Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank He has forgotten his pin, you need a better system for this, technology cannot always be relied on. Why can you not simply email him with a way of securely logging thru a document to view it! Disgraceful to leave someone without access to there bank!
