@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing canโ€™t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

  • PhilpSharp
Philip Sharp (@PhilpSharp) reported from Bournemouth, England

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customerโ€™s phone.

  • rafthemaster
Richard Frame (@rafthemaster) reported from Bournemouth, England

@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if itโ€™s not urgent, but thereโ€™s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queueโ€ฆ

We've been getting claims of multiple #recruitment agencies looking for Splunk administrators working 2 days in Manchester. Naturally, we dug further and it looks as if the customer is @LloydsBank. We understand why Manchester. They're offering ยฃ300 - ยฃ450 pd inside IR35.

@LloydsBank There are no error messages. I clearly described what's happening. The app doesn't run slowly, it's slow to log on, then you clutter it with popups about your products I might want. You need to realise that people just want to quickly get in and do their banking without delays.

@LloydsBank is a ******* joke, I have multiple agents telling me im using a card that doesnโ€™t exist, im literally holding the card im trying to use, its in my hands, but no, to hard to comprehend and doesnโ€™t warrant security concerns that your system thinks im using a card that literally doesnโ€™t exist, as im trying to use my actual card. Idk how more plainly i can type it, your support is ******* ***.

@LloydsBank I've just transferred from the Halifax app to Lloyds app this weekend and haven't been able to log in since the transfer. Tried renewing password and now have to wait for something to be mailed? This is 2026, not 1976.

@LloydsBank Moved over from the Halifax app at the weekend. Haven't been able to login to the Lloyds app since Tues. Still can't login. It's not fixed.

@Mozzasoft @LloydsBank Good for you!.. but plenty of others have had frequent problems ..stop diminishing fault for the lack of service, just because you feel others are worse!
