Thanks @LloydsBank I’ll just starve then, working at a remote venue where I’m a 90min drive from my accommodation, use Apple Pay everywhere flawlessly for ages now you block my card & I can’t pay. 20m+ queue on phone NO live chat - I don’t have the card on me & need money to eat!

@LloydsBank No - why can’t I just prove it’s me from the app?, this is ridiculous in 5 months you haven’t asked for the card and I use it for ALL my transactions. I’m working and that was my entire break wasted trying to buy food, can’t hold on the phone for that long

@LloydsBank … although have a ‘Attorney’ card for donor’s account it can (apparently) only be associated with the donor’s mobile for 2FA … trying to help MIL (100 miles away) via FaceTime find a message on her ancient phone when buying something for her online is a nightmare

@chris15_ace @LloydsBank Ha - literally going through the same problem. Lloyds do not give you an acknowledgement of the request, so there is no way to prove your request has been received. Therefore - no way to say when the 30 days should start from...

Just spent an 1 hour 5 minutes on the phone to an EE call centre having spent 1/2 hour or so this morning too. No result. I'm still having signal and 4g issues. The process is so bureaucratic you want to tear your hair out. Like @LloydsBank it's just time to go. #CallCentreHell
