBank Awful decision.

  • VIVADENXCIXXX
    Viv (@VIVADENXCIXXX) reported

    @BackintDales @LloydsBank But on that assumption you are saying that ALL customers using their credit cards are inveterate gamblers with a problem & that simply is not true. Like men who were gamblers/drinkers & gov enforced employer to stop £ from wages to give to wife...these actions are exceptions.

  • Beckiviner
    Rebecca Catherine Viner (@Beckiviner) reported

    They stopped anything like service in 200something @TSB @LloydsBank wherever and no PC means total collapse of society so truly you forced me to stay bound in a ****** up position from your marridges

  • DavidWebbTweet
    David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported

    @FreeAndyT @LloydsBank But they take the settings from the app on your phone and apply them to your account. That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.

  • DavidWebbTweet
    David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported

    @EllieMae833411 @LloydsBank Yes, that's their logic. The person on the helpdesk at Lloyds couldn't tell me how I was supposed to use a fingerprint to log in on my desktop PC! It's like children are in charge at Lloyds.
