    @LloydsBank I spent my last 200 Egp to speak to someone no solutions automated system and long waiting time line cut off is it so difficult that someone can give me a call from the fraud team and solve this awful situation this is a total disgrace and will be flagged action needed now

    @LloydsBank That's a right pain in the proverbial. Please will you pass this back to the appropriate team that this is a customer 'need' I'm not always at my PC and using the internet site on iphone is not easy/convenient
