@LloydsBank your service is awful. 45 minute minimum wait times, messaging response awful, bot hopeless. I just want you to verify my Amazon prime renewal. I have used my card and my husband’s and still nothing. 3 times I have messaged same info in 24 hours. Employ more staff.

@MartinSLewis #lloydsbank Customer service changed from 10 days to 30 days, mum recently died & we are trying to sort out probate, they haven't done a thing nor did they care when yet again we had to chase them up

@LloydsBank Gosh, it looks so genuine, everything seemed to be ok! No, as soon as i clicked Continue and saw the dodgy website, I came straight off and closed the tab down. As you can see, the website wasn’t working anyway. Is all ok?

@LloydsBank Sure, I'm worried about 'scams', equally worried about lack of real financial services @Lloyds when making errors their inflexible bureaucratic system wont allow them to correct? Still, you can always spend next 12 months having @financialombuds deal with it & no cash?#ByYourSide

I love it when you call the bank to be put on hold with the words "we are exceptionally busy at the moment". Problem is, the last three times I've called them they've said the same thing. So, not the exception!! Hire more people @LloydsBank, your customers aren't idiots.

@LloydsBank trying to deal with a possible fraud from my account. Got through, transferred to insurance dept got diverted to transferred to customer service to be informed by an automated call it’s office is closed… not exactly good customer service

@LloydsBank Unbelievable Mike. They did share a number. And that's not it! They gave me 0345 600 4862. So which is it? Just gets worse at every single step. If you are asking a customer to spend an hour on hold you really should make sure correct number is shared. So which is it

@LloydsBank I don't want to complain I want to talk to someone that can help but that's proving impossible. It's been a week. I could have applied for a new Credit Card by now with a different bank if I had known it was going to be this difficult.
