Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandHey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

-
dirrtydog (@dirrtydog69) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK They support Hamas. A brand will never support that kind of business
-
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank I suspect you won't find one customer who is pleased to see that feature removed. Nor would I guess you could offer one credible reason why you have removed it other than to admit it's a start to phasing out the desktop option which, in my opinion, is far more convenient.

Jill Wase (@jill56352) reported@owenjonesjourno @LloydsBank @TheCanaryUK Remember when they debanked TR and you didn't give a ****, welcome to Maga owen
-
Kiborocket (@kiborocket) reportedThey are completely useless I have four accounts with them and after three months the app is still not working. Just get emails saying they are working on it. Force you down the app route then can't get it working @LloydsBank
-
Nick watson (@Nickwatson888) reported@LloydsBank No point in doing that either!! I called Halifax online banking TWICE and both times zero help!! Just really fed up now!!!
-
John (@palacejohn) reported@LloydsBank What kind of customer Services close at 6 pm? I have an issue that the police have requested information about and I cannot speak to the bank. This is ridiculous. Speaking to a robot is absolutely useless. End of no use to customers in real need.
-
Kokothecat (@Kokothecat2) reported@StarmertheFraud @jsternweiner @LloydsBank Your ilk were gloating when the same happened to Farage. Pipe down with your hypocrisy
-
Lord Charles Pontoon (I will not lower my tone)💙 (@CharliePontoon) reported@LloydsBank why have you debanked @TheCanaryUK ? I’m a long standing customer of yours but unless Lloyd’s respond to this issue soon I will put up with the hassle of changing banks. Already started looking.

Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank So to go back to the original question, what is the rationale for removing a really useful feature from the Windows site? I'm an ex-TSB/LLoyds manager and I'm baffled as to why Lloyds decided to do this, especially when it's still available on the mobile app. There's no logic.

Emmy 💜🤍💚 (@VeloEmmy) reported@LloydsBank Can someone who is not (yet) a customer, use the banking app to apply for a product, or to contact you about an application?
