Buyers Report (@BuyersReport) reported@LloydsBank The problem Delina, was this attempt with Business Team did not get a response. Advisor tried to reach them & herself could not do so. A complaint was then raised because elderly customer had come to end of her tether. She was promised a text with complaint reference. Never came.
