Hello @LloydsBankBiz @LloydsBank I opened account in Oxford branch Its been 8 days, neither I received debit card nor mobile banking activation code. Customer service informed I will get activation code in 2/3 days. So far nothing happened can you check pls and advice

@LloydsBank Yes. It said on your site call us anytime! As it was fraud related. So I did call last night, but was told that your systems were down and to phone back in morning!!

@LloydsBank Hi @LloydsBank, thanks for your reply. I have tried from 3 different browsers on 2 different computers, restarted my mobile app and phone.I followed the process you stated and me and my daughter are eligible to open this account. I think the issue is with your system.

No big system works as it should now. Nearly all our institutions are broken. Particular loathing is reserved for 'call centres'. They are centres of misery now. You can't get through - the companies don't want to talk to humans - when you do, it's pulling teeth. @EE @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank hi, I’m trying to get through to the fraud guys to report some problems. The wait time means that my phone cuts off after 1 hour 25 minutes of holding. Is there an alternative way of speaking to them? It effectively means I can’t report a fraud.
