@LloydsBank I am trying to log in from the UK. I am able to go as far as logging in with my user ID and password and then onto my memorable information… I then choose a phone number and wait for the call to come in but I just get a spinning wheel?!

@LloydsBank I have been trying log onto my banking app on my mobil and laptop for the last 3 days. I have rang all I keep getting us that you have no report issues. I have reported this every time I have tried, and looking at some of the comments on here I am not the only one

@LloydsBank This is impossible! She's at school 8-5 due to bus times and at football Saturdays. I've been trying to open an account for a year and a half on/off. I took her birth cert in during holidays and was told it was the wrong part. I provided a letter of ID from the school months ago.

@LloydsBank So just a recap, it'[s been days i can't access my account, I've missed two blood tests, can't phone the hospital and I'm running out of food. No indication why, no contact, nothing. Lloyds are holding money from disable people, hostage. 1/2

@LloydsBank Just found out you are not honouring the cineworld reward vouchers but I COULD have swapped for other chains, but not now as the date has passed? I received nothing explaining the situ, was just told its tough luck. Loyal customer of 40+ years - not happy at all.

@AskNationwide due to an error that they admitted to, taken substantial amount of money from my @LloydsBank account due to a DD error. This cost me money in fees and @AskNationwide is refusing to refund the error or compensate me for the fees. #evilbank #badservice

I phoned @LloydsBank yesterday just to ask a question- apparently that resets my details and so now I can’t access my online banking for 48hours - what a completely stupid system. Why on earth aren’t customers warned this will happen?
