Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank I called 0345 850 5056 the number on your website. It answered but just plays music. No I don’t want to make a claim. With AXA we had to call once a year to advise of booked holidays. This is what I was trying to do. Maybe we don’t have to now ?

@LloydsBank Just got a text message re a problem switching account to Lloyds Club account, rang the switching team no on the text and got options for Halifax and Bank of Scotland customers, I’m with Santander!

March 21 @TUIUK refund our holiday via @AskPayPal and @LloydsBank rejected the money and just like that 3300 goes missing with all 3 denying they have it and not one of you are willing to help, Surely one of them has insurance to cover this. 10 months of fighting getting nowhere

@LloydsBank I have an appointment at your Westbury-On-Trym branch today at 3pm which I can no longer attend. The phone number listed on your website for this branch isn't working and I can't figure out how to contact the branch to let them know that I will not make it.

@LloydsBank Well Paul I had issue. Still it’s up to you if you believe me or not. I went to my branch in the end. Quite fed up to be honest. Let’s hope the card isn’t lost again…
