Not one was able to resolve my problem, neither were any of them interested in doing so. Raised complaint, got ref number. Guess what, can’t get through to Complaints Team. ‘High volume of calls….use online Chat’

Mister_Roy (@MrRoyC) reported@fesshole Anybody else feeling @LloydsBank isn’t worth staying with ? Customer for over 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card from them after they blocked mine due to sus activity. Their online chat is completely useless. Time to move I think.
