    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @LloydsBank Hey - not having a good banking week. Lots of help needed :) - 2 minutes after I tweeted you the company ceased trading. How do i handle that as normal contact routes are now unavailable. I don’t know how to reach a defunct company

    @LloydsBank Hi, it’s the same number as an old credit card. I paid it off months ago (maybe a year?) and don’t use it . As I don’t use it I Haven’t logged in to internet banking for ages, not sure where my log in details are. Tried to ring, but as I don’t have the details I couldn’t progres

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank again I have already done that I have waited from 26th July for some help and your team just keeps telling me to wait. If one cannot trust one’s bank to help in such cases then when else does one need help?

    @LloydsBank Hi yes it was for an overdraft, you've instructed a debt company to take over the debt for you, so I think technically still open? I just can't access it. The payment was for an event which was cancelled, they can't refund into anything but the old payment method.

    @LloydsBank Tried other shops. All fine. Went back to them today, not working still. They say a few Lloyds cards had issues

    @LloydsBank if my frustration is understood its obviously an issue Lloyds have had before with others so the powers that be may want to consider fixing it. I wont be pursuing what i was due to the inability to contact a local branch by phone! thats a wrap now!

    Really unhappy with my recent experience of @EE and @LloydsBank. I will be leaving both, but not before I've taken them to the Ombudsmen. As a matter of principle now, I don't accept bad service. I do complain and ask for compensation for my lost time and hassle. Everyone should.
