@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

LET DOWN BY @LloydsBank again. Booked for a 'Home Emergency' plumber. 48hrs. Didn't make first appointment slot. Made another. No show. No message. On hold now; Lost a day of work & no call to explain. Probably won't resolve issue until next week. I'll seek compensation from them.

@sharon_wisner @LloydsBank Tbh, it’s a pain when customers pay by cash; it’s ok if it’s a couple of hundred but when it’s over £6k it’s a nightmare as high street banks are so difficult to get access to now and of course there’s that stupid law of you can be arrested if you’re carrying over £1k cash.

@LloydsBank Your app is still not working. It doesn’t even get to the part where I can log in it just crashes. Tried deleting and reinstalling app and clearing cache but still nothing. This is not good enough.
