Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@Jordan43031401 @LloydsBank The Fraud team, which I had spent two hours on the phone too that morning didn't help as they were saying it was a security issue related to SCA of @vinted site, which is now being proven as a lie as so many people are having the same problem. Nothing has changed this morning.

@LloydsBank is there a current problem with online payment verification? I'm trying to pay a c.card bill, via their app. I enter my lloyds card number, get a lloyds message to say i will get a text with verification code. But no text arrives?

@kentreedy @clarnic11 @LloydsBank it's only sample checks so only a few transactions will be blocked. I've tried to cancel the order and re-place it but I was blocked again. No problem for another order (very small amount).

@LloydsBank Hi David, when I press the edit icon, a red bar drops down that says "Sorry we're having technical problems. This night be fixed by trying to log in again now. If not please try again later" It's been saying this for days.

@LloydsBank Hi, I have not received a monthly statement in my Digital Inbox since November. Is there a problem or has this statement been discontinued? It is far superior to the monthly statement available from the Transactions screen.
