@LloydsBank Raise a dispute - when I click on transaction click raise dispute, it then takes me to a page saying how to do it, and again its going round in circles - then it says speak to an advisor on Chat - and again its just asking me if I still need help

@LloydsBank raised a same day recall at 5am for a DD that left my account this morning. Your chat team are now telling me it’s an indemnity and will take 5 working days. This is wrong it should be a same day recall. What can I do?

@ImranKQ @LloydsBank I’ve the exact problem with LBG letters arriving for a previous occupant of our flat who hasn’t lived here for 15+ years. Another one came today. I’ll send this one back but any future correspondence will go straight in the bin! @lloydsbank why is it so hard for you to sort this?

@LloydsBank how come I only ever get “important messages” too let me know my interest rate is dropping, but when Lloyd’s has a very good period I don’t ever receive a “important message” to say we’re upping the rate for you , been a customer for a long old while #Poor
