I need the help of @MartinSLewis , @LloydsBank have just refused to refund £198 from my visa debit card for @JohnnyVegasReal tickets bought through EasyTickets who have gone bump but cancelled the show at least 3 times for Covid ( money was through PayPal who only refund 1/2

@LloydsBank I log into the website, I get a message saying I should get a second credit card, despite having nil on my first. And also a message claiming that this is "car-buying season" (whatever that is), with a claim that this is a great time for a new car, despite soaring costs. Scam?

@LloydsBank Been trying for 2 days to change my address using my mobile banking app on Android, click on edit and it always errors out saying to relog and try again or wait until later, lets me do email and phone number just fine.

@LloydsBank I checked app updates and it was last updated 20Jan22 not showing as needing updating again. The error message is a red box saying 'Sorry we're having technical problems. This might be fixed by trying to log in again now. If not please try again later'
