.@lloydsbank Absolutely the worst bank in the history of banks. Requiring you to call them to approve bank transfers when nearly impossible to get through with wait time of 40 mins+. Calls end up in Ireland, staff working from home on internet phones >

@LloydsBank I have sent 5 complain emails already. Is this the best you can come up with?? I am in SW France and struggling to phone on mobile with bad signal to approve a transfer (YOUR REQUIRMENTS), getting NO SUPPORT from @LloydsBank only patronising replies!!!

@LloydsBank I have unused Cineworld voucher from last year. I was under impression all the unused vouchers were extended for a year. But was turned down yesterday at Cineworld and had to pay for movie.

@LloydsBank wish you stop using this card reader stuff. It's so cumbersome. Why can't you employ different ways to authenticate? My card is apparently expired and the reader says low battery.. This is like 2nd or 3rd time it happened and I can't login...is there any alternative?

@LloydsBank I have waited 8 weeks for a response to opening a bank account now my CEO complaint is encrypted and cannot be accessed. Unvelievably rubbish service.
