@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank Over 30 minutes on hold so far, why oh why have you gone from being reasonably swift when answering calls to unbelievably snail like, surely not pandemic related as working from home is no longer such a requirement. Not impressed and still no answer 😡

@LloydsBank speaking for someone else who asked for my advice… Are you not supposed to be monitoring account fraud activities? So how can you shut down someone’s account with no explanation. Financial ombudsman it is. You are out of order.
