@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank please, in the name of god, close down your 0345 300 0000 number, it is not fit for purpose. I know of no other way to cancel an in-branch apmt, so your staff will be waiting for me on Sat and complaining that I haven’t had the courtesy to cancel!!

@LloydsBank "support refugees setting up bank accounts in the UK" yet you can't support reporting unauthorised activity on a child's bank account without asking that child to go into branch during school time.
