@superdrug Honestly I have DMd you so many times it’s a joke not bothering again. Stop pretending you’re trying to help! @LloydsBank do not take this long to refund money. If you truly refunded on the 17th it would have been back the next day. Stop trying to keep my money!!

@LloydsBank Yet another phone call to sort this out and another member of staff being rude and just passing me to another phone line that nobody answer’s I’m now closing my account and going to a bank that actually deals with customers problems first direct making it so easy to change banks.

.@LloydsBank This is RIDICULOUS. We sat in branch for 30+ minutes to get my father's account unblocked because the TELLER was making big transfers, he hangs up and you BLOCK THE ACCOUNT AGAIN WITH NO WAY TO UNBLOCK BUT ANOTHER LONG TIME ON HOLD. WE ARE IN THE BRANCH!

@LloydsBank yet again your Billericay branch is closed because of Covid. Are staff not adhering to social distancing? Starting to become an inconvenience to arrive at the branch to find it is closed, even though the website says it is open….
