    @LloydsBank without putting a copy and paste answer, as a customer I wish to know when I will be able to access my account details. I have payments to sort. Life doesn't stop.

    @LloydsBank Visited my local branch. Chaos prevailed Customers queuing, staff disorganised, some sitting at one counter inactive, while queues grew at another. Get customers on line is the motive. Awful customer service in branch is the way to do it. Black Horse is no longer the

    @LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless

    @LloydsBank hi, if you are going to send out letters with opening times on them, can you make sure they’re correct please. My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer

    @LloydsBank The issue is that the app and desktop Chrome browser login does not update the card to Visa, it still sees it as MasterCard unfortunately.

    @LloydsBank This week, MPs on the Treasury select committee wrote to the chief executive of Lloyds, Charlie Nunn, 2 demand answers about how much compensation would be paid to those affected Oh dear, so there was a glitch. Lloyds refused my complaint because it had none🙄

    I’m really stressed out due to @LloydsBank , nearly 5 months trying to get my account back, I really want to end my life due to them at customer support , I hate you, I really hate you all with your disrespect causing me issues

    @andy_uk44 @LloydsBank Don’t forget to use the current account switching service and bag yourself a few quid from the next bank’s introductory offers - may as well get something out of this deal
