@LloydsBank I still need to send the form back if I update it on desktop site? So if I update it by calling you, do I still need to send the form back? Because according to your colleagues’ twitter reply yesterday, I could update it by phone instead of sending the form back

@LloydsBank if I want to make an appointment to speak to an actual human about mortgages, how do I do this please? Seems almost impossible 🤨

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Had to speak to @firstdirect to help with IBAN payments to crypto brokers overseas & they tried everything to dissuade me from making the payments Every time I phone the bank I wind the staff up about the fact that DeFi will replace the banking system and XRP takes 4s not 4 days

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank No, but actually they are helping. Governments are going to shut down cryptocurrencies before too long. Warning signals have flashing for several months, e.g. statements from central bankers.

@LloydsBank I noticed that there is a section called “update country of residence, birth or nationality” on the desktop website, there is a place to update TIN number there. Could I update my TIN number there instead of calling the bank to update it as you told me before?
