Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!

SJS (@SJS_2061) reported@LloydsBank having problems approving payments in the App. Spoken to someone on the phone who could offer no solution. I get a notification from you saying I need to approve the payments but when app loads the screen is not there like it usually is?

Via phonecall, no joy. Not great. Recently widowed so no idea financially what's going on. Anyone got a new phone they don't need?
