Anyone having intermittent online payment problems with @LloydsBank? Payments, not going through, Lloyds can't see the payment request but the companies I am buying from say it's not them. Don't know if it is a bank problem, a cookie problem, a browser problem. Help!!!!

@LloydsBank Ended up being on hold (constant ringing tone) for over an hour. Passed through to 3 x Departments before eventually talking to the right person who sorted the issue for me.

@LloydsBank You have kindly suspended both my online account and mobile app today. I am currently living in Thailand, so not helpful. Tried to call u to resolve but on hold for 20 mins which then used all my £5 call credit on my thai mobile. I need help please. Thanks
