@LloydsBank Yes, when I called back they just said it is being investigated. The problem was reported by other customers in February, so this answer doesn’t give me any confidence.

@LloydsBank I can't get the internet banking to work still, but I managed to get the app working. There is no card showing up, just says you have no active card.

@LloydsBank I have been trying to make high value transfer but get cut off every time after about 10 mins. This has been going on since Friday, today midway through the transaction. It is my money but you don’t seem to want to help. My son will lose his new house purchase .

@LloydsBank thank you for the poor customer service this morning at Wellfield road Cardiff, 30 year banking relationship at an end. Trying to get help with a power of attorney bank account, have now gone elsewhere where customer service was much better.
