@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank Two hours on hold to try and unblock my card. An absolute disgrace. Soon as i can shut down that account and move to another bank i'll be doing it. 8.15pm i started that call and still never got through to the right person

@LloydsBank Everything went smoothly to the point where I received a 4-digit code, which was accepted, then I was logged off with no explanation and can’t log in again. When I get home I might change my bank.

.@LloydsBank last time I tried to bank large personal cheque I was FORCED to see one of your advisers so they could help me with my money. I told them I needed no help as I was a Chartered Financial Planner and no one in the branch had a clue what that was 3/3 #keepchanginrules
