Today must really be the day of appauling customer service. 2 hours helping a relative with @VodafoneUK this morning then had @LloydsBank blocking an 'app approved' transaction (followed by the whole card) before placing me in a second queue of 1hr (after a first of 30 mins)

@LloydsBank I received the same message and I wasn't even using the Lloyd's app at the time. It just suddenly appeared on the screen over the top of what I was doing at that time. I wasn't taking any chances and clicked uninstall. Do you know what the problem is?

Disgraceful customer service from @LloydsBank. Kept on the line for over an hour, repeatedly put back on hold & spoke to 5 different people to resolve an issue that happens EVERY MONTH. Had to hang up without a solution
