@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank your automated phone line for keeping an account open isn’t working. You have to press 1 to keep your account open. It is not recognising when I press 1. I’ve done it three times

@LloydsBank I just reset my phone for a repair & now I have to reauthorise all my cards for Google Pay. Is there a way to do this without calling? Your phone service says not to call if it's not an emergency (it's not) & wait times are >30mins

Astonishingly poor service from @LloydsBank who I’ve informed that a payment from an account that isn’t mine has appeared on my credit card due to an error on their system for my direct debit. They will do nothing today leaving someone else out of pocket. Appalling.
