Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@BirminghamYeti @HalifaxBank I know mate. But what can you do, the whole @LloydsBank group is toxic as ****. I wouldn't recommend taking out a mortgage with them unless you like being stuck for 15 years in a mortgage prison, and being told "no"

@LloydsBank trying to get remortgage completed but your Optima legal is just terrible! Dragging their feet, failed to complete on set day and don’t reply to messages- inc. complaint. So far, Lloyds side been great,need to raise a complaint with you about them- how do I?

@LloydsBank can you please, please stop declining my online payments? i'm trying to buy something which comes off of sale tomorrow so i need to buy it now. i've got the money but it keeps getting declined. yes i'm approving it each time in the app. still not working
