    @LloydsBank Your replacement card service is an effing joke. You’ve issued a new card to my banking app, but then it’s blocked from use because of ‘suspicious activity’. Why would someone else be using a card that didn’t exist a few hours ago?! And 40 minute wait on the helpline!

    @LloydsBank I actually need someone from Senior Management within the complaints team to call me urgently. An old fashioned 2 way conversation. Can you help me? Urgent used to mean priority, not get lost in a myriad of red tape escalation processes?
