@LloydsBank It is in relation to my share dealing account. It is the so called tax pack. Speaking to the customer team they said you provide it only for the dividend but not for the earning resulting from buying and selling shares.

@LloydsBank attempted a call to dispute a transaction, was told by the disputes line ‘I can’t help you, you need to fill out an online form’ I do as I’m asked, now get an email asking for the same information I put in the form!! Poor service.

@LloydsBank Hello I have a student account however whenever I try to apply for an overdraft it instantly gets declined even though I meet the criteria. Please help as I really need the student overdraft with university starting again soon
