Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

@LloydsBank I’m a new customer and I tried to open a new account and very weirdly with no explanation the account was shut down, I even put money in the account. I have a running business and wanted to have a running account with Lloyds but I’m very dissatisfied

@LloydsBank @OddBodd4 It’s affecting all internet based platforms, maybe putting information out to customers would help with the frustration of not being able to access any accounts, rather than having to search for replies!!

@LloydsBank how come, with your black horse finance they have to send out a massive stack of paperwork for me to sign and send back that takes 7-10 working days? They could literally email it, I could e-sign it and send it back in MINUTES.... The wasted man hours is ridiculous

Just a heads up re: @LloydsBank - their online systems are currently down (including mobile banking) and apparently money cannot be accessed from ATMs. I just thought I’d let you know because Lloyds aren’t saying a word about it.
