@LloydsBank my card has an expiry date of 7/21 - do automatically get sent a new card. I’ve just had a email for a payment and it cannot be taken out due to my card expiring - help as I have other payments due to come out and I haven’t been sent a new card!

@LloydsBank I’m not having issues getting thru to you. I got thru to you and kept being put on hold and due Lloyds biz not taking an action back in Nov even though I had email confirmation to say they had I am not able to close a personal account. I will DM you the reference number.

When a customer pledged title deeds as security in support of a loan, they were entitled to believe @LloydsBank would return them when the loan was repaid. They shouldn’t need to request return of such important documents but when they did were told they’re irretrievably mislaid.
