@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank absolute joke of a customer service got through to someone for them to tell me I’ve have security block on my card to be told I’ll be I’ll be put through to someone that can take it off I wait for well over an hour on hold to be cut off after 8pm #shambles

@LloydsBank @Ohgrowup1 I have the same issue, especially with rebate and refund cheques that have nothing on the back and are not the same size as the standard ones.

@LloydsBank Quiet clearly that for over a week Lloyds don't understand my frustration. As I mentioned previously my credit card is cloned and used and I wasn't contacted. I tried to make a payment on Amazon and you block my card!

@LloydsBank Your apology has little value unfortunately, I am currently working abroad and cannot afford to spend hours on a less than poor phone line waiting for someone to answer my call. I still cannot use my debit card !

@LloydsBank Hi there, today I posted the cheque to the UK this morning. But I just received an email from HMRC that since I am living abroad and I have challenges travelling, they decided to cancel the cheque and issue me the refund via direct bank transfer….(1/2)

@LloydsBank 1 hour and 45 mins on hold is not extremely busy - it is NOBODY IS AT WORK. I don’t see Lloyds advertising jobs either so you have staff, just lazy working from home shysters.
