    @thatsatanicpony @LloydsBank Mine was my Adobe subscription, literally ever 2 seconds they popped up, for about 10 minutes. I had to turn the notifications off. @LloydsBank there is obviously an issue

    @LloydsBank Been with Lloyds since early 80’s but can I have an appointment within a reasonable at a reasonable location time to discuss my banking needs? And then to be spoken down to by some hoity toity girl who called to cancel my appointment is annoying . 😀

    @LloydsBank is there any way at all I'm able to contact the loan team on any way other than the phone? With the hours I'm working I'm not able to contact them, and when trying on breake etc the wait is long and I have limited time. Chat on the app are very unhelpful.

    @LloydsBank some of the worst customer service I experienced today. Bailed out by the public don’t care about them now. Must do better

    @LloydsBank they say it has to be my holding branch. which only opens during unacceptable hours. what i also don’t understand is why i had a block removed on saturday and another one was placed on immediately after. fancy giving me my Β£18500

    @LloydsBank i’ve raised a complaint. but the bank needs to provide a suitable alternative solution to this problem. instead of allowing me to prove ID in a separate branch they’d rather keep my Β£18500. this is why real people don’t trust banks.

    @LloydsBank Hi Anne, I have tried both app and desktop. Both require authentication via phone number. I have tried calling your customer service numbers on both my overseas sim and uk sim - neither work. I am looking to transfer money to my travel card. Can i confirm my indetity via email?
