ItsOnlyMeLisieB (@BlanketStars) reported@financialombuds 1. Ombudsman Jan O’Leary is about as useful to customer complaints as a fart in a thunderstorm. Lloydsbank did not follow the FCA principle rules when they made changes to our mortgage, I know this because the FCA have told me. She has the power to investigate this complaint.
