    @LloydsBank I've just spoken to them, they said they phoned the contractors but then "lost signal" and have sent an email! It's been nearly 2 days, this is not acceptable for the service I'm paying for

    @LloydsBank Im aware it’s bank holiday, the lobby isn’t open due to a “technical fault” and so can’t pay in during closed hours. Is there any response to the other issues?

    @LloydsBank +44 1702 278270 first. For 1hr and 20 min then hung up on. +44 345 300 0000 for 45 mins then cut off. Same number again for an hour and assured the problem was solved.. it wasn’t. Then the same number again for 29 mins only to be put through to another hold stating an hour hold.
