    @LloydsBank Via internet banking. It all went through and was fine. I had to log off as needed to go to work. Came home to pay invoices and refused online log in. Rang again. Told to go into branch. This has been going on for months and now they say go to branch. Branch will say call.

    @LloydsBank what an absolute joke… I’m switching my account from you on the 13th April… today when I try and make payments they’re declined saying there’s a restriction on my account. I’ve spent 4 hours so far trying to get help - no joy! #bringbackthebranch

    @LloydsBank I tried to call your international banking department today. "No calls can be answered due to staff tanning" Really? All of them? You've no international banking service operating today? I find that remarkable..!
