    @LloydsBank how come my app only works on mobile data and not when connected to my home WiFi. I've never had these issues before?? I've restarted my device x2.

    @LloydsBank Thanks Delina. Problem is, I personally didn't make the payment. The Australian government requested the payment (with my authorisation). Going to be a complete nightmare now, contacting them and trying to get them to try and take the payment again :( but thanks for your help.

    @LloydsBank The app says I’ve been logged out and that you’re having technical issues. The website wont load at all and says it cannot be found.
