I've caller both @Morrisons & @LloydsBank who both say the other is responsible for cancelling the pending payment & neither can help. That money is for this weeks groceries. They really don't care that £100 is a vital amount for people.

@Morrisons takes pending payment when you order online. An item was substituted so the total payment was higher, which was processed & cleared. The original amount is still pending over £100 & I can't access it 7 days later. Both @morrisons & @LloydsBank seem supremely unbotherd

@LloydsBank How could we use the switching service if we are already Lloyds account holders. I think that is very ambiguous…and I am not happy with this response, I cannot believe we should have used a switching service from Lloyds to Lloyds…makes no sense at all,
