Hackers have gained access to my account and the bank does not allow me to get access to them so money continues to leave the account. I call the bank and the phone rings for 2 (Two) hours before I get fed up and ring off.

They compensated me last week and told me it was fixed... of course, the same problem happened again when I tried to use it today. Just the 2 hours on hold this afternoon and lines so bad when they answered the call dropped
