    @LloydsBank Thank you Pauline for at least answering the tweet However the prospect of sitting through another recorded message about how busy you are due to Covid doesn’t help. You have no staff in branch to answer my query and your answer system is abysmal.

    @LloydsBank I paid some money onto my credit card today but when I’ve checked it’s not showing in payments or pending. It’s also showing the payee as an account number, not the card I clicked. Is this right and slow to show? Pls let me know ASAP

    @LloydsBank is there any reason you blocked my card whilst I was abroad in Miami, without communicating with me, why you left me with no access to my £, haven’t answered your emergency call lines, emails or responded to my formal complaint? I’m just checking you’re still ‘alive’!

    @LloydsBank Ok, well I was in a bit of a panic at the prospect of not having a card at the time & there is no info on your website on what to do if your card is taken by an ATM (unlike info provided by Barclays & Nationwide). The only options on the app are replace or report. Thanks anyway
