@LloydsBank I am using an iPhone XS, software iOS 15.4.1 (latest available), and I still cannot log in via the mobile app. I need to change my phone number because I no longer have access to the one I registered with. Is there another way I can do it without using the app, please?

"we are experiencing extremely high call volumes". I am experiencing extreme frustration @LloydsBank are having a laugh. I started calling them at 16:00 - I am on the phone now still 18:36. They told me the issue had been resolved it had not. Is this my 7th/8th call? What next?

@LloydsBank Hi Paul, basically it lets you put the code in but then doesn't do anything with it (still asks for full payment) - on this occasion we're just going to try our luck with the Box Office, but in future I'd really like to be able to book seats in advance. @ODEONHelp can you help?

19:07. My issue with @LloydsBank is resolved. Took 9/10? phone calls. I began at 16:00. I was given wrong information, the systems didn't work & was put on hold & cut off twice. You couldn't make it up. Basic stuff just doesn't work properly anymore & it's so hard to get through.

@LloydsBank Phone answered after 55 min. Confirm my account suspended because I moved money to myself through interbank !! Re-direct to Fraud Operations wait time another 50 min. So you suspend my account and expect me to wait on a phone for 1 hour 45 min as a private banking customer.
