I've reported my card lost now, hopefully a brand new card will help the situation. If not I'll just cancel the credit card as it's pointless.

After 3 consecutive instances, despite me having to call them to unlock my bank account and asking them to whitelist the exchange, I decided to just work with @RevolutApp . No issues whatsoever, so far.
