@LloydsBank brand new with u, we both signed up 4 a saver and current account in Jnt names, came home & signed up for internet banking. We've agreed to go paperless. Got 4 letters. 2 to the wife 2 to me all saying the same thing. Trying to help you save some pennies on postage!

@LloydsBank 8 letters and 2 numbers, no capitals. Tried to clear cache and retry and also tried in incognito. Mobile app working fine but I need to access desktop features

Hi @LloydsBank I have now verified my user ID and password and still cannot log in to online banking on desktop because apparently I am entering my username wrong: (i am not) "We're sorry, but the details you entered aren't in the right format. Please check them and try again."

@LloydsBank Hi David, when I press the edit icon, a red bar drops down that says "Sorry we're having technical problems. This night be fixed by trying to log in again now. If not please try again later" It's been saying this for days.

@Jordan43031401 @LloydsBank The Fraud team, which I had spent two hours on the phone too that morning didn't help as they were saying it was a security issue related to SCA of @vinted site, which is now being proven as a lie as so many people are having the same problem. Nothing has changed this morning.
