@LloydsBank There is a lot of information and miss information being generated. Having some clarity from my bank whom I have been with over 15 years, are able to help me clarify and re-assure me. Based on your response, this is not what you want to do? Am I correct?

@LloydsBank contacted Lloyd’s re my credit card from Italy, the advisor left me hanging on the phone for 9 minutes, I hung up you called me to give feedback, when I said I wasn’t happy you asked me to tell you why and ended the call before I finished speaking! Great service NOT
