Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank do you realise how terrible your customer service is via phone? 10 minutes and counting without an answer at the moment 🤯 It’s times like this that remind me why I moved my banking over to @monzo and @MetroBank_Help so much more user friendly and easy to contact 👏

@LloydsBank Mines a problem with login. Says I've had too many unsuccessful attempts & need to change details. The only thing I've attempted to do is launch it so I'm not changing anything.

@LloydsBank When I paid before, I use the Lloyds app & clicked on the pay card option but when I tried today it’s saying that you’re having technical difficulties…So I went onto my banking app & input the sort code & acc number with my 16 digit card num reference and it kept saying error

@LloydsBank Hi Pauline. Is over an hour a reasonable time to wait on hold? Other companies provide an option for callback when they are extremely busy. Surely a company offering 'platinum service levels' can do better than this. Having called 7 times yesterday, I emailed and no response.
