Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

Rather helpfully it was @LloydsBank blocking the payment and asking me to confirm if this was me via text. Surely it registers as customer not actually being present for Sainsbury’s online? All for increased security but this seems a bit silly.

@LloydsBank card keeps getting declined when trying to make onlin payments, can transfer cash and pay chip and pin in places but whenever I try to buy something online it says my card has been declined or my details at wrong, I definitely have money in the account. Any help
