    @LloydsBank the ai cannot recognise it as it is too near of a date, this needs fixing. another things is you can stop your customer service ******* me about for 2 hours and hanging up. you need to provide a resolution to my problem

    @PeteJArmstrong @LloydsBank It’s ridiculous - he’s spending about 40 mins every time just to get through and then being kept on hold every time whilst people try and get hold of someone to help.

    @LloydsBank Yes I am using the Business Banking App. I get an error when making the deposit. Something like "We are have technical issues at the moment logging in again may resolve this". Guess what? Logging in does not resolve the issue.

    @LloydsBank I called back … got through to someone who was not in the team for the number I called. Had to start again. Third time lucky and on the phone for an hour and still the agent didn’t have access to our issue despite a reference number. Utterly useless.

    @LloydsBank why are you unable to support your Commercial Banking App with cheque deposits? I spoke to 4 people over an hour yesterday all of whom were clueless, then got cut off.....

    @LloydsBank @MoneyHelperUK Hi Lloyds, on the subject of rising living costs, as a customer of 30+ years I'd like to know when are you going to raise interest rates on your easy access savings account? Your current 0.40% is pathetic and a 'spit in the face' to loyal customers.
