@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank I have taken it off and reinstalled it multiple times and it still keeps happening. I click on the app and it opens for a second and then just shuts down. I checked the app reviews and saw comments from people saying they experienced the same issue.

@LloydsBank error 9300046 what does it mean? I can't move my money to the saver account. I am currently in travelling Australia and need the money from my savings urgently!! The self service phone number was also unable to complete the transfer

@LloydsBank never had such difficulty in trying to get hold of customer services.All phone lines do is repeat did you know you can do this online?If I could I wouldn’t be ringing you! go through hoops to get through for it to just say.Sorry we’re all busy no even put on hold.

@LloydsBank The payment was pending but we were told it was not possible to reverse by the person on the phone. Regarding contacting the website - Having read responses from other people on trust pilot it is extremely hard to contact them. We automatically cancelled the application online.

There was a time where customer service teams would move heaven and earth to resolve an issue for you, these days you get passed from pillar to post and back and forth like I have with @NCT_Buses and @LloydsBank today!

How do banks get away with being so ableist? Trying to close a @LloydsBank - no chat available all day. Can't use the phone. No branches in Scotland. No way to mail. IT not working. No snail mail option.

@LloydsBank Can your 'Saving Calculator' help when @LloydsBank lose financial data,NI#,Reg Mail, in a security debacle? Then when money is needed for med treatment freeze the funds stating 'Security" until the @financialombuds has made an enquiry taking many mos/yrs? This bank is a disgrace!
