@LloydsBank colleagues said they were unable to assist. I told them the money went to another Lloyds account and after payment i was blocked! was told it was more of a police matter! Sp spent another hour on the phone reporting to be given a crime ref no, called back and still no support

@LloydsBank I have tried both +44 20 3280 3799 straight away says 40 minutes wait time atleast +441733462226- spoke to cust service rep who redirected my call same story .Perhaps you should try reaching to your fraud department via this IVR

@LloydsBank Your telephone support sucks.Currently I'm abroad.Tried a transctn via app - it was held suspicious-fine -However trying your customer service and wait times are 40 mins and even in the early hours (2 am) its still 30min -still unable to get thru.
