@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank - SHOCKING customer service today. 3 hours of my time being batted back & forth between departments, both determined not to take responsibility for issue. FINALLY escalated to a formal complaint but no-one wanted to have the complaint sitting in their ‘team.’

Always by your side @LloydsBank unless you wish to use the Tyne Tunnel! Apparently TT2 can not accept Lloyds Bank debit cards because of issues with the Bank? There must be thousands of motorists using the tunnel every day - sort it!

@LloydsBank Today I made 4 international calls in an attempt to change my address (I live in the US) I set up voice recognition and spent more than 1.5 hrs with 3 different customer service reps. What do I need to do to update my address in this lifetime?

@LloydsBank Please can you help, my online account is saying suspended but I don’t know why! I have tried phoning 0800 917 7017 but after 10/15 minutes it’s just cut me off the line. Really stressful.
