@LloydsBank Yes, I called twice after and was told that calling and my account being accessed “by a part of the business”will “reset my account for security purposes” and I can’t access it for 48hrs… seems a totally crazy system to me

@LloydsBank I can’t forward it because it came up as a flash message thing, it’s not in my texts or anywhere on my phone, it’s so weird! I get phishing texts all the time but this is new, which is why I posted it. Thanks for your help!

@LloydsBank is it only me, but why have we been lumped with a useless Cashback Mastercard when it was previously Avios which was far better and as a Customer preferred. My custom is taken for granted and at best is a unilateral contract. Even my local Manager was perplexed!
