Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank service? Do you think you deliver this in your banks? Because if you think you do, you are very much mistaken. As a customer waiting 50 minutes to deposit cash is a disgrace. You don’t enable coins to be paid into machines. Nearly 1 hr for 7 customers to be served…
