    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโ€™s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโ€™s not urgent, but thereโ€™s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโ€ฆ

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโ€™t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @LloydsBank Quick enough on stuff when a customer does something wrong or take ages to sort out any disputes etc but cannot get your app back up and running. I can guarantee you won't compensate any customers over this too!!

    @LloydsBank also one of your monkeys has put the wrong support phone number on the Bank Of Scotland support page, itโ€™s for home insurance not your support line, chumps.

    @LloydsBank app and online banking saying there is a technical fault. This seems to have been ongoing for some time, could you please use your account to update rather than your customers having to search for the issue.

    @BobJack47359013 @LloydsBank I couldn't use my business debit card online just now! 'Payment declined'. Looks like it's affecting much more than just the App & website.
