Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…
-
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandHey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

Pete Tomkies🎥🎞️📽️📹 (@PunkDuck66) reported@LloydsBank How do I claim compensation for yet another failing of your online systems. You drive us to use the app or website but seem incapable of managing them. No other banks have this problem. I have been a Lloyds customer for over 40 years but i think it’s time to leave.
-
Maciej Szczepaniak (@longeross82) reported@LloydsBank Down again...
-
Matthew Evans MBE (@matthewevansnpt) reported@LloydsBank Anisa didn't read my response properly and being told to go online proves my point about dire customer service.
-
Adrian Barber (@AdeBarbs) reported@claretbubbles @LloydsBank Notifications still not appearing, despite notifications being switched on both on the phone and in the app. But can access now where couldn't before.
-
Hannah De Boise (@HannahDeBoise04) reported@LloydsBank who's idea was it to stop transferring money at a desk? My local branch there's lots of pensioners been waiting well over 30mins to do a simple 5min task. They can't do online banking. They want face to face/help.
-
Chris D Leeds (@ChrisEastLeeds) reported@LloydsBank I can't use online banking because (despite a text asking me to) I can't log in. Halifax/Lloyds websites don't recognise me.
-
markonarant (@markonarant) reported@LloydsBank I mean, just fix the app for everyone. Roll it back to an earlier version or something. The Halifax one worked absolutely fine for years then when you linked them up and tried to force everyone onto lloyds its broken.
