@LloydsBank It is shocking that when a customer asks to speak to a supervisor, @LloydsBank agent refuses and puts the phone down.

@LloydsBank Utterly useless and rude customer service from your Fishponds branch. Starting to wonder if there is any point in being with Lloyds as your customer service seems to get worse each year!

Don’t bother trying to get @ABBAVoyage tickets with @LloydsBank. They’ll block you (just in case of fraud) so you’ll lose your tickets. Then they’ll text you 5 minutes later to ask if it’s you. When you reply ‘yes’ they’ll tell you to try again in TEN MINUTES. #seatslost

@LloydsBank ..and no I can't carry out my day to day banking at the Post Office, it closes at 5pm & for a 90 minute break in the arfternoon. What if I want to access money in the evening? Also I cannot withdraw anywhere near as much as I can at the bank (yes this is relevant to me right now)

.@LloydsBank Just one of the brands using Covid as an excuse to provide poor customer service. The wait on the phones is ridiculous.

@LloydsBank having banked with you for 8+ years and had a mortgage with you for 5+ years you offer me a 'personalised' rate of 1.4% which you cant improve (I called to try) but as a new customer I can get 1.14%?! Looking forward to leaving and getting 0.98% elsewhere 🙃🙃🙃
