Completely humiliated by the customer services representative of @lloydsBank today who hung up on me when I tried to discuss the bank's error in my mortgage account name. It's 2022 and I have to endure passive aggressive belittlement for my male voice & female name. #transphobia

@LloydsBank Seriously what's going on with this customer service? Blocked my accounts, then after a hour with fraud team you let me supposedly access one of my accounts for funds, only for a wasted trip to the shops to be back on this dumb phone for another 2 hours as not sorted
