Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank Hi Katy - the value of the cheque offered will be approximately US$ 25 - I have tried to explain that this will result in disproportionately high bank charges here but this is the only way they can issue a refund so they have offered add the charges to the cheque amount. Roger

@pistolpj29 @LloydsBank Hi Peter, no! website keeps reporting internal server errors when you try to manage on line. Phone system is not fit for purpose and nobody answers anyway. I have emailed and asked them how they expect anyone to communicate with them, no reply of course. Appalling.

@LloydsBank £21 a month to keep the service I would never going to be charged for as long as I kept amount of money there that never made any form of interest at all so much for being Loyal to Lloyds bank means Nothing to you.

@LloydsBank it seems impossible to contact you, each day I call I get met with a ‘we can’t take your call today’ and then when I go into your branch they tell me to call the number provided on my letter and I’m back to square one! Any help please?
