@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank In a matter of life or death situations like this should not be followed by the rules/books I was willing to take responsibilities, pay for the courier had similar issues with Barclays Bank and they send CC to me by courier abroad I'm disappointed/negligence

@LloydsBank I completed the deposit process, scanned front and back, entered amount and reference, confirmed and got message it couldn’t be deposited. Website said don’t retry and go to branch. Should I retry?

@LloydsBank I ignored the website and had another go. This time it was accepted. Saved me a ten mile round trip into the city. Thanks for responding and trying to sort this.

@LloydsBank FYI since the 24th of August and Till date waiting for the credit card to be sent have no money as you're following the rules and books great and wonderful customer service or care even

@LloydsBank ..and no I can't carry out my day to day banking at the Post Office, it closes at 5pm & for a 90 minute break in the arfternoon. What if I want to access money in the evening? Also I cannot withdraw anywhere near as much as I can at the bank (yes this is relevant to me right now)

@georgek01269541 @LloydsBank My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help

@LloydsBank there are a huge amount of people (using platforms like onlyfans) that provide a service to their customers but can not get the business banking support that they need. Will you go on the record and say that you support adult content creators? Thank you.
