Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Bit dissapointed that having bought a @GarminUK watch because one of the facilities is #GarminPay I've now found out @LloydsBank don't support it. Think #Garmin should make people aware that major banks do not support it.

@LloydsBank i spoke to a representative in the Cheltenham Branch who had said they would extend my student account. They havent and now i’ve had 40 charges…. Once again customer service at its absolute worst

Severely hacked off with @LloydsBank - received a message that I needed to re input my login details as it was detected I was using a new device - same device for the last 2 months - all the way through until the verification code 3 times not accepted - log out 😡🤯🤬

@LloydsBank Hi is there still issues as I've not been able to log onto my app all day, has been saying I've entered my details wrong too many times which is incorrect. Then I have to enter details to find out my user name, to then have a notification saying there is a technical issue.

@LloydsBank Thank you so much for randomly declining payment for my supermarket shop tonight. A supermarket I order from regularly and have ample funds to cover. Thanks for the late text advising me which means I have now lost my delivery slot for tomorrow. Great customer service

@TheCycleHub_net @LloydsBank @AppleSupport Yes similar solution. I think the problem is related to the Device Account Number which Apple Pay uses (rather than your card number). Once this was removed, payment worked.
