    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank I’ll give that a try now. Both on the browser and app it says something about a transaction being unsuccessful, I just want to log in I’m not trying to make a transaction or anything

    @LloydsBank I tried it on my phone, turned off the wifi and used mobile data. It worked. However, on the desktop I still have the same problem. There is definitely something wrong with the wifi. I'll try to reboot my PC.

    @hpsauce43 @LloydsBank Lol...Now they are saying it was sent to the wrong address? But how can that be, since I contacted @Lloydsbank Customer Services on the 14th of Jan, one month after 14th Dec., and they said they would send out a Final Response ASAP? Someone is lying here?#ByYourSide

    Ah well, off to the postbox to send my snail mail reply to @LloydsBank’s customer services people. No means given in their letter of replying by email or secure messaging to their written response to my complaint. It’s almost as if they don’t want to engage with their customers.

    @LloydsBank Hi Lynne - I have spoken to many colleagues of your's in phonebank; sadly none were actually able to help me. All I ever wanted was to speak with the Chesham branch rather than trailing in there. I had to pop in as there was no alternative. I won't be complaining but it is absurd

    @LloydsBank I have wasted at least 30 mins talking on the phone now on several occasions. They have each time redirected me back to the online platform which as you know isn’t functioning for me. In the interim I have no access to my account or funds.

    @LloydsBank I have received my visa debit card in my home in Canada but still cannot my account as it is having a UK phone number to access the code. I wrote (snail mail)to the bank and gave my mobile numbers but did not get a response yet.
