Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank Great so no access to my money and you haven’t a clue what’s happening. As soon as this is back I’m moving all money out of my account on to the bank I have never had issues with when it comes to access!!

@LloydsBank @LloydsBank is a bureaucratic technocratic nightmare. You call in asking for help & they give information. They say, "we cannot do this", you put the phone down call back, someone else says sure. You can be on the phone for over an hour with an idiot, or 3 min with someone else?

@LloydsBank So now you are acting as one organisation as that form was for Halifax? Now you can kick a straightforward problem of your lack of customer service away for 8 weeks while you do nothing and the onus is all on the customer to sort it out. Great.
