    @LloydsBank Your app hasn't been working for weeks now on android phones and please don't say no known issues as one I have an email from you conf it and I've recd compensation and I have many friends with same issue. Shocking service

    @garabaldired @LloydsBank I spoke to them again on Thursday Shuan. They confirmed an incident is open for this issue we're having and they know it's a problem..better than being brushed off as was happening at the beginning. Guess it's just a case of waiting for a fix.
