@LloydsBank How are customers meant to contact you via on line banking (not via the app)? Following the instructions just leads one around in a circle. This is absolutely infuriating. Whoever designed this hasn't a clue about customer relations.

@LloydsBank why is my local Lloyds closing ? just seen the list of banks closing, absolutely disgusted how do you expect the elderly and others that don’t have internet access to bank, I always use mine to put money in my account 😡

Sadly @LloydsBank is a joke. Completed switch - they moved over all my money (inc. savings). Froze my account - no explaination. No access to money - all my direct debits are now going unpaid, so basically I'm going to be incurring lots of fees. @NatWest_Help take me back plz.

@LloydsBank asks me to sign up again no option to log in without having a 2nd device or speaking to someone and I'm on the road with work so don't have a back up device. Infact I'm not sure I ever registered one. can't take a call and it seems to think I'm.trying to use a new phone, I'm not
