Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@ScunthorpeMWS @LloydsBank I don't think a Bank would send a text like that, never reply to texts or emails like that and phone the number on your card not on any link, also the text or email could contain malware, so delete it and block the number

I now have to waste time on price comparison websites and then go through the charade of making calls to each incumbent insurer to talk them down to a more competitive figure. Shame on you, @DirectLine and @LloydsBank, and why don't you fix this, @CMAgovUK? #insurance
