    @LloydsBank how hard isit to get in contact with you.. I have been trying since 10am this morning and continuously your lines are busy and your automated app conversation is awful.. Doesn’t help when your branch closes 30mins early for no reason 😡

    @LloydsBank Also, just downloaded the app and entered my log in details. It said it would call me to enter the security code. No phone call so it failed … can’t even sign into the app.

    @LloydsBank if I’m locked out of my online banking but they want to verify me via a phone call. I don’t have access to my number. If I go into branch, can you sort it? Is there a finer way?

    @LloydsBank Evelyn this is not the correct number they were unable to help. I have been pushed from pillar to post for the past four hours this is NOT #CustomerService I am appalled at the way I have been treated having been a customer of @lloydsbank for 55 years I find this unacceptable

    I am really loosing faith with @LloydsBank. After being a customer for 20+ years, for the first time this last year I have had to resort to a string of complaints. This time I will be supporting my spouse with a complaint after a credit card closure was mishandled.
