    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank you cancel appts, last one service rep created a scene in Newmarket Branch & cancelled the appt the day of. We were 15 min early & took holiday time to be there. Pure disrespect and has cost us time/money. Submitted 2 complaints and branch manager continues to ghost!

    @LloydsBank I witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen in your Portsmouth branch. A newly unemployed individual needed to open a new bank account for his benefits to be paid into, he previously had an account however for 1 reason or another it was shut down. 1/1

    @LloydsBank my 15yo daughter has an U19 current acc with you and uses the app/website. She wants a savings acc also. It says online that she can log in and apply for U16 savings acc but option not there when she logs in, and says she needs to go to branch. Can we apply online?

    @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank I’m having problems with Open Banking on both apps. It connects with another banking app but when it returns to your apps it freezes for a few seconds and then crashes. Tried restarting / reinstalling on Wi-Fi and 4G

    @LloydsBank Dear sir, Just to let you know, i got the call , they asked me repetative question, but still account is not opened yet. Today morning i phoned and customer agent asked me same questions and again asked to wait for email confirmation. - PLEASE HELP ME

    @LloydsBank It's 2023. Your archaic policies and quite frankly TERRIBLE customer service are two reasons why I moved my account. I hate your bank.

    They then proceeded to open a case with MasterCard and got the account closed down. Both @Mastercard and @LloydsBank will offer no explanation as to why and have been extremely unsupportive. What to do next? At a loss!!!

    @LloydsBank - my wife wrote a complaint to your CEO, Chairman and various other Executive Directors that was delivered on 5th January but not even an acknowledgment as yet! Quite frankly appalling customer service!
