    @LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

    @LloydsBank Trying to restart dormant acct. Your phone operator found the account, asked me to use the mylostaccount site to recover. I did. They said "not found". Now what? (only 7 months since last use!)

    @LloydsBank Just want to know before I leave your awful bank. Why suddenly without any message or anything I can't use my own money? I knew your bank is bad, but this..? What the hell is this. Saying goodbye to lloyds as soon as branches will be open..

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to order a fit to fly test from Qured, but it says '3D-Secure Authentication Required'. They have said this is a you problem, any ideas?

    @LloydsBank Indeed. To be clear, there are Lloyds Bank personal and business website accounts. The problem is switching between bank accounts within the same website account. This is (simply) the case when clicking to switch from one bank account to another.

    @LloydsBank hello! i'm soh. when i was in UK i used Lloyds bank a lot.however i'm back to Japan. recently i haven't use app and online bank. today i tried to log in but the app need to send me a text to my phone. my number already changed. now i can't visit UK. could u help me?

    @LloydsBank you appear to have a SERIOUS data integrity issue at present - our online business account details appear to have been reverted to an address that is over 4 years out of date and a telephone number that is almost 20 years out of date! JUST WHAT IS GOING ON LLOYDS?

    @LloydsBank Hi Jacqui, I am not letting this go and I will keep on tweeting for everyone to see the bad customer service your bank offers and how they treat and defraud their clients . It is not on and you just picked on the wrong client . So just refund my money back. 😡😡. Thanks.

    @LloydsBank Hi, I am out of the country. I am not making international calls on my number using my money for an error you have made . All banks have a chat service on their app now . Lloyds bank needs to move to the 21st century . I need my refund back asap . Poor service 😡😡😡. Thanks
