    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    My son is still waiting for Nationwide to do the right thing. He was drugged and then victim to an elaborate scam which resulted in both his bank accounts being cleared out. @LloydsBank have been brilliant. @AskNationwide have been horrendous. @guardianmoney can you help?

    @LloydsBank We booked in a deal with you 5 months ago - deadline is imminent. Optima Legal who you entrusted conveyancing to have not done their job and we have wasted 2 days chasing shadows. About to lose £1000s. Please help!

    @LloydsBank Really ? I haven't seen that info any where, so how do I setup a password? Such a shoddy login system, wow. The link you sent only brings me to login page.

    @LloydsBank Surely this can be solved with just a simple request being sent to your power of attorny dept just to re-open my application and find the ID I sent? As this will save everyone some time and most importantly help out your customer.

    @LloydsBank It takes me to bank app to confirm payment, once confirmed it takes me back to website it asks me to log in which I do but then its the homepage again

    @LloydsBank Haven't been able to login to club lloyds either and forgotten password sends nothing to my email. This is really really poor service. I've just signed up but feeling to close it , not worth the hassle

    @LloydsBank I have a problem now. I'm no longer in the UK and I won't be going back for a while. I am unable to log in to mobile banking and online banking, saying that I have no account. May I ask what the problem is? Human customer service can't get through,

    @LloydsBank Hi Colin. I made an application to have power of attorney over a family member's bank account. I was told to provide proof of id. My online log in code never arrived so I sent a copy of my driving licence in the post. I have now recieved an email saying you have closed my...(1/2)
