Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโs phone.

David Russell (@davidjrussel) reported@LloydsBank whatโs the point of your messages within the app. I received a message from a one of your guys, I answered a question and never heard anything back. Like they left the conversation. Since my Halifax credit card has cut over to your app the service has been useless.

No wonder wise/starling/monzo etc won the race with the banks.
