Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Help requested from friends & @LloydsBank Hive Mind; the mystery of one's credit card "Cashback Balance" eludes me; random numbers, but if you're YTD cash back is (say) £100, how does one apply it to one's credit card? Doesn't show up on statement and just grows each month; help?
