@LloydsBank I still have one transaction that is not showing as pending nor has the balance on my account reduced. Don’t think I have an issue with Asda as it’s not told me to use a different payment method, I just hope it comes in the morning!

Online transaction on a known-good retailer's site. Pay with @LloydsBank card. "Prove you're holding your phone" SMS flow. Confirm 6-digit OTP. "Your card issuer declined your payment". Phone bank. 20 minutes on hold. "I'll put you through to Fraud." 60 minutes on hold. Muppets.

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@shabinsajan @LloydsBank We’ve had exactly the same issue. My partner can’t pay an important bill because of this nonsense. Highly stressful. Plus the Lloyds app is not working the message facility. @financialombuds you need to be aware of this shambolic mess

@LloydsBank Poor customr service & regret opening an account. I hv deposited all my cash n the bank & I'm not able 2 use the same bcoz of my ph no getting updated takes 24-48hrs. I'm with a baby and wil hav 2 live on the streets without food bcoz of this. #Lloydsbank #UK #London
