    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโ€™s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโ€™s not urgent, but thereโ€™s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโ€ฆ

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโ€™t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @LloydsBank @laze83 He has a point. A branch is of little help if it's not open when most people can get to it. Can you explain the thinking, if any, that led to these odd opening hours? It's as unhelpful as the short lived shop on a commuter estate we lived on that only opened weekdays 10am - 5pm.

    @GWilliamsLLM @LloydsBank Happened to me 3 times in a row once... they don't even have the decency to call YOU (their customer) back.... so you call again and get someone else and start all over again. That's why I am moving to Nationwide.

    @DavidWebbTweet @jonniespence @LloydsBank David, kindly, get with the times you old fart. Biometrics are far more secure than passwords. Regardless, they do not have to inform you. It is an update that has been advertised on their website. It does not leave anyone open to hacking at all. All it means is, 1/2

    @RHoSouthYorks @LloydsBank I've called the hotline this morning they deregister my devices reinstalled but still not working. They have escalated problem is I'm travelling Monday and it's urgent. You definitely seem to have app problems your end

    @BackintDales @LloydsBank But on that assumption you are saying that ALL customers using their credit cards are inveterate gamblers with a problem & that simply is not true. Like men who were gamblers/drinkers & gov enforced employer to stop ยฃ from wages to give to wife...these actions are exceptions.

    @LloydsBank Your not responding to this charity whose account you froze last Thursday evening. You've not had the decency to respond ๐Ÿ˜ก Munchkins Miniature Shetland Rescue charity will have to close because of your weak customer service. Shame on you.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
