    Hi @LloydsBank I have now verified my user ID and password and still cannot log in to online banking on desktop because apparently I am entering my username wrong: (i am not) "We're sorry, but the details you entered aren't in the right format. Please check them and try again."

    @LloydsBank have been about as much use as a chocolate teapot after trying to book tickets for Nottingham Castle. Security certificate issue with the website, that just so happens to be happening at the same time other people are struggling to use their cards? Unlikely.

    @LloydsBank Hi, I have not received a monthly statement in my Digital Inbox since November. Is there a problem or has this statement been discontinued? It is far superior to the monthly statement available from the Transactions screen.

    @Riggs_martin @clarnic11 @LloydsBank 2/2...suggested I try a non Lloyd's card or contact the vendor. There seems to be a few people having similar issues today. I hope this isn't the start of something.
