Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

@LloydsBank It would have been months ago. Maybe even a year. I'm sure that I've used it for authentication before. It's just only showing old numbers when I try to order things online. Or it's not working at all.

@LloydsBank Today. Four outs using my card. And one payment received. They were working fine the other day. All the settings are still the same and showing as active.

@LloydsBank Yep. My mum was trying to do the purchase first and we confirmed over the phone, tried again hours later and didn't work. Did it on mine and confirmed by text and still wouldn't work. I use my card online daily and never had any issues and app is all working fine
