    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank I’m also unable to use the Lloyds bank app on iOS . The last update seems to have broken the app. It opens and crashes immediately.

    @santanderuk you're just proving my decision to move more. You've put my account on hold again (presumably because I am trying to switch providers to @LloydsBank) and now another 10+ minute hold for someone who struggles to use the phone or go to a branch because you don't properly support RelayUK #accessibilitymatters

    @LloydsBank your banking app is down on payday really. I’ve just transferred money from another bank to Lloyds so I can pay my bills. And now I can’t get access to my money as my app keeps crashing!
