@LloydsBank, you are the absolute pits and have joined the rest of the banks I deal with, with nil points! Had my Debit card blocked an hour ago, due to a "glitch"! Now waiting for another 20 mins to speak to "technical"! Not the first run in with banks and will only get worse!

Like many, amending my @LloydsBank mortgage is impossible. Online mortgage account unavailable for 5 days...phone over an hour wait...then of course...it cuts off! As ever, when you need them they r never there...at least "my call is important to them..." phew! Big finance eh?

I know you are probs very busy right now.. but @LloydsBank - I have now spent many hours on hold to speak to one of your mortgage advisors - and keep getting cut off after about 45 mins! Shockingly bad customer service.

@LloydsBank Absolutely hopeless!!! Just spent 20 minutes listening to the robot & when eventually got through could hardly understand what the young lady was saying and she clearly couldn’t understand me. Total waste of time. Useless service. Think service could be a misnomer.

@LloydsBank I'm waiting on a payment into my account. World customer services be able to see any incoming transfers? I know they can take like 3 days to show. But this is an international transfer.
