    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

    @LloydsBank I got my activation code for the mobile banking yesterday, and when I tried to use it I keep getting an error message saying “you’ve been logged out” and when logging back in it keeps saying an error has occurred. Do I have to resubmit for another activation code?

    @LloydsBank @saffron_alarna I have some very serious concerns about @lloydsbank duty of care to it’s employees. Before they go down a disciplinary route do they actually speak to the employee first to discuss? The disregard for a persons welfare I find alarming.

    @LloydsBank I am trying to place a grocery order online and have gone through to checkout but the Lloyds Bank Payment Authentication page has frozen with just a spinning wheel icon. Is this a general problem that you are aware of or specific issue on the Waitrose groceries site?

    @LloydsBank My uncle needs his Lloyds account phone number to be changed as he no longer has the number and hence he can't access his internet banking. Nor he is currently in UK. Can I speak to Lloyds advisor on behalf of him and get his phone number changed? Thank you.

    @LloydsBank After part of my complaint was about how many times I've had to call and how much time I've spent trying to sort my issue, I'd assumed I wouldn't have to chase this again.

    @LloydsBank Surely given the four wasted months of no correspondence, (despite my continual contact) the Pontyclun branch could at the very least fulfill their customer service obligation and contact me? Why should I do the chasing here?
