@LloydsBank Vulnerable customers to manage without a phone. Was told point blank nothing else they can do and that all customers have to be treated the same regardless of Vulnerbale customer status and that if I didn’t like it it’s not for me. What customer service level is that?

@RobOnABike @LloydsBank I wanted to put in a Sainsbury's order for my Mum recently. My bank cards were refused for no reason I could understand. Phoned bank. Waited AGES. Bank said cards were fine. Problem was Sainsbury's system. Bank Holiday so no staff to talk...

@ImranKQ @LloydsBank I’m having the same problem with letters to our house. No idea when they lived here as they weren’t who we bought off and we’ve been here 5years. So frustrating returning letters and no action happening.
