@LloydsBank This is the stock answer I am getting from Lloyds. I’m not going to call every online retailer that won’t accept the lloyds card to explain to them that they need to change their systems. Arguably this is a wider issue affecting many customers and not my responsibility to resolve

@LloydsBank So my mum has been scammed by someone pretending they were me. They said that I had a broken phone so was on a loan phone and that I needed her to pay someone for some bathroom materials. She paid them! She's raised it with Lloyds. I need her to get the money back. Help!

@TT2Limited your new system is a joke. It hasn't been set up correctly to accept @LloydsBank Debit Cards therefore no way of paying for a journey. When are you likely to rectify this as I imagine your system for raising fines won't have such issues?
