    @LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

    @LloydsBank tried phoning and after completing security and listening to you plugging app and online Told you are to busy to speak to me and terminated call, Tried the chat bot which wants to transfer me to to a colleague. Now been waiting 30 minutes. Great customer service -not!

    @LloydsBank So they are escalating it to the complaints team. Five day wait for response from the complaints team. Then they have up to 8 weeks to investigate.This is a TIME sensitive issue. How can my only option be to wait 8 weeks for them to figure out why my address is wrong?

    @LloydsBank I have 2 personal accounts does this make it 20? I have so many more questions…Are regular external comms sent to customers with updates on what they can/can’t do? Are branches there to help or make things more complicated for a customer? Am I expected to go back tomorrow?

    @LloydsBank Even better, don't use your phone to access your bank. Use a computer, more secure, less likely to be stolen, and hacked. Use your phone to make calls to people, and avoid the brain-rot associated with 'Smart' phones.

    @LloydsBank The complaint was submitted today. It needs to be fast tracked as I raised a concern a week ago and was told it was sorted. It wasn’t. This is time sensitive and the error is yours. This is causing a lot of stress. Who can I contact to fast track the complaint?

    @LloydsBank I completely understand not being able to speak without his permission, but 45 mins to get through is mad and resulted in no outcome. Is there nothing anyone can do to support us with this? We can provide relevant ID if needed

    @LloydsBank Okay. So just to clarify, I log into the app, I go to Support>Call us and I can get this fixed? I'm based in Japan, so the phone I'm using for the app is Japanese. Is that going to make a difference?

    @LloydsBank That could be a problem; I don't have a mobile number registered to my account, and I don't have a UK mobile either. Can I register a Japanese mobile number to my Lloyds account via online banking?
