Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank Thank you, it’s just very frustrating especially given the issues they had written to me about - which was a complete shambles on Lloyds part - I wanted to get it resolved - I will call them tomorrow but it’s not a very impressive performance on their behalf.

@LloydsBank can you advise how I make a complaint about the service you are providing. I have spoken to 12 advisors already over the space of 2 days at over an hour at a times to try and get to the right dept and I get fobbed off every time!!!!

@HalifaxBank @LloydsBank May I know any technical issues on the app? I cannot receive any notifications of the transactions or payment in or not although I already turned on the notifications on app also the approved on my iPhone. Did u guys received any report of this issue?

@karendalmeny @LloydsBank Similar tale in Totton, Karen. I don't think that's a million miles from you, but they are going down like dominoes. Their attitude stinks when you complain. They treat you like a criminal, not a customer
