@LloydsBank are you aware of any issues making online payments? Seem to just be stuck in a cycle with our customers where they just see the 3D Secure box after approving the transaction. Only affecting customers with Lloyds on any website?

@LloydsBank unacceptable performance last 2 days, can’t get into CBO and just generic ‘intermittent issues’ responses. Clearly it’s not intermittent, so you need to communicate that and put a alternative process in place

@LloydsBank Indeed I did forward it to the email address you suggested. Of course, they do not assist me, because they do not respond to me regarding the forwarded message. The problem runs deeper than that - whoever is behind it has access to internal Lloyds systems, from what I can gather.

@gavinclarkeuk @LloydsBank Same as us. Supposed to complete yesterday, we’ve been left with no belongings/ WiFi/ access to any clothing or way of cooking food. We’ve lost 2 days of van costs and if we’ve not completed by tomorrow we’ve got no mortgage.
