@LloydsBank Finally got through. It’s unacceptable to block my card, whilst I’m abroad leaving with me no access to MY MONEY, not follow up with me to check whether it was me or not, and then expect me to call you and be on hold for 2h+.

@LloydsBank The app is telling me I need to enter memorable information, but can’t remember it. When I enter my details to reset memorable information, I’m told that a code will be sent to my phone. But then the app crashes and won’t go any further. No code received. I can’t log in to app.

@LloydsBank my card keeps being declined despite having funds and completing the extra security. Can’t get through to anyone on the phone unless I wait for hours on end. Will be closing my account and moving it all over to Barclays. Dreadful service. 😡
