Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LBGplc Can @LloydsBank get anymore woke? Stupid rainbow flag and now banging on about climate change. As a customer i’d rather you just did your job of providing good customer service, keeping banks open. I don’t give a damn about anything else!

After months of back and fourth with @LloydsBank and the merchant in question I’ve gotten nowhere. I quite literally have lost out on a sizeable amount of money that was taken fraudulently from my account and no one will help. Someone from the Executive Complaints Office at
