    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to provide ID for my 13yr old sons new account to be opened but our branch closes at 3:30 closed on weekends and he finishes school at 03:20. Is there a way I can provide ID online? As it's going to be impossible otherwise to do so? Thankyou

    @LloydsBank Shame on you Lloyds bank for your appaling service to a 75 yr old trying to claim on the travel insurance he pays for through his platinum acct. Trying for 3 months to get through on phone. now. No one picks up. How long should he hold for? 1 hr? 10? Disgusting.

    @rachellouweasle @RevolutApp @LloydsBank I’ve just been told that the issue is with the “relevant team” and still hasn’t even been looked at. Almost 4 days of holding funds without consent due to an internal issue on their side and hasn’t been looked at. I’d imagine your issue is the same. Crazy.

    @clairemulh @RevolutApp @LloydsBank I am going to approach #itv #bbc #watchdog about pitfalls on tech banks and name and shame. This isn’t a personal perception on customer service this is actually full on disservice and injustice to the customer.

    @ammar_kha1af @LloydsBank I recently got the S21 Ultra and I'm having the same issue funny enough. It's only the lloyds app and the app team I called told me it must be a software issue and not their fault. I manage to get so far then the screen freezes up. Interesting we're both having the issue on S21.

    @LloydsBank Would you recommend me sending another one? I haven’t received that letter yet, but if I remember correctly the call rep said it was a form that’ll help me get my number updated and it contained the next steps
