@LloydsBank hi, I did money transfer to one of your customer account, unfortunately I made mistake in account selection whereas I supposed I transfer to someone else's in same bank. Now, I approched my local bank here and they mentioned that there is no respond from your side.

In case anyone is interested, when @LloydsBank reply to a customer service related tweet saying “we’re really sorry to hear about…… please DM us”, what they really mean is “Stop complaining publicly, do it in private” - so they can send you the templated “tough ****” response.
