    @LloydsBank You’ve just outdone yourselves, trying to make a complaint about all this and apparently the system isn’t working so the customer service team cant download the complaint form

    @LloydsBank The card the PIN is supposed to be for has never had a previous PIN. It's the first and only PIN and doesn't work. I'm not asking for help, these posts are for other people to read so they get an idea how inefficient the bank is. My partner has wasted hours on the phone over this

    @LloydsBank so I've started a CASO to you and regretting it already. On the app it's asking me choose memorable data. When it asks to repeat it the box is just greyed out. I've closed the app but it's still the same. Tried to call but your stupid IVR said you couldn't help.
