@LloydsBank Tried both the app and desktop site on different devices too. Your CS team cant see the transactions either but the balance has changed. Was told three weeks ago to wait and see…still waiting and recounting the issue every few days when I call and get put on hold for and hour.

@LloydsBank Hi, I've tried to switch to Lloyds and been told my request couldn't be completed. The number it asks me to ring (switching team) only offers 2 options, both for banks I'm not currently a customer of. What am I suppose to do?

Been on hold with @LloydsBank for NINE HOURS!! What the actual flip? Still haven't got through, card blocked, can't access my money and now have lost the will to live. Why haven't you at least got a chat service on your site?!?

@LloydsBank What is the route hotline, how do you sign up for sms & why, as a customer of this branch, have I not been told about them? None of your customer services staff seem to be able to get service information either. Why is is not coming today, this service should be sacrosanct!
