@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโt show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโs phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโs not urgent, but thereโs no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโฆ

@financialombuds 1. Ombudsman Jan OโLeary is about as useful to customer complaints as a fart in a thunderstorm. Lloydsbank did not follow the FCA principle rules when they made changes to our mortgage, I know this because the FCA have told me. She has the power to investigate this complaint.

@LloydsBank Which ever works. I'm looking for something like an official statement or terms of service, describing exactly whether it's the customer or you who decides how to spend their own money. Are there restrictions regarding amounts transfered, etc?
