@LloydsBank wow.... is it normal for your staff to imply that you only want 3rd party access to an account so you can embezzle money!!!! Or that your a liar when you use the app to call through and your systems don't recognise this. Wow. 34 years of banking with you & this is OK?

My mother-in-law passed away last week. For two years my wife has managed all their financial affairs/paid the carers etc. When she informed @LloydsBank (took in the death cert.) they said “no problem” but (despite telling us they wouldn’t) cancelled her access to their account.

@LloydsBank because your online banking is down until 5am, its already interfered with my direct debits that have tried to come out but can't.. I hope I can be compensated? because this is causing me problems & is unacceptable 😟🤨
