@LloydsBank I am trying to log in from the UK. I am able to go as far as logging in with my user ID and password and then onto my memorable information… I then choose a phone number and wait for the call to come in but I just get a spinning wheel?!

@LloydsBank I’m trying to log in via the app but it keeps crashing when I reach the stage where it requires me to quote 4 numbers via a phone call. The phone call never comes through? I have deleted and updated the app and keep getting stuck. Please help!

@LloydsBank So just a recap, it'[s been days i can't access my account, I've missed two blood tests, can't phone the hospital and I'm running out of food. No indication why, no contact, nothing. Lloyds are holding money from disable people, hostage. 1/2

@AskNationwide due to an error that they admitted to, taken substantial amount of money from my @LloydsBank account due to a DD error. This cost me money in fees and @AskNationwide is refusing to refund the error or compensate me for the fees. #evilbank #badservice

@LloydsBank Yes, I called twice after and was told that calling and my account being accessed “by a part of the business”will “reset my account for security purposes” and I can’t access it for 48hrs… seems a totally crazy system to me
