    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank It seems no one is available to help fix our variable staff rate. Mortgage is literally going up by the day, meanwhile I’ve been on hold for 9 hours over the last three nights. Great way to spend every evening. Can someone help?

    @LloydsBank When things go wrong (and they do) it's the good old 25 minute queue on the phone. No offer of a call back, just call back when you have more time to waste on this. Bloody awful British Banking
