@LloydsBank you have blocked my card and an advisor can not unlock it instead I have to wait in a queue that's approx 30 mins for someone else too with no option of a callback. Any help I can get here before I have to go to work without being able to pay for bus?

@LloydsBank so that's the problem. i don't want to make any changes (i want to remain paper-based for everything), so if i make no changes to my preferences, it just says in red "you have not made any changes to save", and continues to ask me every. single. time.
