@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโ€™t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโ€™s not urgent, but thereโ€™s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโ€ฆ

  • PhilpSharp
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, England

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโ€™s phone.

@LloydsBank why is service so slow right now in the Orpington branch? Lots of staff, but only 1 person on duty at paying in desks, and a queue. Not good enough!

  • RayThePianist
    Raymond Clarke (@RayThePianist) reported

@LloydsBank Please don't ask me to phone technical support. They'll keep me waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, as happens every time.

  • ForensicFsk
    Agamemnon's Beard (@ForensicFsk) reported

@tommy_ciao @andrewfeinstein @LloydsBank All banks in the UK are regulated which includes 'know your customer' checks that assess risks such as fraud, dodgy sources of income or shady expenditure. So in summary you're at risk of being debanked from ALL of them if you or someone in your organisation presents that risk

  • SteveSammut2
    Steve Sammut ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ธ๐Ÿ‡ฑ๐Ÿ‡ง๐ŸŽ’ (@SteveSammut2) reported

@LloydsBank @GregHadfield @LloydsBank can you please explain why you have de-banked an indep. media voice in the UK. Who made the decision to do this? Was there any outside contact with 3rd parties prior to your decision? Did you attempt to contact the acc. holder to resolve issues prior to your actions?

  • 69FoxyBrown69
    Foxy Brown (@69FoxyBrown69) reported

@areyoflight @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank It also starves their employees of access to food and bills! Is Lloyds really going to watch people go hungry and homeless because they have an issue with the employer?? Employees cannot be paid.

  • StufferSuitcase
    SuitcaseStuffer (@StufferSuitcase) reported

@JamesGilesRBK @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank You donโ€™t care if the issue is criminal? You donโ€™t care if itโ€™s proceeds of crime or money laundering?? And youโ€™re a councillor? Gosh.

  • KangooVanMan
    Justice Pursuer (@KangooVanMan) reported

@LloydsBank @owenjonesjourno @TheCanaryUK What ********. You should explain your rational for your Canary decision so those of us banking with you (Lloyds) can decide whether we should close our accounts. A very disappointing action by Lloyds.

  • umbongo666
    Umbong Umbongo (@umbongo666) reported

@kennardmatt @LloydsBank Could be concerns over fraud, money laundering, reputational risk for Lloyds, regulatory issues with the Canary Ltd Company accounts, financial mismanagement, winding up petitions, insolvency proceedings, international bank transfers from countries such as Iranโ€ฆetc

  • MisterBeergut
    Jonny (@MisterBeergut) reported

@TheEye02715156 @GregHadfield @LloydsBank Sadly, Israeli people are experts at lying, bombing, and shooting innocent people in the back. Which is why it is best to block them all.

  • JuliusStark_
    Julius Stark (@JuliusStark_) reported

@GregHadfield @LloydsBank You know those middle aged angry white ladies that are mean to service staff at restaurants because they had a bad day
