    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank hi lloyds I'm trying to report a fraudster but finding it near impossible. Action fraud did nothing and fraud can't deal with it as its not me being defrauded. Anyway to report this easily when I'm not the victim?

    @nsandihelp Hi.I made a withdrawal from my Saver Direct. Website stated money will be in my @LloydsBank bank by end of day 29/04/22.It has not arrived. I'm now losing interest on some of that money,plus it was to pay a bill which is now going to be paid late.What happened please?

    @LloydsBank is it normal to call Lloyds bank customer service wait 20 mins for the phone to be answered, go through security questions, told you are being passed to another department and wait another 30 mins and end up hanging with out sorting banking issue.

    @smepathfinder mate - they are ******* useless - trying to get customer support at @LloydsBank - although my call is "important", estimated waiting time is ONE HOUR... yup ONE ******* HOUR.... set that the music with a horse running up the ******* beach...!!

    Exhausted, was woken last night at One AM. #Email in from #Lloydsbank saying they had sent me a message about my account. Of course I couldnt settle, so I got up at Three AM and went down, opened my laptop, logged in to find NOTHING. NO URGENT SECURITY ISSUE F U #LloydsBank
