    @LloydsBank why is it impossible to close a joint account without both of us having to go into a branch? We both work during the week, we don't live together anymore, we don't fancy a trek to Mordor to find the one true branch open on a Saturday. Its ridiculous and outdated

    @LloydsBank - what taking so long for me to alert Lloyds to freeze/report a lost card when it wouldn’t let me through due to “technical” problem? Not everyone had time to go to a branch to do so!
