    @LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

    @LloydsBank I've just tried to call and the customer service person hung up on me. Appalling service. In addition to this, the automated voice system asked for my number on back of card which I obviously could give as I had followed the instructions about lost cards.

    I don’t normally name and shame but as none of you respond to me of my wife @LloydsBank @britishairways @PayPalUK you all need to sort yourselves out. Terrible customer service

    @LloydsBank I called 0345 072 5555 and no it wasn't answered. I'd been denied access by your internet site (business account) but when I was cut off by your switchboard I tried again to login online again and got through. Poor service all round to be fair.

    @LloydsBank Just to let anyone know who is waiting in the phone queue to ask why they can't log in to their business account, there is a server issue. I've been told to try to log in again about 1530

    @LloydsBank the callback service you use to verify bank transfers is broken. It rings, but then doesn't play any audio. Entering code after 33s also doesn't work

    @LloydsBank Hi Katy Yes I received the letter today and have dealt with it. The account hasnt been frozen My confusion is what activity you expect to see on a Trust account when the person it is intended for isnt allowed to access it It would be more worrying would be is there were entries

    Well done @lloydsbank for again causing distress to my family. Yes my sons trust account has been inactive for 3 years, thats because he isnt allowed to access the money yet. I shouldnt have to keep confirming this. Trust accounts dont come from happy events, be more considerate
