    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank trying to phone for help. Recorded message says long wait times because of high call volumes. Recorded message also says that you will soon be reducing telephone hours. Why?

    @LloydsBank Please can someone stop my frustration in giving me a direct contact number to Spalding Lloyds Bank, as I’ve been trying to get through about a problem with my card as I need the security lifted! I’ve spent three days & hours of my time -over 3 hours plus I’m disabled

    @HSBC_UK you are an utterly awful bank for deaf customers. Look at your procedures and change them - give disabled people the choice of how they want and can engage with your bank. Big clue: they can’t call you to verify anything! @LloydsBank fyi you’re just as bad.

    @LloydsBank did you know that when using iPad Pro (landscape) to add new payee, the green confirm button is so far down under several inches of blank space, it cannot be tapped to finish the operation? It works fine on iPhone portrait. Client with big fingers is having trouble.
