@LloydsBank It’s still not letting me transfer funds to another account - says there is a problem loading my payees. Any idea when this issue will be resolved?

@Dominos_UK This form you’ve sent me now on numerous occasions comes up with an error everytime I complete it. Maybe I’ll have to use @LloydsBank chargeback instead considering you are unable to deal with this efficiently

@LloydsBank Is there any reason why my contactless may not be working when I have sufficient funds, have not reached the daily limit etc? It worked fine yesterday and today both my small transactions via contactless have declined.

@LloydsBank you’ve become an utter shambles from a service perspective. No one answers the phone for simple services, Branch Managers don’t call you back. What’s happened to what was once a reasonable bank? What on earth is Catherine Keyhoe doing?

@LloydsBank Swinton may as well not be there at all. Glorified ATM with miserable staff and no counter service. What is the point ? I think the slogan “by your side” should be scrapped !!

@LloydsBank Overseas right now and lloyds is refusing to work. getting error message 9200089: Sorry we can't confirm if this payment has been successful. I changed password recently. Would rather not make an international call to resolve this, tried to send an email but it was rejected? tf

@LloydsBank attempted a call to dispute a transaction, was told by the disputes line ‘I can’t help you, you need to fill out an online form’ I do as I’m asked, now get an email asking for the same information I put in the form!! Poor service.

@LloydsBank I had a payment dispute issue and the lady that helped me on the phone this morning was so so lovely and helpful unfortunately I can't remember her name after our very long chat but I just thought I'd let you know
