    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโ€™t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโ€™s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโ€™s not urgent, but thereโ€™s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโ€ฆ

    @LloydsBank Why are the dates on the app and the website not the same for my Halifax credit card? App shows transaction date, website shows transaction cleared date. Please can they be the same as itโ€™s very confusing.

    So the move from the @HalifaxBank App to the @LloydsBank went smoothly enough, but now I can't access Cashback Extras ๐Ÿ™„ Clicking the Offers and options 'button' results in a "Sorry, something's gone wrong" error. Does the Customer Services team have any ideas?

    @drunkensquib @JackMFoster @LloydsBank And now that Iโ€™ve swapped I canโ€™t access my Halifax. But it sounds like Lloyd banking group apps are down. I checked their website and there is no update to say service is down

    @ratherbeapear @MrsAA55 @LloydsBank I worked with offshore companies years ago and had a week in Bangalore. You simply cannot believe the amount of companies who were based there. For Indians working in call centres it was a very highly paid job. Everyone was degree level and spoke 2-3 languages.

    @PayPoint, I used your service to deposit cash into my @LloydsBank account and one of your merchants tried to levy a charge even though it is a free service. Can you help me raise a complaint? This merchant could be charging other customers fees unlawfully.
