@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank closed my bank account down wrongfully. I received payments into my card, and it was reported as fraud? These were legit payments that I worked hard for!!!! Now I can’t spend anything or send any money. Unbelievable

@LloydsBank I doubt you can help, I went over drawn and you bounced 5 of my DD's, strangely the largest one, a mortgage payment to yourselves didn't get returned, had it done so I may not of lost the next 2!

@LloydsBank it’s a bit Ridiculous how there’s no live chat available for people who can’t speak on the phone and the fact that nobody has given us a reason is poor customer communication

@LloydsBank Hi! I have never received a reply my complaint about you sending letters to my old address. I have also not received any replies to my complaint you sending me letters without NUMBER OF MY FLAT! Huge breach of my data protection! Poor customer service!

@LloydsBank Hi hoping you can help. For larger transactions over £1,000 will I have to use another form of verification to pay on a card machine? My second form of verification is on a land line and that obviously wont be with me when I'm out - thanks & best wishes

@LloydsBank DO think its possible your customer service would extend to telling customers what branches are now left open in West Yorkshire! I went to Morley ..closed and Horsforth closed .. a msg to local members would have been helpful! city centre branch is very inconvenient

@LloydsBank Perhaps it would help the team and customers to have a few more call assistants? Your staff are always really friendly helpful and professional but customers don’t expect to have to hang on that long. It was hour and 40 mins in the end. But thanks Katy.
