@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

  • PhilpSharp
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, England

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank Chat service, to actually speak to a human being, 3 HOURS, yet they claim to answer in 30 minutes. Here’s an idea; employ more human beings!

@lespauljunior3 @LloydsBank I’d be wary. They’ve been caught out lying this week and haven’t corrected it. Why have they suddenly been debanked? Presume they’ve been with them a while. They support Hamas and Palestine Action could the bank have noticed a transaction and reported for investigation?

  • umbongo666
    Umbong Umbongo (@umbongo666) reported

@LeftieStats @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Could be concerns over fraud, money laundering, reputational risk for Lloyds, regulatory issues with the Canary Ltd Company accounts, financial mismanagement, winding up petitions, insolvency proceedings, international bank transfers from sanctioned countries such as Iran…etc

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Owen be honest, if this had just happened to GB news would you have given a ****?

  • TwoAndTwoEquals
    TwoAndTwoEquals (@TwoAndTwoEquals) reported

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Banks have always acted as moral arbiters and they should be forbidden to do so. If they think a customer is a criminal they should report them. If they think customers are nasty little lying pricks they should have to give them notice so they can move their own accounts.

  • FPTPout

@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Indeed. Now everyone who is a customer should unbank Lloyds. This is a very sinister move and must not be permitted to happen.
