Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank I can certainly try that, Gary, thank you for the suggestion. Might I suggest you have your UX devs have a look at how payments are being handled in the app, more specifically, why it redirects to the site instead of the app.

@LloydsBank Hi Colin. I made an application to have power of attorney over a family member's bank account. I was told to provide proof of id. My online log in code never arrived so I sent a copy of my driving licence in the post. I have now recieved an email saying you have closed my...(1/2)

@LloydsBank I have a fun problem! I'm trying to pay a company excess on insurance to get my phone repaired, but I need to confirm that I am me. However, the automated system isn't responding to me speaking my 4-digit pin, and I can't type 4/5/6 on my smashed screen. Any ideas?

@LloydsBank No I have not got any cash and money did not come back in(been like 6 weeks now), your fraud team couldnt help telling me to contact Action Fraud( basically saying that i took money myself), they have not checked any cctv or anything. This must be some new scam within the bank?!
