    @LloydsBank Yes raised a complaint … asked who i need to speak to get some progress on a travel insurance claim from Feb… absolute nightmare, no continuity. I would like you to provide me with a contact via pm who I can speak to directly to discuss the issues as I have list all confidence

    @LloydsBank We were told as existing customer with 7 years left on our mortgage we could only remortgage for 2 or 5 years fixed. 10 years fixed is only available to those moving from another lender. This was your own mortgage advisor on a phone call

    @LloydsBank grateful if someone could contact me in respect of an @Allianz travel claim .. someone must hold this relationship within the bank and be able to explain why the service from your third party is so shocking.

    @LloydsBank I am sure they’re working hard, but I don’t think it is good enough to have customers waiting for over an hour to not have a call answered, this has happened three times now. I cannot use my card therefore my account is useless.

    @financialombuds need help urgently @LloydsBank is repeatedly ignoring a request to action a straightforward request. Potential loss of property sale now imminent. Ineffective customer service especially for older customers

    @LloydsBank holding for an hour and a half today to try to sort out my card being declined all the time, thought it was all sorted now declined again. Over an hour call waiting time again is ridiculous. Why is there no one in a main branch that can help?Other banks are an option

    @LloydsBank what a pathetic support/I.T team, I got error code of4747 and it has been a month since support and I.T team is playing with me, zero communication absolute waste of time

    @LloydsBank There is surely another option as over the last few days I’ve wasted so much time & they have not helped which is why I am asking for whoever owns the relationship. I appreciate you cannot access the a/c but that is not what I’m asking.
