I called on Thursday and was on hold for 2 hours. When I got through, the caller hung up on me. Please fix this issue

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he wonโt as heโd rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

Ordinary people are told help is available, then every practical route gets blocked by fear, cost, pressure, or professional gatekeeping. Doris should never be left facing a bank like Lloyds with support standing back because of legal threats.
