    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank - I closed an account using a switch guarantee. My money moved over is less than I had. How do I obtain a bank statement as the account is closed? I tried contacting several call centre numbers but it says there is a technical issue and can't answer the call.

    @LloydsBank hey Lloyds. What’s the thought process behind reducing 3 deposit machines down to 1. There is now always a queue. Today the machine is AGAIN out of order and the queue to see someone is massive. No one has time for that.

    @LloydsBank Hi, I made two 10 mins calls from abroad on 30 Nov. In those calls they said that there is nothing wrong with my account. Now your mobile app says "my logon details have been suspended". How can I get my access back?I already made two calls and that didn't work, poor service.

    Absolutely appalling customer service from @LloydsBank. When my card was expiring they sent me 2, after a month blocked the one I’d activated and was using and I’ve been told lies about getting it rectified 😡 So no card in the run up to Christmas.

    @LloydsBank can I just ask why my friend who can't login to his account had just held 40 minutes on the phone just to be transferred and told he's been transferred again to the fraud department with an hour wait on that phone. Glad I don't back with lioyds.

    @prudentialplc @LloydsBank why do u use Equniti to manage shares? they are incompetent & have made our lives so stressful. dealing with them following bereavements has caused so much hassle at an already terrible time. contradictory advice/different forms each time -inconsistent
