@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank Not some of your customers, it appears to be ALL of them. Really not good enough, are we going to see any compensation for this major inconvenience, no I doubt it but you are quick enough to charge us when we have a problem

@LloydsBank your mobile banking is not working for the second day now but your web status page everything is working normal. If this is normal it’s time to change to a bank that knows hat it’s doing. This outage is unacceptable in every way!
