@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank I understand that you have a responsibility to keep my moms account secure but 3 people spoke to her on the phone today asked her security questions and asked if she could confirm that it was ok and she said yes. She gets confused and has health issues and can’t walk to the bank

@LloydsBank Removing and reinstalling did not work app version=88.02. I stopped a lot of android services and reverted the version of the phone app back to original phone version and managed to get it working and registered. Maybe there's a bug in android phone app version.

@LloydsBank I’ve tried all day and I also called customer service who put me through to the fraud team - there were blocks on my account which they removed. I was hanging on the phone for over an hour before I eventually got through. When I was back home I retried and still declined.

@LloydsBank Hi thanks, it’s the one via the app: 01733 462226. I froze the card and didn’t get an error message but then noticed someone had used the details online two days after k thought I’d frozen it. (I have the physical card- these were online purchases)
