@rachelmamabear5 @LloydsBank I’d look for a bank with better online support and customer service that actually cares about customers. Lots to chose from now especially as banks are closing local branches

@LloydsBank ILFORD - LONDON branch denied me a statement for my son and he is under 16 and his young saver account to attach my customer id. He said child must be present in branch. I told him he is in school but did not help me .

@LloydsBank do you think that it's OK to be hanging on the phone for over an hour to get through to your higher payments team?? Need to pay down my mortgage today and have no other choice but to wait - what time do they go home??

@LloydsBank Just given up. When it gets close to 2 hours, it just makes me so frustrated. When you say open 24/7, I don't think that's correct as I expect this higher payments team that I got put through to are not part of the regular customer service team. So what time do this team go home?

Shockingly bad experience with @santanderuk in trying to open a joint account. Two months of wait, errors on their part only to be told that our application and credit check validity has expired. So glad that @LloydsBank and @monzo are still my main accounts. #NeverSwitching
