    @ImranKQ @LloydsBank I’m having the same problem with letters to our house. No idea when they lived here as they weren’t who we bought off and we’ve been here 5years. So frustrating returning letters and no action happening.

    @LloydsBank Thanks for coming back. I can get in one minute and then the next I can’t. I am going to try again on another device and see what happens. Yesterday I couldn’t access my account so many platform and even the card reader wasn’t helping. This is a business account.

    @LloydsBank Almost 24 hours later and still not working! I can’t even get to the log on page as it sticks at “authenticating device”, tried both 4G and wifi.
