    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank hey, I got a new card with yourselves and I’ve tried to log on but I don’t remember my user ID and the only way I can retrieve it is by adding my old card number (which I destroyed) can someone help?

    @LloydsBank Submitted a complaint, I was told I would get a response in 8 weeks, i called customer service yesterday 13th of December 2026, I was shocked to hear my complaint wasn't taken seriously and wasn't looked at.

    @LloydsBank just been into Lloyds. Waited at the counter for 10-15 mins for the lady behind the counter obviously doing something to not even acknowledge us. Walked out. She looked at us but didn’t even care enough to try and stop us. To be fair looked relieved. Terrible service.

    @LloydsBank OK so to confirm: 1. Both open Club Lloyds accounts 2. Apply online to make them Joint 3. Request switch service from other provider to new joint account? does that look correct?

    @letterappsoc @LloydsBank @PostOffice As a Business account holder I was unaware that this service had been withdrawn from the Post Office. It’s a good job we have a banking hub in town!

    @PipJohns36135 @LloydsBank Years ago I worked for Lloyds and they had a dress and conduct code for staff. Cashiers finger nails had to be neat and tidy and everyone was spoken to politely - customer service came first.
