@LloydsBank.. You close all local branches, assuring customers that we can reach an advisor easily via telephone banking. Yet I tried for the first time today, several times in fact, and each time I get disconnected as "no-one available to take my call". Quality service. Not 👎

@LloydsBank The website originally said they dispatch on 22nd every month but that has now been removed off the site. They emailed me on 6th Feb saying it had been dispatched and would be with me in 3-5 days but no tracking number. Paid debit card 4thjan and 4thfeb

@LloydsBank Probably. What I'm getting at is that the number Lloyds has on file for me is the correct number, but it's NOT the number I'll be calling from. Would that be a problem? 🤔If so, is there a direct number I can call from my registered phone? I don't have Telephone Banking...

@Visa any chance you respond to the reason I cannot add my visa debit to my apple wallet , spent hours on the phone with @LloydsBank and they have confirmed it is a @visa issue this has dragged on for months

@LloydsBank Okay. So just to clarify, I log into the app, I go to Support>Call us and I can get this fixed? I'm based in Japan, so the phone I'm using for the app is Japanese. Is that going to make a difference?

@LloydsBank It gets so far and the cites technical problems. I called earlier and waited almost 30 mins to speak with a person and that simply told me to go through the process again. I have several times and the same thing happens. I tried calling again and it said a 40 min wait.

@LloydsBank That could be a problem; I don't have a mobile number registered to my account, and I don't have a UK mobile either. Can I register a Japanese mobile number to my Lloyds account via online banking?

@mouthwaite @HSBC_UK @LloydsBank are utterly appalling ! - removed overdraft “because I wasn’t using it” refused to discuss or explain - even a subject access request gave no clue to their logic - I’m not a customer, I’m an account number . . .
