    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank I need help with my apple pay - it keeps declining adding my card even though it was on there beforehand- the online messenger just keeps telling me to call you and then when i call it says there is a 40 minute wait

    @LloydsBank I made a payment. You blocked it. A week or so later you shut down my online banking. I had to find a time when I had at least a clear hour to stay on hold to get it unblocked. There was no other system. No text or 2FA etc. This is not sustainable.

    @LloydsBank I'm not happy with the service, yersteday of yersteday my partner's card got stolen, tried to call the fraudulent team, they're not picking up till now, I believe by now the transactions went through. What's going on @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank Not yet. The suspended payment is supposed to kick back in, in 12 months according to the Lloyds app, so I don’t want to end up paying them twice somewhere down the line

    @LloydsBank I tried to use my card on five separate machines and it kept saying there was a fault. The automated service said the same and I couldn't get through to an operator. What is going on with it!?@

    How hard is it to open a business bank account with Lloyds?! Customer service is absolutely terrible @LloydsBank 8 weeks later still no further on. Would not recommend
