Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…
-
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandHey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank Also if it takes upto 6 months just to get an account t back due to the lack of bank service the Lloyds are just wanting corporate greed for their houses and fancy cars then it’s just wrong to disrespect the customers you have
-
Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@LloydsBank @PaulCro76381375 Fobbed off to the complaints department who may likely tell you they have 8 weeks to reply and then when you’re expecting an answer they will extend it by an extra 8 weeks. Requesting a DSAR beforehand can help your complaint. Best of luck
-
JJ Ozkan (@JJOzkan) reported@LloydsBank can you confirm the extent of the problem? Is it restricted to app users or have regular online accounts been affected? No statements have been issued and there is no one to ask IRL.
-
paul (@reachdjsparky) reported@LloydsBank your app is down why
-
Adrian Warner (@adrian_warner) reported@LloydsBank 20 times I tried to open the account your online system said there was a technical error. I was told by your staff that they cannot open these accounts on the phone and it is only possible online. How can I open one if your online doesn’t work?
-
Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I have just tried it again, both the proper way of talking to the automated system and another time by pressing zero to shortcut it, both end up with a message saying "our advisor service is closed for the bank holiday". This is disgusting.
-
AliBi (@AliBi40) reported@LloydsBank No, Neha, you *cannot* still pay in cheques at Post Office branches; that service was withdrawn at the end of last year.
-
I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank I can deal with it myself but you have caused me so so much stress it’s just you guys making me feel this way,it’s so unbelievable how a simple thing could of been done within a few weeks yet it’s taken months of utter disrespect from staff at customer support
-
flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank What is the point of complaining. YOU ARE SHUTTING THE BANKS. YOU ARE DENYING ACCESS TO HUMAN BEINGS. YOU ARE REMOVING HUMAN STAFF. YOU ARE NO LONGER A BANK. I AM LOOKING ELSEWHERE NOW TO MAKE MY MONEY SAFE.

ian 'spike' milligan (@spikestweeting) reported@hopkinscricket @LloydsBank The moment the high street branch closes change everything to a bespoke online bank. We are paying for a service these banks are not providing.
