@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank On phone 45 mins then cut off by someone trying to transfer me. Rang back-transferred from pillar to post. Ended up back where I started retelling same issue&when I complained was made to hold for a further 30 mins+ for a manager to approve my complaint (last call 90mins +)

The biggest mistake you will make is closing more of your branches, if you want more customers, then stop forcing all customer services online. Older people don't want online banking, or talking on the phone, they want face to face staff. @lloydsbankinggp @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank no option is offered I have used the same computer and the same information for years but yesterday afternoon your site stopped recognizing my devices as trusted devices. I have no idea why, I had been doing the accounts logged on all morning, that's why I'm so confused.
