Susana Stubbs (@susanastubbs) reported@LloydsBank Absolutely outrageous. I have been trying to make an international payment for 11 days. I have called multiple times and no one has been able to help. You keep telling me to “just keep trying” because, in your words, “it’s not glitching all of the time.” Only banks are able to hold on to money that is not theirs, cause the problem themselves and then provide zero useful customer service. This needs to be resolved immediately. #lloyds #lloydsbank #charlienunn

What is it the braids (@MavyMave) reportedGot a new phone, cannot add @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank and my MBNA cards on to apple pay. Granted all these are in the same group. Seems its a known issue as I have seen multiple people on forums say this is something they have not been able to get fixed
