@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank help! Ringo car parking app rejecting Lloyds bank card when has been used fine for months up to last week. Customer services telling me Lloyds have a block on Ringo but not why. I am missing train to work etc. Plse advise.

@LloydsBank That appears to be a code/block on that app but not why. I use it regularly as part of my commute so need to know if an issue. Other bank cards working fine with the app.

@LloydsBank Hi Lynne thank you for your response I do use the PO but for face to face banking I need to do I have a 28 mile round trip for a service industry it’s a pretty poor service

@LloydsBank I have my card set up for payment via the Ringo app. This morning the app advised that my bank had declined payment. Customer Services advised that there was a code noted that indicated the app had been blocked on my card. I have also messaged via the app but no reply.

@LloydsBank why do Lloyds block every transfer to Nexo I do. Calling your phone line for every transaction is ridiculous. Sort your security systems out.
