When it comes to EV charging my @LloydsBank let’s me down many times but @monzo just works. Went to pub to order lunch with card and had to enter PIN. Mustn’t like me being away from Southbourne. @bppulseuk app wouldn’t do it either with my £20 credit.

@LloydsBank Need to report a fraudulent transaction on my credit card - spent 15 minutes on hold and the person I spoke to had to transfer me to a different team. I am now on hold with an estimated wait time of 1 hour! Care to comment on this level of customer service?

@LloydsBank how about spending some of your £6bn profits on your customer contact centre. Been waiting over 30 minutes. The reason you are experiencing such huge call volume is because you don't have enough staff. You reap what you sow. Very simple really.

@LloydsBank - is there an issue with the mobile app? Was fine earlier. Now saying I do not have access to mobile banking. Very odd! Desktop access works. Tried phoning Customer Services and have 39 minutes got cut off whilst in call waiting queue! Please advise.
