    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @BankofScotland @LloydsBank what a shocking service go in to make a complaint. To be told wait 10-15 mins till they are set up! Why not ready when they open. Send account statements our name another details. Breech of GDPR. Will complain in writing as breach obviously don’t care.

    @LloydsBank @GeoffMo04084028 Don't bother complaining they take 6 weeks to respond with the most pathetic letter ive ever seen. Basically yeah we had and issue sorry if it inconvenienced you. I hope we have explained how we came to our decision!!!

    @lespauljunior3 @LloydsBank I’d be wary. They’ve been caught out lying this week and haven’t corrected it. Why have they suddenly been debanked? Presume they’ve been with them a while. They support Hamas and Palestine Action could the bank have noticed a transaction and reported for investigation?

    @owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK You probably have a case for compensation further down the line! This happened to my old ladies social club. A change of Treasurer sent Santander into melt down. They froze our account for months! Fortunately the old treasurer hadn’t taken any of our cash to the bank for yonks
