@LloydsBank please can you tell me if the app is down? I am trying to freeze my card as I have lost my purse and the app is not working. I have called Lloyds and the person I spoke to was unable to cancel my cards!!! Thanks.

@LloydsBank Hi Katy Yes I received the letter today and have dealt with it. The account hasnt been frozen My confusion is what activity you expect to see on a Trust account when the person it is intended for isnt allowed to access it It would be more worrying would be is there were entries

@LloydsBank That's the issue, i don't know if it has even been processed. The paperwork was dropped off at the branch yesterday, as requested, and i've heard nothing since, despite it being specific about the funds being needed today (hence doing it the day before).

Well done @lloydsbank for again causing distress to my family. Yes my sons trust account has been inactive for 3 years, thats because he isnt allowed to access the money yet. I shouldnt have to keep confirming this. Trust accounts dont come from happy events, be more considerate

uh @LloydsBank the callback service you use to verify bank transfers is broken. It rings, but then doesn't play any audio. Entering code after 33s also doesn't work. You really need to fix it!!

@LloydsBank We cannot login. The authentication cards are not recognised. Happening on multiple cards and users. Please sort this out ASAP we are trying to pay people.
