Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@philskyross1962 @LloydsBank They all do it. Go to Martin Lewis website he has tips. And you should always look for car insurance 21 days before your renewal, as it will be more expensive 14 - 7days before it's due.

HI @LloydsBank just wondering why when calling the mortgages team and the customer priority team after keying in all my details it said the offices are now closed when it states Very Clearly on your website that they're open 8am-8pm... last time I checked its 7:40

@LloydsBank haven’t been able to log into the app all day. Error code 1007. Tried deleting and reinstalling. Small error message when I try to log in through safari.

@LloydsBank I failed to login the bank app many times for wrong password and get blocked, but I remember my password later. If it’s possible to call the bank to unlock my account? Otherwise I need to reset password by using my old phone no., which needs updated as well as address
