@TSB Even though you've closed 2 of my 'local' branches? My nearest branch was less than 2 miles away, it's now 8.5 miles away. I'm better of joining am online only bank. TSB has gone down massively since coming away from @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank my husband is abroad and his internet banking has been suspended after trying to transfer money to a company. Spent £50 on international calls so far and still not spoken to a human about this issue. He won't return home for 2 weeks - what are we supposed to do?!

@LloydsBank Hi there. I got a text message. Then a phone call. Line was disconnected. I tried getting in touch myself for over a week and no one can help me or is answering. I was on hold for 2 hours last night and then this morning and then for disconnected. My card is not working. Pls help

@LloydsBank are you joking? I have to take YOUR call for EVERY transaction. But when you block my card, one week and 9hrs hold later, you don’t answer. This is terrible service !
