@LloydsBank I had an internet banking problem on Friday evening. I called your help desk and my issue was handled by a chap called ‘Joe’. He had a W. Midlands accent. He was friendly, brilliant and extremely professional. He sorted out my problem. Just thought I’d mention it 👍.

@LloydsBank this is an actual joke, I’m unable to call and I’ve been trying to get through to speak to someone about my issue since last month and I’m still not able to contact any live agents or get a valid email to contact, I have even tried the textphones yet no response.

@LloydsBank I’ve already tried this and have been told I can’t be helped. I was told I must go into a branch and when I did I was told nothing can be done by a rather unsympathetic manager at the Kingston branch. This is the first time I’ve ever really needed help from @LloydsBank. Terrible

@LloydsBank So I've downloaded Firefox on windows now. This tries to forward me to a new page to give me the first part of my recovery code, rather that launch a pop-up. That server has crashed as it sits there waiting to connect, then times out with an error.

@LloydsBank despite having called my mobile # several times for security check, when I try to change my online banking & pssword I get a message saying you can't call my number. Customer service only says to wait for a letter. Needs access asap to online banking can you help?

Bit dissapointed that having bought a @GarminUK watch because one of the facilities is #GarminPay I've now found out @LloydsBank don't support it. Think #Garmin should make people aware that major banks do not support it.

@LloydsBank Lloyds say this is a policy block from Apple. Apple say Lloyds declined the transaction. I’ve tried the transaction with a TSB debit card through Apple Pay and it worked. I’m not going to keep buying stuff just to test things that you and Apple should be able to resolve.
