@LloydsBank Hi. I was told I’d get a phone call today back from Lloyds after ringing them yesterday. I originally rang on June 17th and was told I’d hear back ASAP which I still haven’t. Don’t really want to wait 20+ mins in a queue to start again, again. Help please!

@LloydsBank Worst thing is Gillian, the problem wasn't resolved and I wasted over 2hrs trying to get a simple answer. I've been very loyal to Lloyds Bank for many years, todays service was shocking, so disappointed.

@LloydsBank I can’t make any payments via my mobile app. I have just had to re set my security settings due to an attempted fraud and have now successfully logged in on my desktop, but on the app I can’t transfer money onto a card so that I can shop. Help!

Now @LloydsBank say it'll take 20 minutes to speak to their fraud team. Pretty clear their priorities don't sit with customers. Time to move to a bank that a) gives a crap and b) has working technology

@LloydsBank Ronnie, I was connected to 3 people, your mobile app message facility wasn't being responded to, 2hrs I waited to be told to call again, are you missing my point, do any of you have any customer service training or are you all advised to divert the problem?

@LloydsBank impossible to contact anyone by phone to enquire about transferring funds from an unused Lloyds account. Please provide a number, chat or email to help in real time; not a number with 30 minute wait.
