MimBees🐝🇪🇺🌻🏳️🌈🌹🇺🇦🕊 (@mimbees) reported from Poole, England@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!
-
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandHey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

markonarant (@markonarant) reported@LloydsBank I mean, just fix the app for everyone. Roll it back to an earlier version or something. The Halifax one worked absolutely fine for years then when you linked them up and tried to force everyone onto lloyds its broken.
-
markonarant (@markonarant) reported@LloydsBank This isn't a me problem that your helpline colleagues will be able to resolve, its your app and since its consistent across all 3 apps its definitely on your side. I've been with Halifax since 1995 but lining up a switch deal unless this is resolved.
-
Real Adam Appleby (@TheAdman7) reported@petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!

Amaia Crystal (@AmaiaCrystal) reported@LloydsBank is a ******* joke, I have multiple agents telling me im using a card that doesn’t exist, im literally holding the card im trying to use, its in my hands, but no, to hard to comprehend and doesn’t warrant security concerns that your system thinks im using a card that literally doesn’t exist, as im trying to use my actual card. Idk how more plainly i can type it, your support is ******* ***.

Matthew Evans MBE (@matthewevansnpt) reported@LloydsBank Anisa didn't read my response properly and being told to go online proves my point about dire customer service.
-
Truth and Justice (@theveritas4) reportedWe've been getting claims of multiple #recruitment agencies looking for Splunk administrators working 2 days in Manchester. Naturally, we dug further and it looks as if the customer is @LloydsBank. We understand why Manchester. They're offering £300 - £450 pd inside IR35.
-
Ian Greenfield (@igfield73) reported@HalifaxBank abysmal customer service from you. I need to discuss blocked payments and all you can offer is virtual chat or stuck in a call Q. If this is what @LloydsBank offer since the re brand I'll be finding a new account.
-
𝘾𝙝𝙪𝙗 (@ChubOfPotters) reported@LloydsBank Your message 24/7 service is useless! Connected to an agent, responded to their question and then…nothing! No way to go back and start again and nobody answering! All for ‘live chat’ progression, but this feels like a massive step back for your customer service!

Kirsty (@kirstyannex) reportedHi, I'm having problems online shopping. My payment keeps getting declined, yet there is money in the account and the card isn't frozen. Main concern is I have DDs coming out over the next week, the worry is they won't be paid. Never had an issue when it was Halifax. @LloydsBank

James Carlin (@jamescarlin77) reported@LloydsBank Hi, you’ve not answered my question. Whilst I accept there’s an issue with the app (although feels to me it’s related to the move from Halifax to Lloyds), I was told yesterday I could manage offers in the Web Customer Portal. Where? I don’t see the offers presented 😩
