    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank -Your cash point didn’t dispense the full amount. I tried to withdraw 250 pounds yesterday , but only got 230 pounds instead. The bank was closed at the time I withdrew my cash , so no staff could help. Online agents ignored me too.

    @LloydsBank Every time my wife has attempted to pay cash in your staff have tutted and spoken to her like dirt. Mainly telling her off for approaching the counter telling her to use the machine near the door, which often has a queue when counter staff are free. The machine today was broken
