Looking at your twitter feed, it looks like you do a pretty bad service to your customers, including @TheCanaryUK. If possible I will change banks before Halifax closes forever.

Accounts are not just shut down, valid reasons have to be given in relation to terns and conditions. Take them to court and lets all see what has really happened

Warren (@warrench) reported@LloydsBank Lloyds opened a dispute. They sent an email and said they'd be in touch within five working days. THEY HAVEN'T. I have new information. There's no email address to reply to, despite having case number. Waited 20min to speak to someone on live chat. They can't help. ARRRRGH!
