@accountingetc @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Change. Most banks are doing this. I refuse to download apps. Less help I give in the process of technology, the the better we are. I also refuse to create accounts on hospital sites & insist on paper correspondence where ever possible.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Had a bust up with my local Lloyds branch over this. Some clerk tried to lecture me about internet security andI told her that I know more about that subject than she will ever know. Had no issues since ….

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Nationwide are great. Pay the tenner a month and you get travel, phone insurance (I’ve claimed twice on the phone with zero issues) and roadside recovery. Plus.. when you call up, no waiting time and straight through to an English call centre.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank This has happened to me twice recently. Enough money for the transaction to go through and security checks carried out yet the card and sale blocked. 3 hours of telephone calls to unblock or card stays blocked. Poor service.

@DalfUnisol @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Agreed on Natwest. They hate it when you try to buy crypto, block and cancel your cards, even though you pass all security tests.
