    @LloydsBank if I sold my personal watch to a friend of mine, and he paid me in cash for it, how am I supposed to have a receipt? The stupid woman working in the Knightsbridge branch refused to let me deposit my money because there’s no receipt?? How does that make any sense

    @LloydsBank That's the issue, i don't know if it has even been processed. The paperwork was dropped off at the branch yesterday, as requested, and i've heard nothing since, despite it being specific about the funds being needed today (hence doing it the day before).

    @LloydsBank Ive been trying for a week to enter my online banking activation code but get this error There's a problem... 7000003 : Unfortunately this service is temporarily unavailable please try again later, sorry for inconvenience this may cause & thank you for your patience.

    uh @LloydsBank the callback service you use to verify bank transfers is broken. It rings, but then doesn't play any audio. Entering code after 33s also doesn't work. You really need to fix it!!

    @featherssssssss @LloydsBank Shame I didn’t receive the same level of service in Newcastle, whilst just wanting to deposit a cheque... “system down, can’t be done, come back later”.

    @LloydsBank It's a CHAPS payment from our corporate account, due to be processed by today at the latest. I've spoken to three different people on the phone, after an hour and a half, and nobody has been able to help me at all.

    Time to be one of those whiners who call out banks for dreadful service but, step forward @LloydsBank. Changing an address is impossible and concludes in a 9 minute repeating message to "Please hold the line, we will transfer you to an advisor" before being cut off. Useless.
