    @LloydsBank Found a card from your bank. Not a customer of yours, so I couldn't get through the automated messages when calling you. Probably the card is already reported as lost, just wanted to make sure and maybe return it to the owner.

    @LloydsBank (1/3) Standard number. I was transferred to a colleague who thought i was a credit card customer. Second time I called, I was placed into a queue that didn’t answer after 30 minutes

    @LloydsBank Thanks David for quick response. Wow you really haven’t through about a slick customer experience when closing branches !! I’ve either got to order stuff - which will take faye or drive a few towns over. Can we just not raise limit on app - why is limit there ??
