    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank Hi, we had to call out AA breakdown - cover provided by platinum ac. They fixed the problem and we had to pay for the parts etc. AA promised us an invoice but not received hence many phone calls to Lloyds benefits with no luck whatsoever - how do we proceed

    @LloydsBank I am trying to upgrade to a club Lloyds account, I keep getting an error message, the same when I try through the app. I call but don’t get to speak to anyone, it says busy and visit the website. Is this a tech error that is being dealt with? When will it be fixed?

    @LloydsBank I can’t open a new club Lloyds monthly saver or monthly saver because I already have them that I opened 6 months ago at 1.25 and 1.5%. The rates are now 5.25% and 4.5% and I can’t benefit from that despite being a loyal customer.
