    @LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

    @LloydsBank usual poor service from Lloyds tonight. No internet banking, not answering the phone for an hour again. Remind me why I am private banking client with you !! Still not managed to re-issue me a credit card either. services not linked. IR rates mailed early. Just so bad

    @TideBusiness I am aware and I’ve also asked for this to be close the account in question and the funds returned back to @LloydsBank as that would be quicker and no issues on your status page either saying there is an issue

    @LloydsBank I spoke to your colleagues last week and they said we need to call the Moment of Truth team together. Problem is, she is on oxygen and unable to speak on the phone. Not really sure what to do now?

    @LloydsBank hi, hope you can help. I've been having trouble with purchasing online with my debit card, and also once in a shop. My card declines some purchases online, but is fine for other things, like ebay. I've tried calling numerous times today but the wait is huge. Thanks

    @LloydsBank Why do I have to tweet my bank in order to get a response. Customer service level 0. Shocking service. Lloyds is the worst bank I’ve dealt with in my life. It’s a massive shame how the bank treats clientele. Sort it out immediately please.

    @LloydsBank I want an answer to 1 question. This seems too much for your call centre. I was re-directed 3 times & then cut off (on purpose I suspect). I have to pay for these calls and go through the same security questions each time. Someone should have answers. BAD SERVICE

    @LloydsBank My card is blocked, called the no on back of card & ended up with a callback due to “exceptionally high call volumes” - told I need to be put through to the fraud team - that has an HOUR waiting time. I’ve now been cut off. I have no access to my money. HELP.

    @LloydsBank Hi, hoping you can help please. I've been experiencing issues with trying to purchase online, getting a totally blank screen instead of the authorisation screen to confirm the payment. Have tried calling customer service but the wait time is huge. Thank you.
