    @LloydsBank Hi, I've tried to switch to Lloyds and been told my request couldn't be completed. The number it asks me to ring (switching team) only offers 2 options, both for banks I'm not currently a customer of. What am I suppose to do?

    @LloydsBank - could you please help me with the process of transferring bank account from @HSBC_UK to yours. I would like to move away from these incompetent bunch who have not been able to return my money for failed international transaction for 45 days now.

    @LloydsBank You should make it abundantly clear to anyone living in Scotland that these issue may arise when applying for an account. Rather than wasting hours of our time. If this is the level of service, I’m glad to have been unable to switch

    @LloydsBank Yes I know. I did that. Ana waited more than 1 hour before giving up. I will have to try again tomorrow but I will be travelling so it is very difficult. This has happened more than once before and I am sick of it. Shocking service.

    @LloydsBank Tried both the app and desktop site on different devices too. Your CS team cant see the transactions either but the balance has changed. Was told three weeks ago to wait and see…still waiting and recounting the issue every few days when I call and get put on hold for and hour.

    @LloydsBank on hold@for more than 50 minutes so far trying to resolve an URGENT problem on phone banking. Absolutely furious 😡😡 and the message keeps saying how “particularly busy” they are. It has been saying that for 2 years: UNACCEPTABLE!!

    @LloydsBank - I need some ID documents certified for a mortgage and I am struggling to get any branch to do this for me (even if I offer to pay for the service). I have been a customer for 25 years, is this not a service you offer customers?
