@LloydsBank I had to cancel a hotel room because there was a browser error, the hotel refused to refund. I was told on the phone to yourselves this would be eligible for a charge back. I'll ring up tomorrow

@LloydsBank I called earlier, was assured my account would work as intended in a few minutes. Instead of fixing the issue of lifting the block from a single transaction you guys just locked the entire account. And say that unless I visit a branch in person I can’t use what’s rightfully mine.

@LloydsBank why does the banking app on a concerningly regular basis say "sorry, there was a problem loading your payees" ? OK...I guess I will cross my fingers and hope I can manage my finances tomorrow then I guess?!?
