    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank Don’t worry just moving my over 500k and preventing another million to being cashed in the bank! What a horrible experience. Certainly a lesson how poor the customer service was at Bromley South branch.

    @LloydsBank hi, I've recently applied for a debit card and got access to mobile banking on my phone through the letter you sent me. Is it possible to add the card to Google pay as it hasnt arrived yet? When I tap show card details it says I don't have any cards to show

    @LloydsBank Yes i used my friend's device also tried using a apple device since I'm on android. Also other colleges of mine have been successfully opened an account using the same link but for some reason I keep getting that error

    @LloydsBank I’m working in the USA & Canada, using my debit card. I’ve received a voicemail about from the fraud prevention team. My card isn’t being used by anyone but myself. I can’t get in touch with anyone on the phone, is there an email to contact to resolve this?
