@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank @MadleyKarl Also having this issue..you’re saying it can take up to 2 hours, there’s never normally an issue with immediate transfers and there’s a number of making the same complaint..so surely there’s an issue with transfers?

@LloydsBank No no Nicola. You have no staff and those you do have offer sub standard service. 4 hours waiting to get through to fraud about a card that has not been stolen or defrauded just doesn’t work. I don’t need the stupid fraud department just someone to turn my card on. I’m leaving.
