    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank The online help cannot help. The telephone banking wasn’t any help. After being passed from pillar to post, the call disconnected.

    @LloydsBank @UKLabour We could use my windows Lock key + email + passwords (as we have) + (pass code one where LLoyds select 3 letter for a code) , and easily verify but no LLoyds stick to phones that not all can access. Law say there must be 2 step verification, it does not say it has to be phone!

    @LloydsBank I understand what I mean is considering I have part of it and the email confirmation how do I go about completing it when it doesn’t give me an option to continue it just says new application. Is someone looking into the problem as it’s been going on for a couple of hours

    @LloydsBank We didnt order the cash today .We did confirm that we would order next time but the cashier said unless we provided an invoice as to why we wanted the money it would be declined. I fully understand you must protect the customer but I don’t see how an invoice is mandatory
