@LloydsBank how do I go about opening a junior account please. I’ve tried to call to make an appointment in branch however you can’t call the branch directly. Please help as I have a young saver who really wants an account.

@LloydsBank I tried calling the fraud team multiple times but the call was dropped at around the 10 min mark every time while I was waiting for my turn. Is there currently a problem with the fraud team?

@LloydsBank what a shambles of a bank you are got a complaint going through I’m on the phone apparently no customer service team and no manager to deal with complaint got to wait three weeks until you even look into it terrible bank

@LloydsBank Re: SMS - Why do you think I am not receiving your emails? If it's because your system is not seeing a referrer from an embedded tracker then that is because I block them. I wonder if using tracking like that is actually legal anyway...
