@LloydsBank Thanks John. I don't really understand why the address isn't on there, why you can't change it on the website, or why I can't just hold. Any of those might resolve this.

@LloydsBank David? I have just amaned to delete an old work.number and change my email address using website rather than app. But I still can't change address because you can't do that on the website.

@LloydsBank Hi you can't change address on the website for some reason (I.e. it tells you to use the app). I have tried this at the weekend too it wouldn't work then. I will try switching to mobile data but that is really poor in my area. This was all done through WiFi.

@LloydsBank But the app just crashed. Went back on wiwfi and tried the change again. Still not working. Rebooted the app tried again. Still not working. Same error.
