@LloydsBank I am, and I've just spoken to someone by phone who has ordered a new card. I think I was more upset by the shrugging of the shoulders and walking away of the person who was locking up the branch that I asked for help...

@LloydsBank Hi Ronnie, yes that's normally where I go to check them. I already phoned for help and was told they can't force it to generate a statement, so I'm a bit stuck on what to do. :)

@bigbencorrie @LloydsBank I've found in the past that a scathing review on Trust Pilot usually gets a speedy response. Not the same problem as you, but I got a reply and refund within the hour....👍🏻

@LloydsBank Hi, for the past two months now you haven't issued me a statement for my current account. I need a copy of them, but when I've gone through your phone service I've been told they can't do anything. Anything that can be done?
