@LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

@LloydsBank is there a problem with your mobile app? I keep getting logged off mid transaction and alert showing can’t show account details. This has happened on multiple occasions v poor service!

@LloydsBank My child is trying to open an under 19's account but unfortunately it is impossible for my child to attend the ID check due to ridiculously opening times!!!!!! You clearly don't care about the next generation ... #onlyopenduringschoolhours!

@LloydsBank Hi, about the £100 bonus switching to a Club Lloyds account. When completing the switching process it forces me to log in as I’m already a customer. However the T&Cs clearly state that I won’t benefit if I switch to an exiting lloyds account. Can you please clarify?

@LloydsBank I had an internet banking problem on Friday evening. I called your help desk and my issue was handled by a chap called ‘Joe’. He had a W. Midlands accent. He was friendly, brilliant and extremely professional. He sorted out my problem. Just thought I’d mention it 👍.

Please take note tweeterratti that you will get no help from @LloydsBank on here and try to get someone on phone or an email who can answer a simple question. I would take my account elsewhere but this bank is not the only one with poor relations

@Apple @AppleSupport @LloydsBank I’ve spent the best part of my Saturday morning trying to resolve a declined payment via Apple Pay to my bank account. Lloyds blames Apple, Apple blames Lloyds. The worst customer experience with both of you. You need to fix this.

@LloydsBank Lloyds say this is a policy block from Apple. Apple say Lloyds declined the transaction. I’ve tried the transaction with a TSB debit card through Apple Pay and it worked. I’m not going to keep buying stuff just to test things that you and Apple should be able to resolve.

@LloydsBank Unfortunately my child has school on a Saturday too. Like I said, it is completely impossible esp with a 2 week rule to organise this ID check. It's sad that the next generation, who had such a difficult 18 month, are not considered more....

@LloydsBank been trying to set up a bank account for my 13yr old for wks. Now on 3rd card , still not working, customer service atrocious, time to go elsewhere now, you’ve just lost another 4 customers.
