Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank Hi, it never used to be an issue, but the last 3 times I have tried to buy Bitcoin (£40-50 per transaction) it has been blocked by your fraud department & I've had to wait 30mins+ on hold to sort it. Is there any way I can get this sorted quicker or you can stop blocking me?

@LloydsBank No error message and no other option, just the app. The app opens but there is no prompt or message to verify my card on Apple Pay. I live in Spain so the app method is actually ideal, if it worked.

So @LloydsBank my apple@pay is not working I got transferred to a department that closes at 8pm at 7:50 the person on the phone could have told me that and I have no bank card !!! **** service! She could have told me they close at 8 instead letting the phone ring for 15 after 8

@LloydsBank we've been trying to report fraudulent account activity for the last three hours. Impossible to get through on phone - calls go unanswered and then repeatedly cut off. How do we get to speak with someone?
