@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank The op says it’s been accepted but the website says it’s failed. It’s definitely to do with Lloyds as I’ve been having to use my own personal Halifax account to make payments today

@LloydsBank The refund is held by Lloyds due to a card change since transaction. Bank told me 5 working days which is today as a maximum. It was a debit card, they asked for emails to company even though bank have admitted to holding the refund due to card change.

@LloydsBank I’m just through to Gordon who is being extremely helpful. Lloyds needs to look at customer waiting times. The lack of a timely service is appalling. In app telephone numbers seem to be incorrect too. Twice I was directed to the wrong section. Thank you for responding

Looks like @LloydsBank will be losing another customer had no help whatsoever. They only care about themselves and not the customer
