@AgnesWaxOOO @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank As someone who used to investigate complaints for a living, and wrote procedures in Policy after that, I endorse all of the above feedback. I had no problem with angry customers. I had a major problem with colleagues, especially senior management, who clearly didn’t give a damn.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Customer service is becoming a thing of the past. Automated phone messages are endless and designed to make people want to hang up. They want to remove our chnaces of speaking to a human. No accountability you see.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Woke Halifax are not any better, I really want to change banks..but who? Customer services are now clearly a thing of the past. I always get the feeling that my age group are slowly being fazed out all because I don’t really want to keep up with the latest gizmos and technology.
