@LloydsBank - I have never know so much annoyance with the online banking problem. Problems after problems causing to suspend my account only because I wanted to change passwords none was working or accepting me just barrier! Only got a new card replaced too. What a load of crap!

A woman with an attitude problem, lectured him on security. And yet, she was disappointed he didn’t have the bank app on his mobile. He’s been with this bank for over 55 years & has current a/c & ISA with them. Do better @LloydsBank , please.

@stumpysdad @LloydsBank I've had a complaint open for three months because they won't let me start applying Smart Start accounts for my kids online. Just says we're not eligible when we are. The whole thing seems broken.

Phone has just broken... Go to online banking to check accounts for money to buy new phone. Please verify your online banking using either a phone call, or your online banking app (on my phone). No landline anymore: Aaarrrgghh @LloydsBank And there isn't a branch for miles.
