@LloydsBank All I get is payment declined or unxpected error and I spoke to someone who advised that my account had been blocked due to a transaction and we resolved that she said to allow 10 to 15 mins but it's still not working

@LloydsBank hi, i previously owned a Lloyds Credit card - which I closed around 12 months ago. I have recently had a refund from TUI sent to this card, I rang Lloyds 7 days ago and I’ve still not received my call back to instruct which bank to send the money to? Please help !
