Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank It wasn't the wait. It was your help desk person putting saying they would put me through to a colleague but actually just putting me at the back of the queue on hold for 25 mins. Not putting me through to a colleague who could help but palming me off onto someone else.

@LloydsBank i used a service called My lost account, because i thought i had 1 when i was young but couldnt remember any details, i had a respons 2 months back saying you guys had found a dormant account in my name and i would recive a letter within 28 days but i havnt had 1

@Thefurrytrucker @LloydsBank Just come online to ask the same of @BankofScotland (same group). Same issue, tried 3 cards with 2 merchants. All declined without even a security check or any record of a declined transaction at the bank's side.
