Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank I was trying to make an online purchase, which kept getting blocked. Spoke to 4 different people, passed from pillar to post, an hour and 10 minutes before I was eventually spoken to like a criminal by your “fraud squad”. 2 hours in total with no result! Extremely poor service.

@LloydsBank Thanks John. That’s not much help at all I’m afraid. What’s the point in having travel services if we can’t rely on them? I can understand querying payments, but the complete absence of help is ridiculous.
