    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank Ok thought I'd just check again before I called and it's showing as returned now, although dated 14th which will be Monday. So it took 24 hrs to show back in my acct. Thanks for your help and quick responses.

    @LloydsBank 40 minutes to get through to your fraud hot line after being put through to them after waiting 30 for customer services to answer is really really poor. Hire more staff.

    @LloydsBank When is the business account switching service going to be available again? Stuck with TSB at the moment and having a nightmare with open banking so want to move asap.

    @LloydsBank Thank you for answering. My account has been closed, but the remaining balance was never transferred. Subsequent letters did not get answered, on your website there is no e-mail address to contact, and it is impossible to get through by phone.
