@LloydsBank No, I did ask but the agent could only say was the Lloyds underwriters did not approve it on the system, no other info. I then went online to a comparison web site who gave me a Lloyds price. I followed the link and could restart a new Lloyds policy. Poor organisation approach

@LloydsBank hey. Is there an issue with card authorisation? Tried a couple of different purchases online and they all time out before verification. Used another banks card and that has gone through fine.
