@LloydsBank so I have found someone's debit card, I have called your "helpline" to ask what I can do with it, you can't get a correct service as always thinks its MY card, so used your website and asked the "help" section and AGAIN you can't get an answer, IT'S NOT MY CARD, help?

@LloydsBank Hi Colin, been able to speak to a really apologetic, friendly, supportive colleague of yours who informed me he unblocked my card after it had been frozen. However I still have access to zero funds. So it’s going about as well as Jesy from little mix’s solo career

@LloydsBank Why didn't I get an email about this or at least a notification while using the banking app before 1am. Absolutely nothing, now I'm unable to enjoy my night out like everyone else because I can't access my money! Thought I'd been hacked at first! 😑😑
