    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It displays half of my bank account number. I don't have an issue with the email containing the bank account number itself however it shouldn't be within the email preview that goes on people's lock screens, thanks

    @deafdragongirl @LloydsBank 😢 Completely removing your independence. I think they use a VRS service now. The pandemic seemed to make things a little better in terms of orgs realising they can do stuff differently - let’s hope they continue positively.
