@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

  • PhilpSharp
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, England

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK You were all laughing at Farage when it happened to him, and then he warned the hard left that they would be coming for you next. Not so funny now, is it, you little piece of ****?

@JamesGilesRBK @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank Because IF there were to be an issue like that (and I am certainly not saying there is, as we don’t know, nor that it would be the Canary’s fault if there were!), well, those sums would be paid out of the proceeds of crime.

@LauraPidcock @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK France has a “right to a bank account” policy, and there is also the Bank of France, which can be contacted if banks refuse to provide services to a company or an individual customer

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.

  • KangooVanMan
    Justice Pursuer (@KangooVanMan) reported

@LloydsBank @owenjonesjourno @TheCanaryUK What ********. You should explain your rational for your Canary decision so those of us banking with you (Lloyds) can decide whether we should close our accounts. A very disappointing action by Lloyds.

@BanGaoRen @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK A bank that can block your account for anything, next time you vote for a different crook or support a football team, a lot of bankers were in Eipstein file, the proof is in the ...
