FIFTEEN people in the queue when I left @LloydsBank in Queen Street, #Cardiff just now - hats off to Sue, the only cashier working, for working through everyone's issues and keeping a smile on her face. Someone give that woman a pay rise!!

@LloydsBank your banking app is woeful. I reset my details and then once all done and ready to log on, it tells me that it’s logged me out and my payment hasn’t been made. I haven’t managed to log in to make a payment so how does it work that out? Frustratingly awful.
