@LloydsBank Not helpful. Why lloyds cant call me they have my mobile number linked to the account. You guys are in for a massive complaint from me. Suspended all access to my accounts for no good reason, best I can tell.

@LloydsBank It is pending, however they're now claiming the items have actually shipped, so I will leave it alone for now (they won't cancel after an order as they claim they move too fast processing the order for that) thank you very much for your help :)

@LloydsBank How on EARTH can it be so difficult to get a replacement bank card in 2021? I try the app, can't do it. Ring up, get diverted back to the app. Ring up AGAIN, hold for ages, only to be told it has to be done in branch, which is inconvenient with my working hours!

@LloydsBank As previously said. U want me to make another international call &sit on hold again for 20 mins plus in the hope that I get to speak to someone this time? To resolve the fact that u suspended my access? Because I am guessing I made a payment in Thailand even tho i live here now.

@LloydsBank is there an issue with contactless on cards…been to two places and won’t recognise contactless but no problem when put card in….only had card a month
