@LloydsBank Says I’m registered but told me to call and you have to go through security. Did that and spoke to a lady in customer service then I was cut off after waiting 30 mins to even speak to anyone

ITS TIME THAT EVERYONE IN LLOYDS RETURNED TO THEIR DESKS AND GET BACK TO OFFERING FIRST CLASS SERVICE TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT PAY THEIR WAGE BILL OR THEY WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS IN THEIR DROVES TO NATIONWIDE OR METRO BANK WHERE SERVICE IS VERY GOOD

Anyone recommend a decent Bank please? Been with @LloydsBank for 25+ years but the service recently is rock bottom. Money from a scammer was taken from my account from abroad together with bank charges for foreign currency but I can't sort it because I can't remember 1/2
