Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

@LloydsBank There are obviously far more than 'a few of you' unable to see our access Bank accounts. There's no notice anywhere on your site to reassure us that you know what's happening or that we don't need to sit in your phone queue for an hour & still not get through. V poor
