    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank @givenupdad Hi, I’m in the same situation - been waiting almost an hour but this is my second call to fraud department - Appreciate you’re busy but other banks are giving the service we, the customers deserve and you aren’t - how do you expect us to keep holding on like this?

    @LloydsBank estimated time to answer your phones... "ONE HOUR"! Are you having a laugh?! (Sitting at 25minutes right now) If you're taking an hour to answer a phone you need to take a serious look at your staff levels & what level of customer service you'd like to be offering.
