@LloydsBank I can access the desktop site but everytime I log into the app it only allows me to log in then closes automatically. I've deleted and reinstalled it , restarted my phone etc and nothing

@LloydsBank trying to make an online payment to a friend and I only have stored payment details for six accounts? This is on the app and on the desktop site. Where has my information gone? Waiting time for support calls is 30 mins!

@LloydsBank I’ve just spoke to a really helpful lady who has stopped anything being taken again, and dealt with it all in 4 mins as both police/ ‘company’ who took money are involved too. The number I called is the one on your website for security and fraud! Thanks
