    @LloydsBank Just logged on to e-bankng. New format is appalling, I can only see 2 transactions on first screen and this is on a large screen desktop. Just awful, all grey and difficult to find anything without scrolling down many screenfulls.

    @LloydsBank if I pay a cheque in using your machines and it doesn’t clear why is it now my problem? Calling customer services did not help. I now don’t have the cheque (you do) but you can’t give me any details with which to chase… why do you think people hate banks?

    @LloydsBank Qualified for the £100 switching offer. Opened a new Club Lloyds Account and used ‘Current Account Switch Service’ to have switch completed by 18/10. Lloyds now advised delayed due technical error. Will I still get my £100 incentive when completed?

    @LloydsBank Regardless of the problem, I’d have at least expected a text or email to say that someone was trying to take money from my account, if this was not you, etc. You seem to assume it’s a fraudster rather than a customer with difficulties. No feedback at all.
