    @soniast94597425 @LloydsBank Thank you Sonia. All afternoon on the phone to several staff at Lloyd's and not one could help us. It was only after posting about it on Twitter that we got a solution. We were absolutely gutted as our move was in jeopardy

    @LloydsBank my wife rang to ask for her father’s , in hospital after a major stroke, credit card to be frozen until he recovers/she gets attorney. Before getting help, it was suggested 4 times she should pay the bill. not her debt. Is this morally or ethically acceptable?
