Item in @TheWeek: Lloyds have closed the Scilly Isle branch. Nearest is 44.15 miles away via £139 ferry service to Penzance, which doesn't run in winter & necessitates an o/night stay. #WereHereForYou #LloydsBank #CustomerServic

@LloydsBank Why can't I update my details using my account through a PC? I don't understand why I have to sit in a phone queue to update an address, due to the app not accepting it. I've been with Lloyds for years and never had a problem yet doing something as simple as this is hassle.
