@LloydsBank hi, hope you can help. I've been having trouble with purchasing online with my debit card, and also once in a shop. My card declines some purchases online, but is fine for other things, like ebay. I've tried calling numerous times today but the wait is huge. Thanks

@LloydsBank Watch out for scams by @LloydsBank They lose your financial info, lose Recorded Delivery Post, they lie to you, they give you false & incorrect instructions. Your accounts get frozen & access to your funds impossible. 12 mths for @financialombuds to sort #ByYourSide #MyBackSide

@LloydsBank My card is blocked, called the no on back of card & ended up with a callback due to “exceptionally high call volumes” - told I need to be put through to the fraud team - that has an HOUR waiting time. I’ve now been cut off. I have no access to my money. HELP.

@LloydsBank Why do I have to tweet my bank in order to get a response. Customer service level 0. Shocking service. Lloyds is the worst bank I’ve dealt with in my life. It’s a massive shame how the bank treats clientele. Sort it out immediately please.
