Nathan Ramsden-Lock (@nathanlock) reported@LloydsBank i just rang up to report that faster payments are not going in to my account from 2 different banks and the lady was rude and refused to accept that there was an issue, just quoting back the 2 hour rule at me. I am very unhappy with her attitude,
