Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, EnglandHey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

DeskJockey (@notleksF1) reported@LloydsBank I haven’t tried the website, however I’m concerned that the payment I made on the 27/04/2026 has shown up. I didn’t even receive an email telling me the payment had been made. I can confirm the payment left my bank account on the 27th.

Baz Thexton-Carpente (@BazC3) reportedSo @LloydsBank insurance is happy to say to a young female, after an accident, that they can’t help because the office is closed until Monday, even though she has fully comp insurance with them, shameful, they left her stranded with an extra charge for the Police recovery 😡

Viv (@VIVADENXCIXXX) reported@BackintDales @LloydsBank But on that assumption you are saying that ALL customers using their credit cards are inveterate gamblers with a problem & that simply is not true. Like men who were gamblers/drinkers & gov enforced employer to stop £ from wages to give to wife...these actions are exceptions.

Dean ™ (@bigwindowfitter) reported@LloydsBank won’t go into too much detail, just been into Swindon branch (not my normal branch) for some help & advise with an upcoming LPA. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Thank you.

Kiborocket (@kiborocket) reported@LloydsBank I'm away for three months I'm not going to spend hours on an International phone call only to be kept told to try same things clear cache reinstall etc. Many people I know have same issue.

Honey Bunny (@HoneyBu65587062) reported@DavidWebbTweet @anthslife @LloydsBank That is nothing new. It's been like that for months. You can choose biometric login (face/fingerprint) for faster access on the app, but you will still need to know your password, especially if the device does not recognize your biometrics. But not on laptop

The Cummins Accountability Project 🌎 (@tcumminsap) reported@LloydsBank I’ll get my money back though @Visa I expect. It was low modest sums - significant enough to feel it when you’re disabled and your money is extending to supporting family who are providing life ending care preventing them from working - but the amounts or banking aspect of my friend my experience isn’t what is being complained about here. Let’s make that absolutely clear.
-
NPC (@NPC14) reported@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank I still had to use my biometric fingerprint to log on. Is there some issue somewhere?
-
Adele Farrell (@adele_mckenzie) reportedAnyone had a bank with BOS and Lloyds are emailing what looks like a fake account wanting information? For you not to respond as it looks fraudulent? So they close your business account down! No one can pay inv & we can not pay staff. Help please @BankofScotland @LloydsBank

🇾🇪 (@DarthFuzz) reported@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Keep scrolling down on that page you were on. It’s the App, and it’s nothing new, Biometrics have been used in it for years - it was Touch ID and now Face ID
