Cannot describe the appalling, frustrating and awful service from @LloydsBank trying to unblock my debit card. I’m in an emergency situation and am having to wait an hour on the phone. Have called 7/8 times and call cut off after 45 mins. Please can someone help

@LloydsBank now been on hold to your fraud team for another hour today. Just appalling customer service. I have been trying to get through since Tuesday and even your main customer service telephone team say it is difficult??? What are elderly/vulnerable customers meant to do?
