@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank Your own fraud line is not answering calls after you have explicitly asked customers to call this line to report fraudulent transactions. I have just given up trying to reach you.Kindly fix this capacity issue, which does not reflect well on LBG.

@LloydsBank I applied for a mortgage online on Monday. I selected a product and accepted the mortgage illustration. I was told the rate would be locked in from this point. However, rates have risen since then and I've just been told that I have to select a new deal. Can you help?

@LloydsBank I can’t seem to find the option to what dealerships you work with unfortunately. I’ve already logged into the app and via website, do I have to put a random cars registration in, in order to see what dealers you work with?
