The app doesn't run slowly, it's slow to log on, then you clutter it with popups about your products I might want. You need to realise that people just want to quickly get in and do their banking without delays.

A simple request made difficult with a computer says no response.. Even put barriers in place to complain.. Thanks for the 40 years of business #AWFUL

Phone banking has long queues & then they cut you off when you finally do get through. Internet banking can’t help Can someone explain why I’m trusting you with my money! #amateurland

If this is a display issue, regardless impacted Customers are left unable to view and opt in to new offers. There appears to be no alternative (Online Banking doesn’t have the functionality).
