Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank They said they'd be resent immediately: they weren't. My e-mail address works perfectly, receive lots of msgs to it + tested. It took nearly an hour to get through on phone last week. Unable to login to the benefits website too as no new p/w sent, options so limited for resolving

@LloydsBank Hi is there still issues as I've not been able to log onto my app all day, has been saying I've entered my details wrong too many times which is incorrect. Then I have to enter details to find out my user name, to then have a notification saying there is a technical issue.

@TheCycleHub_net @LloydsBank @AppleSupport Yes similar solution. I think the problem is related to the Device Account Number which Apple Pay uses (rather than your card number). Once this was removed, payment worked.

@LloydsBank I set up the account over the phone. No one told me anything to do with valuation of property and no one sent me t&c for this account (I've checked all online logs) you guys didn't do your due diligence and now I'm nearly £3000 extra down
