  Hey @LloydsBank how come you in app customer service is so appalling? Left hanging for 20 minutes with zero knowledge if my request has been actioned or not. Is Ganesh a real person? I assume not. Can I get my money back if you don’t action my request?

  @LloydsBank I applied to switch accounts from HSBC a couple.of days ago and have heard nothing back. I cant log onto the banking app as its saying my details are incorrect correct. I tried the chat on the website but the virtual assistant keeps kicking me out the chat

  @hangonjames1967 @LloydsBank Yep they are a disgrace & the service that they used to provide is long since gone 😡😡Our bank in Biggleswade closes on 5th November 😡😡
