@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank 4 weeks and still waiting for cash card. As usual- 20 min wait to get through on phone. No one will help. You charge me to get money out on credit card!!! & advise me to go to my local branch- but you shut them all. Disgusting service

@LloydsBank - got my dad (90s) to his local branch Chiswick to get signature witnessed, was told it’s no longer company policy to endorse. When did that start? No empathy or help so we ended up at his local police station instead! Thanks Acton - @metpoliceuk

@LloydsBank Should have spotted the problem immediately as they do not do Online Banking. Would anyone support me if I set up a Go Fund Me account, and I will do 10KM Trek in my Wheelchair to raise emergency funds for them ? I will try and raise what they’ve lost to pure scum.
