@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank Via internet banking. It all went through and was fine. I had to log off as needed to go to work. Came home to pay invoices and refused online log in. Rang again. Told to go into branch. This has been going on for months and now they say go to branch. Branch will say call.

@LloydsBank We are trying to pay care home invoices for parent with dementia using the LPA. This has gone on for 2 months now. A new issue every time. Got online banking working this morning and now refusing access as needs telephone number - I gave the number this morning and all ok then
