@LloydsBank Hi Gavin, yes, it is link with previous massages. I don't have active account. My account is dormant. I have old user ID, but not working. I have downloaded the mobile bank app last 2 weeks back. it requires verification code which you send via postal mail and have no access.

@LloydsBank It is dormant, I have a letter to say it’s been found but the woman just said it’s closed. It wasn’t any help at all. I don’t want to keep going back to be told nothing different.

@LloydsBank It us for a reason that am resorting to twitter, that someone from the Bank hears and TAKES ACTION on the issue. I have gone through enough stress with my money blocked over 6months! I expect you to get my complaint to the concerned team AND GET IT RESOLVED!

@LloydsBank Well what it is, we moved house last week so I updated our address on the lloyds bank online banking site. But on paying for something online the other day, our billing address for our card is still linked to our old address.

@LloydsBank We have to use the old billing address, otherwise the transaction declines. It’s what happened with my wife’s card. I’ve had a similar problem updating my Experian credit file as they ask for proof via debit card. And it declines it just to mismatch of information
