Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@DitzyWelshTart @Dannygillett1 @LloydsBank I’m with Bank of Scotland and mine hasn’t gone in. Thinking it might be a Universal Credit issue rather than a bank issue. Usually by 12:30 mine is in.
