@LloydsBank This effectively makes your policy - "Do not pay people with online banking". Use Pay Pal. If you are going to shut down my bank account unless I sit on the phone for an hour. I can't risk it. As you shut my local branch- where I joined as a 9 year old - I could not even pop in.

@LloydsBank You want to draw a large sum from your Lloyds bank online, payment refused you get a message to contact Lloyds on a given number within 48 hours your account else will be on hold!. You ring after 40 minutes no answer!. Is this legal??. No garbage security excuses!

@LloydsBank I tried to use my card on five separate machines and it kept saying there was a fault. The automated service said the same and I couldn't get through to an operator. What is going on with it!?@
