@LloydsBank Hey, I’ve tried on his phone via the app and in Chrome on laptop. Says he only has one try left so don’t want to block it. I do have the option to order a new code, however, it won’t let me.

I've already wasted half my working day on useless online and telephone admin. This is typical of modern life now. We're forced to engage with dysfunctional systems which are not at all human friendly. The worst in my experience has be @LloydsBank but many others are a nightmare.

@LloydsBank I really don't understand why someone can't call me. I have been in the branch and they can't help either. Waiting a total of over 7 hours to NOT get an issue sorted is disgraceful.

Disgusting service at @LloydsBank Slough. Wanted to transfer money to building society. Would not accept my passport as ID and other ID I had and insisted on having my pin. I never use my pin so could not remember. As I struggle with memory anyway they were absolutely useless##

@LloydsBank Hi Stephen, I did ring your Customer Service 31/10, he said my charges would be credited back same day, he didn’t happen, called 1/11 asking why, long story, now it won’t happen till 6pm tonight. Shame on you for lying. Or was it a trick or treat? Taking my A/c elsewhere

@Tesco @LloydsBank 4 days later and I still have a £120 pending charge on my account from Tesco pay at pump and no access to my money. Ridiculous situation and no help from merchant or bank both blaming each other.

@LloydsBank yet again providing the worst customer assistance of any company in a few years, even when 1/4 of my account is being defrauded. Immediately remember why moved away.
