Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank So I’m waiting to have a conversation with fraud that I didn’t know I needed cos you text saying I didn’t need to call fraud. Is it cos I don’t need to have the conversation you think keeping me waiting another 1hr on top of the 45m I waited to speak to customer service is OK?

@LloydsBank Hi, are there any known visa issues? My debit card isn’t working on pin or contactless despite having funds. Tried on a couple of different machines. Visa card from another bank isn’t working either, and I'm not hearing anything from Visa.

@LloydsBank I made a payment to my credit card this morning when it wasn't showing the details. However the available credit has not been updated to reflect this once details started showing again. Is there still an issue?

@LloydsBank I get that but even being refused £20 isn’t unreasonable? I’ve had to go to another bank to do the transaction. I get if I was asking for the higher amount that it may need to be ordered but coming down to £20 and getting refused is really poor

@LloydsBank poor service from one if your branches today, needed some £1 coins, only to be told I need to order but then I said can I have even £20 or £10 and her response was I’ve only got £4. Didn’t even try to be helpful! Surely as a bank you hold coins??

@MortyMark @LloydsBank I'm through their messaging on app. What bugs me is how many times I have to repeat it's the debit card. All the info is in the thread above yet as though "just another person" continues without checking the history. Always ends up "speak to the site declining"

@tommykerrison @LloydsBank @joelycett It gets ironic, their fraud team appears to have done something. They want me to phone them for their issue. Nope. *******, customer service awful and they should be phoning me to fix their problem I will look into reputable/recommended
