    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank Morning, that's becoming another problem as your phone line is not free at all & it's utterly expensive from where I stay now. Is there a live chat or specific email address that I can reach out to?I'm disappointed with the way my case was handled via phone, not helpful.

    @LloydsBank my online banking has been frozen for 3rd time in ~ 1 wk. Calling your 'help' line, ~5th time; 30min on hold so far. What was I doing when accounts frozen? Trying to move my savings from lloyds to other provider with higher interest rates. Has anyone else had this?

    Update @LloydsBank my son has spoke to the fraud team over the last couple of days and they have got a name and monzo account that the money has been transferred into but they said they can’t help so he has had all his money drained from his account. Shocking

    @BarclaysUKHelp Thank you , I have been with Barclays all my adult life . The operatives were so helpful and calls answered within minutes . This was not and is still not the service l got at @monzo . Dad was pretty shaken up but @LloydsBank have phoned him several times to offer support Thanks

    Absolutely appalling customer service from @LloydsBank. When my card was expiring they sent me 2, after a month blocked the one I’d activated and was using and I’ve been told lies about getting it rectified 😡 So no card in the run up to Christmas.

    @LloydsBank Infuriating experience with online banking. Tried to open Club Lloyds account last night, only to get "sorry we can't update your settings right now.." Made a trip in branch today, to queue up for 15 mins and be told I should try again. Tried again, same issue.
