    @LloydsBank is your online banking down? Can't get online using the app or a desktop. 20 minute queue to speak to someone and you don't appear to have a way for customers to check the service status

    @LloydsBank shocking service. Been trying to reset my details to log on to online banking. 4 Phonecall’s and sitting waiting for hours and still can’t get into my app. Sick of being told to reset my pass word and memorable information. Get it sorted 😡

    @LloydsBank I now have approximately 1 hour to wait for another advisor. This will make it nearly 4 hours for me to wait for support of a fraudulent payment. Transferring my money to another bank will be the first thing I do in the morning

    @LloydsBank My Lloyds bank app keeps stopping and it says to check my connection so I tried with Wifi and data as well but doesn't work. The app is down from yesterday night

    @ali1878_efc @TwiceNightly @LloydsBank No. Nationwide customer services shut at 6pm for some reason. Ridiculous. Cos what happens if someone totally clones your cards etc. No1 at the bank available out of hours to tell xx

    @LloydsBank I have never been so disgusted with the lack of service a bank provides. Hung up on around 15 times, no reply for hours on your chat services and your app won't help me with my specific issue. So what is it you're expecting me to do?? Just let my account get drained?
