    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank I'm a Halifax customer and my local Halifax has closed down and my card no longer reads and I've ordered a new card can I come in my local Lloyd's branch to draw out money from the counter or is it not possible?

    @LloydsBank why can't I raise a dispute for a transaction in the app? It keeps taking me to the website that then says do it in the app. I'm going round in circles

    @LloydsBank If you read the thread you will see that I have installed the app on a brand new phone and still got same problem that's why I think you have app problems

    @LloydsBank . You appear to have moved into car insurance and taken over Halifax clients, including me. In your email you state there are changers to the policy. In which case why not simply attach the policy and highlight the changes instead of signposting g me to your website??

    @RHoSouthYorks @LloydsBank I've called the hotline this morning they deregister my devices reinstalled but still not working. They have escalated problem is I'm travelling Monday and it's urgent. You definitely seem to have app problems your end
