@LloydsBank Yes, website works, app does not. 1hr 18mins and still on hold. I cannot wait any longer as I need some sleep as start a shift at 00:30. I expect I will be compensated for this extremely poor service as I will have to go through all this again another day if I want any sleep.

@LloydsBank Hi there, today I posted the cheque to the UK this morning. But I just received an email from HMRC that since I am living abroad and I have challenges travelling, they decided to cancel the cheque and issue me the refund via direct bank transfer….(1/2)

@LloydsBank You have to be joking! I was on hold for over 50 minutes before my call was answered on Monday. I have a business to run so cannot afford to sit on the phone hoping for an answer to a problem created by @LloydsBank. I am only asking for confirmation you will call today, day 4?

@LloydsBank No no Nicola. You have no staff and those you do have offer sub standard service. 4 hours waiting to get through to fraud about a card that has not been stolen or defrauded just doesn’t work. I don’t need the stupid fraud department just someone to turn my card on. I’m leaving.

@LloydsBank having problems with the app, when I try to open it is says it has failed as I am not connected to the internet, but I am and all other apps working, have deleted and reinstalled and still not working. currently cannot use my card online as needs authorising in app
