@LloydsBank I been with lloyds bank about 16 years and I am loyal customer. When you say,By your side,you should mean that not lies. Because I am very disappointed by my bank how they threatening me. My credit card cancelled without let me know and I always pay my Bill

@LloydsBank No as we work full time & only use the cash point … it’s not just us every customer before & after us the same,lots of rolling eyes & swearing. Surely there must be lots of cancelled transactions.

@LloydsBank I do understand being busy, but awaiting time of nearly 2hrs in the middle of the night, is something I don't get it. I'm really not happy with lloyds customer service. Really not what I was expecting paying monthly that amount of money.

@LloydsBank useless travel insurance help. Offices closed….but open Sunday 9-5, called three times this week waited 2 hours on hold. No answer. Contradictory online advice. No one will give a straight answer! By your side? No you’re not you’re hiding out the way!

@LloydsBank I have been trying all afternoon to call about my platinum travel insurance. The first time I ended the call after an hour, thinking there must be a problem. I dialled back and have now been on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes. This is really poor.

@LloydsBank I’m visiting my local branch, Tilehurst, tomorrow to a) Resolve the initial fraud issue, and b) Raise a formal complaint against the person who made me feel insignificant as a cancer patient today. No doubt it’ll be brushed under the carpet.
