@blablafishcakes @LloydsBank I’d like to add Barclays to that list. Just got £200 as compensation for their delays. It’s freaking me out - the difference between their business startup promises - and their support & advice in reality. Beginning to think they are all uniformally useless.

I'd like to bring out a law banning companies from butchering classic pop songs in TV adverts. The latest one that makes my **** itch is the @LloydsBank ad which butchers the Carpenters classic "We've only just begun". Should be original versions or nothing.

@LloydsBank Thanks Ronnie, can I just say we do pay a monthly fee of £20 so perhaps our account is different. Can you help confirm or do I need to contact someone. Would Phone-Banking be able to help?

@blablafishcakes @ItsMe50474936 @LloydsBank Had a similar with Tsb (who were part of the same group and shared the same shoddy practices). Over 18 months they paid me over £1500 because of errors and mistakes made. Including paying me £700 6 months after I left because an Ombudsman told me to. I left and never looked back.
