Their bank account has been due to “inactivity” despite its regular use! During this period one signatory has passed away

All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.

Accounts are not just shut down, valid reasons have to be given in relation to terns and conditions. Take them to court and lets all see what has really happened
