Ordinary people are told help is available, then every practical route gets blocked by fear, cost, pressure, or professional gatekeeping. Doris should never be left facing a bank like Lloyds with support standing back because of legal threats.

I had to go to Northampton branch to get some cash as my card was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Customer friendly … not at all.

I am just me (@andy_uk44) reported@LloydsBank Also the complaint management likes to put customers as the wrong doer and the complaint manager gets a reward for ignoring issues that they have caused? one of my cases should of taken a few weeks and not months this is speaking with experience
