Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandHey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported@LloydsBank I have just tried it again, both the proper way of talking to the automated system and another time by pressing zero to shortcut it, both end up with a message saying "our advisor service is closed for the bank holiday". This is disgusting.

flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank 4. ... the one who has to give in. Because you, MY BANK, never supports its customers. I've been a customer since 1988 yet you do not give a damn. For you the payee is ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE THE CRIMINAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO BE A BANK.

Jatroa 🏴 (@jatroa) reported@LloydsBank This week, MPs on the Treasury select committee wrote to the chief executive of Lloyds, Charlie Nunn, 2 demand answers about how much compensation would be paid to those affected Oh dear, so there was a glitch. Lloyds refused my complaint because it had none🙄
-
flowersandchains (@LadyMuckOMRLP) reported@LloydsBank 1. Another thing: you are facilitating fraudsters. The reason why there is so much online fraud is because you do not crack down on it, instead you push back responsibility onto your customers when there is nothing they can do until after the act, when they find out.
