    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank This is an appalling service or lack thereof. You have blocked my card and I am unable to access my own money. My internet is down and I have a new number so can't access anything. What are you gonna do about this?

    @LloydsBank Hi, I was trying to use my business card which wasn’t working so I then had to use to personal card to pay for business expenses which has now put me into overdraft, which you’re I know you’re now going to charge me for going into my overdraft. If the app was working

    @LloydsBank need some help! I’ve been waiting for a really long time to get an PayPal echeque refund to clear. In that time, I had to cancel my card due to losing my purse. It’s now been refunded but apparently to my old card. Please help!

    @LloydsBank Just rang telephone banking for asistance, went through all thw security questions to be told they are not answering calls and the phone went dead. This is some customer service attitude.
