    Interestingly, @LloydsBank allows login whilst SSL inspection is active. Most banks would block that. I wonder why.

    @mrianbillings @LloydsBank 'Customer Service' @LloydsBank is a complete misnomer. They are incompetent, inept and ineffectual in the face of their stymied, technocratic, bureaucracy. Even if you reach them they fail to comm between Depts. So don't think that speaking with someone will necessarily help you?

    @LloydsBank I’m sure they are working as hard as they can. I’ve been on hold for almost 90 mins so far over the course of the last 2 days. It would be much easier if Lloyds employed a sufficient number of people!

    Banks often receive a bad press and it is usually justified. However, I can’t fault @LloydsBank ever since I have been a customer. I avoided all banks between 1996 and 2016 because all I had used were awful. Lloyds though, great bank, great staff, in branch and on the phone.
