@LBGplc #lloydsbank what are you doing!? It’s impossible to get through to you on the phone + apparently you don’t do anything proactive to unlock fraud-prevention initiated card freezes. You don’t contact us & we can’t get through to you = financially incapacitated 😤

@LloydsBank I have a premier account and need advice on what level of travel insurance I have. (COVID etc). Been cut off 3 times now and been given wrong number to call by Lloyds staff too. This is not good enough. Please help .

@LloydsBank I just tried logging in to desktop version and get an error at log in. Days Error: 1007 ID 18.5cce and more characters. I think there's an issue if both my phone and desktop giving me an error.
