@BBCNews Well @LloydsBank have shot themselves in the foot a bit. I worked in retail banking for years and customer service is one of the only competitive battles that can be won. Saying you don't trust your managers is sending out a terrible message to existing and potential customers.

Traditional banks are dead to me. In a branch filling in forms for the 3rd time to get access to a saving account that @LloydsBank locked me out of when I switched to @StarlingBank over a year ago. Forms. Branches. “I’ll just ask the manager”...dead.
