@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank I have spoken to them daily/in some cases for hours. Someone else is always the person we need to talk to and there are a lot of l’m sorry but not much action. I’m starting to know many of them with my daily calling. If only one person could sort it out and help. #ruinningmyhols

@LloydsBank Unless you close the local branch without adequate notice leaving, amongst others, my 83 yr old mum without a bank. And telephone banking claims not to recognise her account. A customer of over 60 years. Soon to be ex-customer
