@LloydsBank I was getting a message saying not able to recover payee details... so sounds like a system issue. Can advise just resolved so transfer processed. Thx for your understanding but clearly some interconnect was being troublesome.

@LloydsBank I have nobody to rely on. I have bills I now cannot pay. I cannot put money in my car to get to work. I can’t even go food shopping. It’s been 3 days without this money now. Thanks for sending the Samaritans number but nothing will help me anymore. It’s all over

1/2 New pay at pump petrol rules… they dont pre authorise £1 any more it’s £120. And to make it worse you dont get the difference back immediately it takes 5 working days according to @LloydsBank im now £50 down and @LloydsBank and @Tesco cant decide who is responsible.

@LloydsBank My log in details are saved at log-in so I’ll need to see if I have them written somewhere… I thought about deleting the app and re-installing but am not sure if that will lose everything?

@LloydsBank - can't find info on safe deposit boxes on your website - before being cut off in error speaking to customer services found out boxes in Oxford St branch and can transfer securely from local branch but what is cost and how do you go about it?
