The idiocy of @LloydsBank Bedford branch - get rid of one of the self service pay in machines so not their is only 1 - when it's then regularly out of order it means there isn't a spare which ridiculously increases counter queues

Investment ISA from @LloydsBank is still missing from online banking after 3 months. Tried to sort it out on numerous occasions and always get fobbed off, my personal favourite was when they transferred the call to @HalifaxBank!! Appalling customer service.

In other banking related fun, I have just spent an hour on hold with @HalifaxBank because their system has mashed up my Irish phone number with my UK phone number, but *only* for authorising payments. Nobody can help. I was, in the end, transferred to @LloydsBank for some reason.
