John Rawstron (@Watcher372) reported@GregHadfield @LloydsBank Why are you being a **** to customer service agents. Write an email to the bank, see if they have a directors office or something. Call agents have targets, handling times etc. Last thing they need is a bollocking cos they're dealing with some1 like you.

Richard Walker (@Richlogy) reportedHi @LloydsBank it’s disappointing it’s difficult to speak to a person on the phone when you have an issue. The chat is fine but it’s no substitute for actually being able to have a proper conversation with someone. I tried calling and after 20 minutes of being on hold I gave up.

P4Medicine (@p4medicine) reported@LloydsBank Dear Customer Service Team, I contacted you on 8th July regarding the blocking of my online WalkFit and Amazon purchases. I was informed yesterday that a new card was issued on the 9th July to prevent potential fraud and was posted on the 11th July. However, I am still waiting for it to arrive, and I have been told that it may or may not reach me by 15th July. In this day and age, how is it so challenging to issue and deliver a card? I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I have encountered. It would also be greatly appreciated if your call handlers were trained to respond respectfully and address the specific questions customers ask, rather than resorting to condescension or giving personal instructions. This has proven to be a very unsatisfactory experience. After 17 years as a loyal customer, I am reconsidering my continued patronage. During our second and final call yesterday, I offered some constructive suggestions, and I truly hope you will consider them and implement the necessary changes. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards,

End the occupation (@NotoOccupation) reported@andrewfeinstein @LloydsBank Yes, and who ordered the debanking and why? Perhaps Lloyds will be required explain to @TheFCA how debanking a customer without explanation is compliant with Consumer Duty rules?

P4Medicine (@p4medicine) reported@LloydsBank Also a note to the call handler who was instructing me on how to use the Apple Wallet by putting the digits, since the card is not activated, it doesn’t work!!! Please train your customer facing support team!! Utterly tragic!
