    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโ€™t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโ€™s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโ€™s not urgent, but thereโ€™s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโ€ฆ

    @LloydsBank Wrong. I had account for nearly 10 years. Never overdrawn on it. Years ago when I finished as a student and about to start my new job, I just needed a bit of money to tide me over for about 2 weeks. But you refused an overdraft. You werenโ€™t by my side. It caused me lot problems

    @LloydsBank Spent 2 hours on 5 calls today and still failed to get security block removed. All calls dropped while on hold Block applied as I tried to pay for friend and her daughter escape from Lviv to Poland.

    @LloydsBank It's a complicated query as the account is closed and a refund has been paid there. You won't be able to solve it by DM as you can't access my records. After all the huffing and puffing by the handler I'm sure the cut-off was intentional I'm afraid.

    @LloydsBank I can give Laura a call but the problem is I have been going back and forth between branches and customer services today. No one can give me the answer why my accounts blocked. I will fully cooperate and provide any anything @LloydsBank requires to help unblock my account.

    @LloydsBank Ridiculous customer service and outdated processes and Internet Banking. I am still unable to change my address after 2 years despite calling and sending letters. I am sure the next step will be to send you a carrier pigeon and a parchment. Long life to @RevolutApp!

    @LloydsBank - your website isn't working on Chromium based browsers (Chrome, Edge, etc. version 99.0.4844.51). It gets stuck on the page asking to trust device after entering 2FA code (which I always decline). Replicated on both Windows on MacOS. Please fix.

    @LloydsBank the App won't let me set up my mobile banking with my new phone, after the phone call and 4 digit code it takes me back to the set up screen again and repeats everytime I try. Please help.
