Terrible Customer Service from @AskSmythsToys. Had to search for a number, purchased Click and Collect on @SmythsToysUK and didn't make it in the 2 days to collect it. I'm now day 11 waiting on the refund, neither Smyths or @LloydsBank want to help me get my money back!!

My engagement with @LloydsBank this weekend and the failure to get a response from their Home Emergency service (provided by @AXA) has been very challenging. 93 minutes on one call before being cut off, two previous calls cut off prematurely too. It's a dystopian nightmare.

@LloydsBank It says that my log in details have been suspended and I need to call. I have called 4 times in the last hour and been disconnected every time after waiting in a queue. Fine if it isn't deliberate but what can I do to get back in touch with help if I have already waited?

@LloydsBank Just been trying to call for over half an hour. I've been hung up on twice when I've managed to get through, and now I'm blocked from mobile and Internet banking and urgently need to fix this. Why are agents hanging up on people in these stressful times?

@LloydsBank I'm trying to pay money off my credit card but I'm getting an error message, the credit card company say the error means the payment has been declined by my bank. I have enough money in my bank account to make the payment so I don't understand why you're declining it

@LloydsBank They said since the account is so old, they can't help me as they cannot retrieve the details. The account dates back to the mid 2000s so I just thought she knew what she was saying. I will visit a different branch tomorrow
