    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    Cannot believe the stress @LloydsBank caused my dad in law & us all day yesterday. Staff told us to make an 8 hour plus round trip to their branch in England as they couldn't help us. Bank of Scotland sorted it in 15 mins today. We nearly lost our move date. #unacceptable

    @LloydsBank Well once I finally got through the service was dreadful. Good job I'm persistent and stood my ground. Managed to get a call back from someone senior who resolved the reason for my call and was very helpful. 1/2

    @LloydsBank A customer has had money stolen from their account 3 weeks ago, you have promised them a refund, Countless times. 2-3 working days has turned into 7/8 days, 5 working days into 3 weeks. Can you assist please. @BBCWatchdog @Trustpilot

    @LloydsBank Hi, I had opened a current account on the 6th of September 2021. I was told that my debit card would arrive to the registered address in 4 working days, but it still hasn't arrived. Could I please know what the current status of the card is.

    @LloydsBank my wife rang to ask for her father’s , in hospital after a major stroke, credit card to be frozen until he recovers/she gets attorney. Before getting help, it was suggested 4 times she should pay the bill. not her debt. Is this morally or ethically acceptable?
