@LloydsBank Every time I log in to my current account I am requested to input a 6 digit code to open the account. This is becoming a nuisance as I DO NOT always have a mobile phone to hand, which means I CANNOT carry out transactions. My other banks provide card readers which work admirably.

@LloydsBank i've just spent 30 minutes on hold to your Gold Services Customer Service team and when I finally get through your system cuts me off after a couple of minutes and then you don't call me back. Can someone contact me ASAP please?

@LloydsBank Having spent 3+ hours on the phone to you where I was passed from pillar to post, had my call cut out twice and having to start all over again, you still couldn’t solve an issue. I am not happy.

Hi @LloydsBank I tried to use my credit card for an online purchase, I thought my phone had frozen when instead it was going through the Mastercard Authenticator screen. The problem now is that the online shop won’t take my credit card anymore. What can I do to unblock it? Thanks
