    @LloydsBank yr call system is awful, so far i have been to 10! Departments, twice cut off in 1hr 40 an so far no can sort my issue the responce im getting is "the banks done that not our department"

    @LloydsBank Hi, my brother's card got blocked for online transactions a while ago because he didn't reply to an sms verification and I told him he should fixed that asap. What's the number to talk to a person about this? He gets quite anxious when dealing with this issues.

    @LloydsBank I've been a customer for almost 50 years. If you keep advertising on GB News, I won't be one for much longer. And at least seven of my Lloyds-banking friends say the same thing. Shame on you.

    @LloydsBank I think you need to speak to your colleagues - as Commercial Banking is saying there is a problem!! All of our payments for today are saying rejected but have left a/c - but it's seemingly random who has and hasn't received their payment - so hopefully it's being dealt with??

    Can’t believe that @Lloydsbank cannot sort this technology issue out, can’t load my card onto the apple wallet 4 weeks on and no change with no communication 🤬very poor

    @LePlonge @LloydsBank I have exactly the same problem. I have rung them 4 or 5 times now and each time it’s about 45 mins waiting for someone to answer so that I can access my savings. Can’t wait to ditch this bank.
