@LloydsBank hi, we recently sent some online business access applications back but had more signatories sign the forms than is on our mandate… would that be an issue? Our mandate is 2 must authorise everything whereas all 4 signed each application

@LloydsBank To which you then get put through to a sept of some sorts and spend 2 days going around the houses. This is appalling customer service and now am being told i can’t make a complaint either. I will be going to the ombudsman if no one reaches out to me today!!!

@chey_cobb @LloydsBank The relentless upselling is GRRR. Even when you call, with a problem they are still trying to get you to buy more. They are trying to maximize every interaction for revenue & since few people deal with anything resembling a sales rep, the support call is in fact, a sales call

@HelpSheffield @benmiskell @LloydsBank A bank branch needs people to be out and about… This is just cheap campaigning. It’s not aimed at tackling a problem or exploiting an opportunity. Utterly regressive - hence Luddite. You’ll note neither Councillor will step up and defend this.

@HelpSheffield @benmiskell @LloydsBank I most certainly do - I do a lot of voluntary work around improving online literacy and educating vulnerable people on cyber safety. Fixing access to the internet should be the priority rather than trying to dictate how private companies are run. But petitions are cheap…

@PJPWv2 @benmiskell @LloydsBank Saving the bank? You do know that not everyone has access to the internet, do you not?

@LloydsBank The option was available using a different browser & also on app so able to do transaction. Was working fine yesterday. Looking at the number of tweets you’ve had today about wages not depositing you clearly have an issue
