    @LloydsBank your service is awful! I am a health care worker who cannot get to work because I can't access my money! My banking app won't work your call advisor's don't answer and your messaging service is terrible! In the middle of a pandemic and your stopping me doing my job!!

    @LloydsBank hi there, are you aware that your online banking is faulty? I'm being told that it can't display the balance of my account and from a quick Google search others are having the same problem.
