@LloydsBank can you pass on my gratitude to Debbie in your Bexleyheath store, she was really helpful yesterday despite the branch being excessively understaffed. My issue still remains unresolved due to the uselessness of your business banking helpline. Can someone reach out pls?

@LloydsBank I had call to contact your customer services today on behalf of a vulnerable adult, to sort out a problem re a damaged card. The young man who dealt with the call was exemplary; sensitive, understanding and helpful. Kudos.

@LloydsBank making people deal with private financial information in a public space is ridiculous. Just heard a customer saying their password out loud to customer service. I'm about to discuss Probate in the same public space and not in a private office.

@jubbsxx @LloydsBank Holy sh!t girl! I just renewed my house insurance for £85 PLUS £28 cashback... so circa £57. Just building insurance... but I don't believe in contents insurance, legal help and all the other extra add ons they try and stuff you with. If you want to know how I did it, just ask
