@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank never in 25 years of charity work have I been spoken to so badly by a “professional”. Your customer service was appalling and left me feeling embarrassed and humiliated

@LloydsBank Yeah, when I applied for the second one - it just literally declined. (I did this one through my new internet banking). It just said I didn’t meet the criteria. I imagine because I’m classed as a brand new customer, I’ve just got to wait? It didn’t do any form credit check.

@LloydsBank 0345 300 0000. Went through the whole process then the message said all the lines were busy so the call couldn’t be answered and was directed to the website.

@LloydsBank In process of switching to Lloyds, have a query, rang the number given in a text and it offers options “If you’re a Halifax Customer ….. If you’re a RBS customer…”. I’m neither, so no option to actually speak to someone. This is not getting off to a good start.

@LloydsBank on a call to your fraud team as my online banking login has been suspended. The lady who answered my call was gone so long it's thrown me back into the queue, now been on the phone for 35 minutes. I am a vulnerable customer, getting very stressed #vulnerablecustomer

@LloydsBank What you lose with big retail banks is customer service. It’s non existent. No-one can help. No-one has any overview. All they do is create barriers & obstacles which really hurts SME’s. Being able to pay staff & suppliers is a critical activity. I’ve banked with Lloyds 11yrs.

@LloydsBank My daughter emailed and spoke to the bank directly, she could answer all the security questions over the phone as she could have done in person, I can provide her provisional, birth certificate and mine to link us together. She now has the weekend not being able to access money.
