@LloydsBank 2/3 Understandably, because you are the receiving bank, you can't rectify it. But you also say you can't return the payment to HMRC, not can you notify the incorrect recipient because you cannot access/see their account.

@LloydsBank I'm still waiting to hear from the #complaints team. I have a complaint ref nbr - can you chase them as it should be a simple issue to resolve? At the moment, l'm out of pocket due to #lloyds bank errors & it's not acceptable. Especially during this #CostOfLivingCrises

@LloydsBank I've been locked out of my banking app for near 2 weeks after trying to pay a new payee but forgetting my password.. I've called lloyds been into my local branch and got nowhere it's a disgrace waiting for code after code for weeks I NEED access to my app.. Disgusted

Another installment of Why We Hate Our Banks @LloydsBank debit card expired. Can't order online, that would be too convenient. Called, went thru voice response then service agent. Received 2 identical credit cards (separately mailed). No debit card. Don't Lloyds know the diff?
