    @LloydsBank Hi Laura, sadly the complaints line couldn't help me. They've advised me to drop the letters in to my local branch, which isn't all that convenient, but I'll give it a try.

    @LloydsBank Also, just downloaded the app and entered my log in details. It said it would call me to enter the security code. No phone call so it failed … can’t even sign into the app.

    @LloydsBank is there a issue with you banking app trying to log in and telling me not connected to the internet yet I'm on my wifi tried turning wifi off to use mobile data and still same thing

    @LloydsBank The card, therefore, is of no value for long range bookings. I know that if I cancelled this credit card account and then asked for a new account I would get a 4 year expiry, but what a ridiculous fuss. Not believable that expiry cannot be changed - customer service??

    I am really loosing faith with @LloydsBank. After being a customer for 20+ years, for the first time this last year I have had to resort to a string of complaints. This time I will be supporting my spouse with a complaint after a credit card closure was mishandled.

    @LloydsBank Hi,is there an issue with your online banking and 2FA? Been trying to log in for over an hour but I’m not receiving the security text, so can’t! All my other texts are being received.
