Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank As others have said - definitely a problem with online banking today. Site is very slow or impossible to access. Keeps timing out and can’t add any new payees. Yet your website says there are no known issues?!

@LloydsBank @gemorr Thank you for admitting there is a problem. Other Lloyds operatives are telling customers that it may be a virus, or to reinstall or phone internet help. Please ensure the correct message is being conveyed by all advisers. Undue concern to your customers is avoidable.

@LloydsBank Your internet banking and some of the banking app functionality is DOWN. Stop messing about and go and find out what's wrong and give us a status update. We are all trying to get on with our lives and do banking transactions here.

@LloydsBank Clearly there's an issue when the app is down and people are unable to process payments through the Web version. Instead of blaming cookies, viruses, etc. How about you admit it and get on with fixing it? 🤔
