@LloydsBank I was calling the 0173 number as that’s what your app said to call for internet banking - I have hung up now as I do have a life to lead - you have my money and I have no access to it - this is following on from a 30 minute wait yesterday after which I was told all sorted 😡

@LloydsBank after everything that has happened during this pandemic, is it really true that people attempting to make home deposits from their bank account have to physically go into a branch to do it? 32 yrs a customer, this might be the straw that breaks me….

Just spent 36 minutes on the phone to @LloydsBank credit card services before being cut off by the handler. They won't offer a callback service either. This is the second call and a branch visit - all unsuccessful. Appalling service.

@LloydsBank the App won't let me set up my mobile banking with my new phone, after the phone call and 4 digit code it takes me back to the set up screen again and repeats everytime I try. Please help.

@LloydsBank Yes but also just to view in the main part of the app. Red error message comes up ‘we’re having technical problems’. Just checked and it won’t let me check any of my accounts

@LloydsBank I can give Laura a call but the problem is I have been going back and forth between branches and customer services today. No one can give me the answer why my accounts blocked. I will fully cooperate and provide any anything @LloydsBank requires to help unblock my account.
