    @LloydsBank Stolen credit card and transactions on my account that aren't me. Been holding for an hour. Is it taking longer because internet banking is down (i.e. I should try and call tmw) or is this typical (i.e. I should wait because I can't spend 1hr waiting on a work day).

    So tired of @LloydsBank. After being a customer for over 30 years, I am really thinking it's time to stop. The incompetence is breathtaking. And the website for currency banking? A joke. 4 verification calls to achieve a simple transaction? Really?

    @LloydsBank I don't want to be put to any further expense because of an error made by your bank. Somebody needs to sort this out for me please. I am dealing with this on my Husband's behalf. Your error has caused a lot of stress. We have done all we can. Your staff now need to sort it out.

    @LloydsBank I have been trying to pay through cash app or try and get cash from an ATM. it’s getting me to verify in the app and still declining. I’ve been calling the customer number for abroad +44 1733 232030

    @LloydsBank Trying to verify a debit card for Google Pay. App says it has to call the bank for verification. Have tried twice now. Been in queues for 1hr 15 minutes and 1hr 30 minutes last week. Impossible to get it set up.
