@LloydsBank So my mum has been scammed by someone pretending they were me. They said that I had a broken phone so was on a loan phone and that I needed her to pay someone for some bathroom materials. She paid them! She's raised it with Lloyds. I need her to get the money back. Help!

Hi, @LloydsBank, I love your Android app. However, ... Every time I go to log in, I get invited to switch to paperless statements. I don't want to, so it's 4 extra clicks each login to get past that. I've seen the invitation. The answer's no. How do I stop being prompted?

@LloydsBank Hi - it’s multiple online payments with multiple retailers. I was advised it is because you have applied additional security required by the regulator for online payments to the platinum cards, that this is a phased transition and soon my green bank card will stop working also
