@LloydsBank .... unless your iPad is a little old, then we’ll eject you from our banking app (message says can d/load older compatible version - select D/load - jumps back to previous message - n funny, my 89yr old mum v upset, can’t access any info, esp as can’t physically get to the bank)

My @LloydsBank card isn't working with online payments. I can pay in-store, use contactless or ask a friend to buy something and transfer them back via the app. But I can't buy my own stuff online e.g. theatre tickets. It's ever so slightly frustrating...

@LloydsBank are terrible and constantly block my card for ‘fraud’ checks every two mins. I’ve even gone to the bank today to withdraw money for builders & I now have to wait for the fraud team. Anybody with a better bank that doesn’t constantly waste my time?

@LloydsBank dear Lloyds. My card is about to expire in July, but i’m not in the uk until september. Is there an option for not sending the new card automatically to the current address? And i can request a new one when im back? Cant find anything about this on the website. Thanks
