    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank appalling service. Excellent lady but when tried to open a joint ac after over an hour on the phone your system freaked out What an unprofessional bank. Wasted my time

    @LloydsBank Hello I'm a little confused of how overdraft works, could i get some help? If I set my overdraft to £100 for 15 days it says I'd owe £1, does this mean i'd pay back £101 or £201? Also if I pay back in less than the 15 days will it be cheaper and how does it work?

    @AliceSaiao95 @LloydsBank As a customer, I can tell you positively that yes they are having issues with their app. It’s shite at the best of times, but it’s been broken for 4 days (logging out incorrectly, not logging out at times, asking for sensitive info after login, asking for passcode and Face ID).

    Another installment of Why We Hate Our Banks @LloydsBank debit card expired. Can't order online, that would be too convenient. Called, went thru voice response then service agent. Received 2 identical credit cards (separately mailed). No debit card. Don't Lloyds know the diff?

    @LloydsBank Hi. My android app keeps de-registering me causing me to not be able to log in and to have to keep te-registering my phone before I can use the app, what's causing this as its really inconvenient? Thanks.
