@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank This has happened to me twice recently. Enough money for the transaction to go through and security checks carried out yet the card and sale blocked. 3 hours of telephone calls to unblock or card stays blocked. Poor service.

@tacgul @LloydsBank You would not believe the complete runaround the've given me posing as 'Customer Services'? 7 months now just attempting to get access to my ISA account funds. They lose your financial info, Registered Mail, no comm between depts. They are a technocratic & bureaucratic nightmare!

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Nationwide are great. Pay the tenner a month and you get travel, phone insurance (I’ve claimed twice on the phone with zero issues) and roadside recovery. Plus.. when you call up, no waiting time and straight through to an English call centre.
