    @LloydsBank @BankofScotland PLEASE help your customer service advisors if you really want to be in business. Just had a WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE over the phone and both the advisors weren't even sorry about it. They lied on the recorded call and were rude beyond limit

    @LloydsBank absolutely appalled that after nearly an hour and 4 calls I still can’t speak with the premier banking Team. I pay for a service and have done for 20 years,simply not good enough!! #ripoff #premierbankingscam!

    @LBGplc @LloydsBank I worry it might be unhelpful in papering over a huge problem in affordability of online access and #DigitalPoverty - lumping people with gigafast broadband in with people with 500mb p/m of unreliable 3g/4g carries a large risk of complacency of the scale of need. 2/2
