    @LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

    @LloydsBank I was told the couldn’t help me as my card was used in Liverpool today, upon calling my parents this was not the case they just used that as an excuse not to help me! I want something done about this as I have blatantly been lied to by your STAFF!!!

    @LloydsBank A second weekend with hours spent on the phone trying to sort out why you block payments from my account. Your customer service is appalling. I’ve held my account for 35 years, but I’ve just triggered a transfer to another bank. Using my 40 mins on hold to tweet.

    @mbna Another two hours on the phone, this time with @LloydsBank -- and they said they couldn't resolve the issue. I have been asked to go into a bank tomorrow. BUT GUESS WHAT -- THE BRANCH IS NOT OPEN TOMORROW.

    40 years loyal customer with @LloydsBank never needed or asked for help..the one time I need a small hand to get through to pay day Im turned down..thank you! Now Im really screwed...moving to a better bank as soon as I can.

    @LloydsBank The system has a field where you choose the country. So for the UK I choose that and the +44 is defaulted in and you enter the number without the zero. To switch to Philippines you choose that country from a drop down menu which defaults in the +63.
