    @LloydsBank It was sent to Lloyd's Bank bx11lt from Ipswich England. It was sent 1st class, honestly can't remember if recorded or not. I have not been able to access my account online for months as the 2 factor authentication is an old number. On the phone they said the only way is via post

    @LloydsBank I've been trying to contact Lloyds for last 2 days, I can't get through to anyone on your customer service lines, the number cuts off. Likewise with car insurance number, what's going on? I'm extremely unhappy about complete absence of any real help/human interaction

    @LloydsBank When are you going to fix the problems in your online banking software? Some problems have existed more than 4 years since I first notified you. New problems notified weeks ago have not been fixed.

    @LloydsBank i’ve raised a complaint. but the bank needs to provide a suitable alternative solution to this problem. instead of allowing me to prove ID in a separate branch they’d rather keep my £18500. this is why real people don’t trust banks.

    @LloydsBank Maybe I just didn’t log in properly too many times. I’m really forgetful, it doesn’t even prompt was the “memorable phrase” is supposed to mean, it’s on the app but I completely forgot that’s what that was. Thank you though

    @LloydsBank Sort your Customer Service and fraud department out. As a customer I do not expect to be passed from pillar to post via separate departments and particularly when transferred internally to be placed in a tele-queue of over 30 minutes. Get some STAFF! Terrible Service
