    @ScottishWidows @LloydsBank #clericalmedical. After 52 working days & being told money would be in my account last Friday told today another 20 working days! Staff member Ian Cunningham even admitted he would give it a 50/50 chance of being in my account by then 😡 #poorservice

    @LloydsBank A second weekend with hours spent on the phone trying to sort out why you block payments from my account. Your customer service is appalling. I’ve held my account for 35 years, but I’ve just triggered a transfer to another bank. Using my 40 mins on hold to tweet.

    @LloydsBank I was using the one online, the problem is, I’ve been given the run around between about 3 different companies and once I speak to someone, they transfer me through to someone else and I have another wait whilst they connect me. Overall poor service.

    My mum's local branch of @LloydsBank is closing this week, it would have been nice had they let her and others know. Personally, I think it's a bad move. Banks have encouraged online banking, but not everyone has a computer. We still need face to face service. BIG mistake closing
