    @LloydsBank what is the best contact number to speak to someone about logging into the app. Tried resetting the details on the lloyds website but a message has asked to contact you before anything can be reset. Tried ringing but on hold for ages then cut off. Very frustrating.

    @LloydsBank I tried to use my card on five separate machines and it kept saying there was a fault. The automated service said the same and I couldn't get through to an operator. What is going on with it!?@

    @LloydsBank I made a payment. You blocked it. A week or so later you shut down my online banking. I had to find a time when I had at least a clear hour to stay on hold to get it unblocked. There was no other system. No text or 2FA etc. This is not sustainable.

    @LloydsBank This effectively makes your policy - "Do not pay people with online banking". Use Pay Pal. If you are going to shut down my bank account unless I sit on the phone for an hour. I can't risk it. As you shut my local branch- where I joined as a 9 year old - I could not even pop in.

    @LloydsBank do you actually understand how stressful you made an already terrible situation! Mum is very ill on a coronary care unit. Your lack of ability to do anything to help me pay a bill she is stressing about was disgraceful. Your operative did not care less!

    @LloydsBank was through to one operator who then sweep my query took 25 mins to then put me through to another department to which I have been on hold for another hour and half now! Great way to spend my Saturday 😑 terrible customer service
