@LloydsBank The call was answered after 1 hour 22 minutes and the issue was resolved. It was a transfer from customer services to the fraud department If the bank thinks this is good service you need to change your management

@LloydsBank Same thing happens whenever I try to pay online via Sage. I phoned last time and they confirmed it wouldn’t happen again, still does! It says need to confirm with my bank, be ready to open app then gets stuck! It’s a 3D issue between how it’s set up via Sage and you
