    Hello there @LloydsBank the conduct of one of your customer service people in the mortgage department left a lot to be desired It takes half an hour to get through each time and he then cut me off deliberately. I didn't say anything out of place he was well out of order

    Dear @LloydsBank, you are asking me to update my telephone number for online banking, yet YOU DO NOT have British Virgin Islands country code in your drop down list while you have US VI! And you are not accepting my BVI number starting +1 284 ... .... as a valid number!
