Dear @LloydsBank, I need to register a Power of Attorney (granted in favour of me & my husband by my mother) with you, but your website says I have to take it into a branch. I live in NE Scotland. So far as I can see you have no branches in Scotland. Please advise.

@LloydsBank I know how to spot scam emails, it just doesn’t help when your emails don’t include any of my personal information and there is a link to setup a password/download a pdf.

@LloydsBank Thanks Colin, but it’s been 4 days. I’ve been kept waiting by @axainsurance for literally hours. I’ve even tried to complain to Lloyd’s but no one’s answering. I’m paying a premium for your service so why’s it up to me to sort it out?
