@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

  • PhilpSharp
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, England

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank No I won’t as I know you can’t do anything in fact I’m waiting for the ceo to return my email but that won’t happen will it as they rather pass it to some poor customer support person so they don’t have to face the burden of the customer themselves ,I regret the day I joined LB

    @chalcd @LloydsBank Awful decision.

@LloydsBank 4. ... the one who has to give in. Because you, MY BANK, never supports its customers. I've been a customer since 1988 yet you do not give a damn. For you the payee is ALWAYS RIGHT EVEN IF THEY ARE THE CRIMINAL. WHAT IS THE POINT OF YOU? YOU ARE FAILING TO BE A BANK.

@CommonsTreasury @LloydsBank @Meg_HillierMP be very assured, this was no 'glitch', but a systemic ****-up, waiting to happen. it will not be isolated, or unique.

    David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported

@EllieMae833411 @LloydsBank Yes, that's their logic. The person on the helpdesk at Lloyds couldn't tell me how I was supposed to use a fingerprint to log in on my desktop PC! It's like children are in charge at Lloyds.

  • DavidWebbTweet
    David Webb (@DavidWebbTweet) reported

@FreeAndyT @LloydsBank But they take the settings from the app on your phone and apply them to your account. That means when you log in from any PC it doesn't ask for your password. Obviously PCs aren't equipped to check fingerprints or anything so the security is very weak.

  • sjclarkey
    Sarah Clarke (@sjclarkey) reported

@LloydsBank what number do we call to get straight through to a human being for customer service. Your online chat is useless and can’t answer basic questions.

  • ls39767284
    LisaS (@ls39767284) reported

@LloydsBank No-one is available in the securities team though. Not all last week and not this week either. You are still holding security for loans repaid years ago because our business relationship manager overlooked this. Shocking service!

  • NChaitto39819
    Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported

@LloydsBank @Subo2020 That how notes written in customers files and actual events differ. Notes-small issue fixed quickly, no action needed and no privacy breach to report. Actual-full blown ICO reportable breach. People should check their DSAR more often

  • CantonaPat
    Pat Brazzier (@CantonaPat) reported

@LloydsBank Technical problems again today, happens far too often.
