@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank I've received a business loan statement to my home address, but the business is nothing to do with me. How can I check there is no loan against my house? I've called the helpline twice, got through, put on hold, then cut-off I'm unable to go to a branch Please help?

@LloydsBank Not a lot of help. What I want is to see my three other accounts quickly when I log onto using my desktop to Lloyds. So I go through the Lloyds logon and then see the other account as in theory I should also be able to do on my phone - but cannot access the other accounts!

@LloydsBank Just downloaded app for first time, registering with my existing log on details, and when I answer the security phone call there is silence and no option to put in security code (tried twice). Very frustrating. Any idea why the automated call not working?

@LloydsBank Hi no I’m not spending another 2 hours on the phone. Clearly the error is yours. We are taking the money out & opening a Monzo - lloyds bank this isn’t acceptable
