@LloydsBank Maybe it would be better if my mother and I just closed our accounts with you, if this is what you actually call customer 'service'. The Ombudsman investigating my complaint will cost Lloyds around £400 so well done for efficiency, logic, and your general shittiness.

Dreadful service from @LloydsBank support - trying to make an online purchase and it wants a security check done, I’ve tried 3 times to get through to an agent (as you have the wrong phone number on file) each one rude & unhelpful & just redirecting me to other departments

@LloydsBank Why should I waste my time and money when its not my bank account? I feel for the account holder who has no idea their details are coming to me. I give up now - wont bother mentioning and will just delete the texts - again! Thanks for your help - umm no help really!

@LloydsBank I’ve just checked and I’m getting the same message on both Wi-Fi and on mobile data. I’ve logged into the desktop site on my phone as can’t find the link to choose anywhere on the app 😞
