@LloydsBank I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to be told how easy online banking is on the phone when I'm ringing because the @LloydsBank online app doesn't work and is full of bugs. I've tried applying for a product several times and the application returns an error.

@LloydsBank sorry Lloyds bank your service is abysmal, I’m trying to change my account for which you are going to charge me for after 60yrs !!! No one answering, I can’t drive after an op, get your act together , I suppose you are all ‘ working from home’ So much for loyalty !

@RakutenTV the selection of movies that is available in conjunction with @LloydsBank & @ClubLloyds are far from interesting, pretty much dated and some have awful story lines and acting. Why are the movies restricted to the selection and not the entire database of films. F

@LloydsBank Hi Scott, I want to change from Gold account to the Classic , but it’s hopeless, my daughter came from London to help ,drove to Yeovil , had to make an appnt. We tried phoning, hopeless, I’ve tried phoning ,hopeless, no one answers I’m on my own !!
