They're waiting for more people to die. @LloydsBank much have a shitload of complaints about them because the @financialombuds STILL hasn't appointed an investigator to the complaint I made OVER 30 days ago. Like they left the conversation. Since my Halifax credit card has cut over to your app the service has been useless.
