Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank wire transfer sent to me from the UK to USA that was sent back and resent but has not appeared . Branch forgot to put my name and account number in the address section, previous wires have been sent from the exact same branch to the exact same account ? #help

@LloydsBank You really are missing the point. Useless staff at the branch have said they can’t help and to phone in. I’ve tried to phone in - cuts off and tells me to use online banking. Online banking cannot help and tell me to go into branch - seriously what do you expect me to do?? !!

@LloydsBank I tried to pay for my shopping yesterday and my DC wouldn’t let me. I then went to withdraw some money but it wouldn’t allow me to do that either. I left it over night but it’s still saying/doing the same things. Help??

@LloydsBank I’m not going into branch again - they said they couldn’t help. I’m registered for online banking and that isn’t working. I’ve rang the helpline line which isn’t very helpful because it cuts off after 10 minutes of waiting - what more do@you suggest I do Will?

@LloydsBank Passing the blame…with the phone provider! They couldn’t help with me switching my bank account from Halifax to Lloyds and then when I said I wanted to close it they said they couldn’t do it and would have to ring. Do any of you actually know what you’re doing?
