@Dominos_UK This form you’ve sent me now on numerous occasions comes up with an error everytime I complete it. Maybe I’ll have to use @LloydsBank chargeback instead considering you are unable to deal with this efficiently

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank for two months I am trying to open Smart Start account for my 11 year old daughter. I had issues online and on the app, was told to go in the branch. I went today, to be told that Smart start can be only open online. This is ridiculous!

@LloydsBank almost at the point of giving up.Banked with you for nearly 30 years,yet no one can help me open accounts for my children. It really shouldn’t take so much effort from my end,& just keep hitting brick walls. Do you not want to keep loyal customers,& bring in new ones?

@LloydsBank Ive had a Platinum Current Acc for close to 15yrs, which I pay for every month. You reduced my overdraft limit and now, despite 7 calls to you, I can’t get anyone to tell me how to register a new card for the card protection insurance that comes with my account. Help!

@LloydsBank my brother has been hacked this morning - he spend 35mins on hold then the call got cut off - please is there any other direct route as he needs to report this and being cut off after 35mins waiting is really poor service

@LloydsBank . All this morning. You've rejected my international money transfer to Poland - no reason. Then you BLOCKED my account even though login details were correct. Now, I've been ON-HOLD for 55mins and counting! This is terrible.
