Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Very disappointing service from @LloydsBank who are refusing to extend buildings cover on my 94 year old Dad's property while he completes his house sale. He's been a banking and insurance customer of theirs for decades. Appalling lack of empathy at this stage in his life!!

@LloydsBank seems that you've got an issue on your end, as I've had several payments declined, even though I have sufficient funds. Been waiting on the phone to get hold of someone for ages! This isn't good enough Lloyd's 😕

@LloydsBank So what was the point of this exchange? It has simply wasted time. Now you tell me I have to make another phone call, which seems to involve a 50 minute wait each time. Is there no other way? Lloyds really have gone down hill.
