    @LloydsBank if I pay a cheque in using your machines and it doesn’t clear why is it now my problem? Calling customer services did not help. I now don’t have the cheque (you do) but you can’t give me any details with which to chase… why do you think people hate banks?

    @LloydsBank Im trying to log into my credit account but am asked for an activation code. The first one didnt work so requested a new one, which is also invalid. I try calling the support number 0345 300 0116 but am immediately disconnected and I cant request a new code. Any help?

    @LloydsBank Been trying to contact you with regards to discussing a new mortgage, I’m a current account holder, proving extremely difficult to get through to anyone! Any help/suggestions before I draw a line through Lloyds?

    @iammorty @LloydsBank This is why I left Lloyds after 33 yrs. Very rare that I needed to speak to them, but when I did it was impossible. Now with a challenger bank and they are far more accessible with a better, smarter, banking app.

    @LloydsBank Regardless of the problem, I’d have at least expected a text or email to say that someone was trying to take money from my account, if this was not you, etc. You seem to assume it’s a fraudster rather than a customer with difficulties. No feedback at all.

    @LloydsBank Wow! A week of trying nearly 3 hours each time before I have to give up as I have to work is beyond poor service. Surely there must be an email address or something I can ask????

    Just spent 30 minutes waiting for someone at @LloydsBank to answer the phone. "24/7 answering customer queries". Just answer the phone would be enough. In case you're wondering, no I didn't get to speak to anyone.
