    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    Pretty rude service in @LloydsBank Walthamstow. Was told to “stand over by the brown chairs” when I said I was her to collect currency I have ordered and paid for. Waited and when called over they didn’t count it out to check it was correct and weren’t happy when I wanted to.

    @LloydsBank @LloydsBank thanks Katy. Are you able to answer my previous question that Tony ignored? I’ve made over 300 calls since 8am and it’s permanently engaged. Is the phone line working? Is it normal not to even get a ring tone and be put on hold?
