Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank There is no point me making a complaint because: a) it won't change anything b) I'm not a Lloyds customer c) you've already fed back the issue What needs to happen is for the spoken feature to be removed and replaced with a simple code sent to the phone and entered into the app.

@LloydsBank No Stephen. It must be a glitch given the number identical to the sum last month. I will call them in the morning because otherwise I will end up overdrawn.

@LloydsBank I’ve been trying to find the answer but still don’t understand. I understand we wouldn’t be covered for Covid related but would we be covered for other medical issues

@AylesburySting @LloydsBank @Rubyjones1926 As long as I can remember, there's always rubbish down there. Once in a blue moon it gets a clear out then it accumulates again.

@LloydsBank I’m absolutely furious. I was told advise that I wouldn’t need an appointment to open out an account for the 12 year old. Just been to branch now and they said they can help and don’t have any available appointments until some time in September. Mad isn’t the word.
