    Howdy @LloydsBank I have a packaged account with @TheAA_UK family cover, however, when I log in to the aa online via app or website it says personal cover and I can’t add family to the policy. So how does the family cover work? 🫣

    @LloydsBank ahh in credit interest, dont bother with that, really doesn't pay, you can get 3% or higher easy access without the need for Club Lloyds, eg Zopa, Chip, noticed Lloyds have also released other poor savings products some seem to be Club Lloyds branded too

    Hey @TicketmasterCS we’ve been waiting over two months to get a refund of £680.20 from you which you claim to have sent to @LloydsBank. They can’t trace it and trying to find where to lodge a complaint on your site is impossible. Can you help please?

    @LloydsBank 30 days since I raised a complaint, no acknowledgment letter, nobody will discuss it further, promises of callbacks that don’t happen and then needing to ring back to be told each time the complaint handler is busy, who I’ve never spoken to. Shocking service.

    @LloydsBank hello I'm having issues with my Google Pay it's asking to check with my bank. I can buy from shops ect. But its not letting me add my debit card to anything else like disney plus ect it's saying check my details. Also on amazon it's saying they had unknown activity
