@LloydsBank can you please tell me who I address a complaint to. You have returned an Important cheque due to no mandate. When I ring the contact number on the letter I get cut off. Very unhappy customer.

@RhiannaFord I dont know if you're in the UK, but you can go to any @PostOffice or bank and ask to open an emergency account. This will mean he can't access your cash or social help. @LloydsBank were an incredible help to me. X

@LloydsBank It's a complicated query as the account is closed and a refund has been paid there. You won't be able to solve it by DM as you can't access my records. After all the huffing and puffing by the handler I'm sure the cut-off was intentional I'm afraid.

I have been using @LloydsBank for over 2yrs and I have never had any down time on their app but @UBAGroup bank app is so so ****** and unreliable. I have not been able to carry on my daily business ! I will be moving my business account to another reliable bank
