    @rob2775 @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank For many years, the apps, websites, services, are down or are broken constantly. Lloyd's Group don't seem interested in fixing their issues or hiring skilled people. Lloyd's timeline is just a list of app problems. In 2026, this is unacceptable.

    @Sir Robin Budenberg @LloydsBank Do you realise how incompetent your banking staff are? I have been waiting 22 days so far for a wrong transaction to be returned, ยฃ3104 to be exact. Only to be told your staff didn't record the error.

    @FollowMeAndLUFC @LloydsBank Sorted next week Heidi, Pauline & I off to Leeds City Centre to transfer everything to Santander Bank Been with Halifax 55 years & not had a problem until @LloydsBank came onto scene & promised a โ€˜seamless transferโ€™ canโ€™t do anything until Lloyds Bank Letter via Royal Mail ๐Ÿคฌ

    @LloydsBank app crashed whilst transferring apps Halifax to Lloyds, nightmare Continued trying, for some reason you asked me to phone you, did so, automated, you asked me to enter numbers shown on screen, there were no numbers, now having to wait for a letter from you to access our cash ๐Ÿคฌ

    @HalifaxBank @G1xr2 I can access Halifax online, + app= was good >now with rebranding had to change my Lloyd's online memorable info & password fine. Yet not all transactions carried over =incomplete. Downloaded but can't access lloyds app as it doesn't recognise my updated details ๐Ÿ˜ก @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank One of your insured car drivers collided with my car but I took down the reg number incorrectly. I do have his policy number but apparently that's not enough. How am I supposed to solve this issue if my insurer can't claim against the policy number alone?
