Dear @LloydsBank - I’m trying to open an a/c for a 13yr old. You’ve asked for proof of ID online - but the link doesn’t work - says we should ‘change device’ or go into my local branch. Branch hours are 0900-1500 mon-fri. School hrs are 0900-1500 mon-fri. Do you see the problem?

@LloydsBank @calvinrobinson Lloyds suck big time, many years ago, one of my wages got paid into a strangers account.They point blank refused to do anything to help, soon changed their mind once the police stsrted asking questions.

@LloydsBank for another verification code to be posted to us. I'm inclined to think your computer system just doesn't think our phone number is valid, since it's one number shorter than is standard, and this is a problem we've had before with other companies that use automated systems

@LloydsBank but we *need* access to our joint bank account so we can print off all the statements the DWP has suddenly demanded going back to Feb 2019. We're already stressed about that in itself.
