    @LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

    @LloydsBank It doesn't help the fact that there are no branches within 15miles or 30minutes of where I live, and that I happen to work when the branches are open. Internet banking is supposed to be easier...

    @LloydsBank rang customer services as everyday offers have disappeared from my app. Transferred to the relevant dept. Apparently my call is important and will beanswered shortly. Now been on hold for 56 mins. Tried online chat 2 days ago too. This is a joke

    @LloydsBank What’s the point in a chat assistant if they don’t actually help. My card was used in costa, I haven’t been there in 10 days and I haven’t been in Edinburgh neither. One tells me to do a fraud check, and when it’s done it tells me it’s a dispute when it’s not neither

    Hi @LloydsBank, whenever I use "add money" in the @monzo app & it redirects me to the Lloyds app, the Lloyds app crashes. The only workaround is to open & log in to the Lloyds app first, then start the process from Monzo. Could both teams please look into this? T for Thanks 🙏

    @LloydsBank 35 years of loyalty and then let down by an automated process. Customer service could not explain...and so it's goodnight from me and hello new bank.

    @LloydsBank how many times are we as customers going to have to deal with this **** banking app continually going down? Every couple of months there’s an issue Time to move on absolute shambles of a bank
