@LloydsBank Hi Colin, so replacing a damaged phone with another damaged phone is acceptable then? & charging £100 for the process of doing so! Not good customer service ftom Lloyds. The last time I asked for advice from Lloyds I was given false info as well.

@LloydsBank I do not see the point of trying if the app logs me off in the background and I lose all the previous work. The main program should not time out whilst one is working in another part of the app.

@LloydsBank what a farce! Trying to sort a transfer of MY money to a known individual and you block it, block my account, fraud depth say I have no choice but go to branch to sort, but branch is shut! Incompetent!!!! What a disgrace after 25 years of custom!!
