@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

.@LloydsBank just FYI your system for getting in touch with people when there's a fraud flag on their card comes off as dodgy - the texts have punctuation errors, one of them comes from a random mobile number, and the phone calls have a recorded voice, which is always a red flag.

@LloydsBank My query was that the page they gave me to upload it all online isn’t working, both the application and the email I have say this. The email even says ‘it’s easier to do it online’. But where it says ‘upload here’, the link is broken.

@LloydsBank I’m trying to top up my ISA. I’m told I need to reactivate it before I can (why?) and to go to the “desktop site” to do so or to call a number. I am partially deaf so calling isn’t an easy option. Where is the “desktop site” on your website please.
