    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโ€™t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโ€™s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโ€™s not urgent, but thereโ€™s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโ€ฆ

    Been with @Wise and @StarlingBank for a good few years, thought i'd try @LloydsBank for a new project and its been awful experience so far - so many emails asking for more info etc - provided then asked for most. No wonder wise/starling/monzo etc won the race with the banks.

    Facing a 5 figure tax bill for an account thatโ€™s been cloned,@HMRCcustomers we have had to employ investigators to try and resolve this crime you help has been embarrassingly non existent. Shame on you. @LloydsBank please release the evidence. @LindsayHoyle_MP help.

    @LloydsBank Thanks for the reply, but this information conflicts with information provided by DM. If this is a display issue, regardless impacted Customers are left unable to view and opt in to new offers. There appears to be no alternative (Online Banking doesnโ€™t have the functionality).

    @MrPaulStott @LloydsBank Monzo much better with sorting out problems in my experience, often possible in app (but communicating with a person not a bot or someone outside UK)

    @iswhatitis82 @LloydsBank Iโ€™ve had quite afew declined payments aswell when buying stuff via Amazon Xbox etc etc over the weekend โ€ฆ seems to be failing during the authentication stage! ๐Ÿ˜ค โ€ฆ never had this problem with Halifax and thereโ€™s plenty of money available in my account! ๐Ÿซค
